Quick breakfast spot with decent food. The restaurant was clean and spacious. Our server, Allie, was kind and attentive.

So so so good for anyone, especially for gluten free celiac! The wait was around 30 minutes, but it was Sunday so it was expected but very well worth it. The ambience is small shop and the service is good. Highly recommend.

Worth the hype! Now this is one of the OG location and not the new ones that are being shared in IG. We first visited one of the new locations however being Sunday at brunch time it was absolutely packed so when we looked in the map, we saw that this location was far away from park and attractions so we figured it might not be as popular. When we got here, we were pleased to say that we were correct. It was busy, but we walked right in with no wait time and even though we didn't see a wait time for anybody the most responsible people waiting for a table was 5 to 10 minutes. Nothing crazy. I'm not sure why the other locations look like but this one is a very old-fashioned diner look and feeling. The service was spectacular from beginning to end and I have absolutely no complaints . Now going for the food, it should come with a warning label because the portions were huge. Definitely placed are meant to share. The chicken and waffles were one of the favorite things. I've had. The chicken was well seasoned and absolutely delicious. Their waffles were fluffy inside and crunchy in the outside. The portion was huge, but definitely something I would try again. The breakfast tacos were very different to what I'm used to as the "shell" were made out of waffles and again huge portions definitely something that meant to share and not a handheld item. This was not my favorite dish, but I will recommend to try. We also share the Nutella banana and strawberry pancakes, which were absolutely delicious and not too sweet. The iced latte and iced cappuccino were also both delicious . Overall, I highly recommend this location for a more relax experience of this restaurant as the ambience is more calm . Just pointing out they might not have the special items shown in social media for the newer locations.

We went here on a Saturday morning. It was busy. They have all indoor seating plenty of parking. We didn't wait long for a table. They mainly had tables I don't think they had booths here. The menu was good the pricing was reasonable. I had the waffle taco with guacamole and it came with home fries.

This cozy little place had decent service, my waiter was sweet. I politely declined the potatoes in my meal, but they still arrived and remained untouched when I left. I didn't mind paying for the potatoes even though they were not suppose to come as requested. I had requested none of the powdered sugar on the pancakes and they were unusually sweet, and I barely managed to eat them. The bacon was not crispy enough, and the avocado was not ripe enough for my taste. However, the wheat bread was good. My husband swapped out his eggs Benedict for locs instead of bacon and thought the meals were bad. He mentioned that his bacon was too salty and the English muffin was too hard to chew and hard to cut. We also ordered the apple juice, which was nothing different from the regular apple juice. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

This was our first time at @ The Diner. The service was good. My Mom and I had the grilled ribeye steak, eggs, potatoes and toast. My aunt had the Pollo Loco Taco. Mom and I enjoyed our meal. My aunt, however, did not. The "taco" shell is actually a waffle. She didn't like the sausage gravy and the gravy made what was supposed to be a crispy waffle soft. We also tried the orange passion fruit guava juice. The juice tasted good and was not too sweet. I also had a side of fruits. They were fresh and delicious.

It was pretty good. My favorite part was our server, Kristie. She was nice, made good suggestions and very positive. Food came out fast.

I had a really pleasant breakfast here. Sat outside, which was nice and peaceful. The food was really good. I always want to try the sweet stuff cause it looks SO GOOD, but end up with savory every time, so I can't wait to go back and try more! Server was extremely nice.

Last minute decision to come here for breakfast and it was delicious!! Vanilla cappuccino was also amazing. Love when you request crispy bacon and they deliver!!

The portion sizes here are absolutely GINORMOUS WHICH I LOVE because it was very decently priced for the amount of food we got. We went the savory route instead of the sweet route, and I can honestly say that I was not impressed with the actual flavor of the savory breakfast foods. Our waitress was extremely kind WHEN she was able to check in on us, but they had a full restaurant and we waited FOREVER for even just our drinks. I think our waitress checked in on us a total of 3 times for the entirety of our brunch. We were there for an hour and a half which seemed a bit long to us... parties of 6+ are automatically charged a 22% service charge which I feel was DEFINITELY on the high end... I've seen 18% and 20% automatically charged at other similar places and been fine with it for mediocre service... but I feel like an automatic 22% for being checked in on a total of 3 times wasn't quite adding up for me. If I were to come back, I would try some of their sweet breakfast items because they look extremely creative. I love the diner feel of this place because most breakfast places in the area try too hard to seem elevated with their decor and what not. However, my taste buds weren't convinced that this was a place that I HAVE to come back to unfortunately.

So manager Diane, yes my name is Karen! Try an original comment. What you mad because I gave an honest review based off my experience. You felt the need to message and try to insult me. Good try! Maybe just maybe you should focus on improving your location.

Very good spot with lots of tasty options for breakfast or lunch. And MIMOSAs. Yum. Espresso came out quick and tasty as well. It's a cute lil vibe in here and somehow not crowded on a Sunday afternoon which seems crazy to me but I won't complain! Portions are on point and everything comes out quick and hot.

Nothing was terrible, but nothing had me thinking, "Wow, I need to come back here for this." The mimosas, however, were doing their job quite nicely. Then again, once you've had enough mimosas, does the food really matter that much? At that point, it's all about the conversation, the laughs and the people you're sitting around the table with. Our high-top caught the steady breeze of people cycling in and out, trading blasts of humid Florida air with AC, but it was manageable enough. Our server was solid and attentive, though the kitchen had a couple of operational hiccups. I ordered the fried green tomatoes to start, but they were forgotten until after our main plates had already landed on the table. When they arrived, the execution was decent. The batter didn't adhere well and slipped off the tomatoes, though the accompanying sauce carried the dish nicely. On the drink side, the virgin blackberry lemonade hit the mark completely: balanced, tart, and refreshing. The breakfast mains were where the kitchen redeemed itself. I built my meal around the bacon and mushroom omelette, which was formidable. It was fully loaded with bacon, cheese, peppers, onions, and mushrooms without feeling greasy or heavy. They had run out of biscuits, which was surprising for a brunch spot mid-shift, so I subbed in sourdough toast. The undisputed star of the meal was the side of cheese grits. I am notoriously particular about grits, restaurants almost always serve them under-salted, gluey, or watery, requiring a table-side overhaul of butter, salt, and pepper. These were dialed in straight from the kitchen. The texture, dairy integration, cheese ratio, and baseline seasoning were spot-on without needing a single touch of salt or pepper. Minor timing and stock quirks aside, BriarPatch remains a reliable staple. I left full, satisfied, and reminded why it is always worth keeping in the local Park Ave rotation.
