When I explained to Michelle (the owner) what I needed and showed her a picture of what I wanted to have made, she said she would do a little research and see if she would be able to make the orange blossom flowers to put on my cake pops. She got back to me with in an hour or so and had a plan for making them. She was even able to have them made for me within the timeline I needed. Michelle's communication with me was exceptional and I always felt like she sincerely wanted to help me and provide me with a beautiful product. And they were truly beautiful, delicate little flowers and leaves. They were just what I needed to make my little "cuties" cake pops look adorable. I found Sugar Shells and they were very prompt in getting back to me and even though it was tight they agreed to make my cake and 2 dozen coordinating cupcakes. I showed them the picture I wanted (from Pinterest) and it was no problem! They were extremely efficient and quick in getting back to me. Any text sent was answered probably within minutes. They worked with me to both have my ultrasound results delivered to them and the best time to eventually pick up the cake. And the cake was CUTE! It was exactly like the picture and even though I gave no direction on the cupcakes other than "make them coordinate" they were perfect. Then when I got to eat it that night it was delicious. It's nerve-wracking using a place you've never tried before when you're throwing a party but my gamble paid off big time.
