First time here. The Waffle and Chicken Combo sounds good. I'm not an expert on Chicken and Waffles but it's different from the usual bun. And it didn't disappoint. The chicken was like a big deep fried breast. Very moist. There was also a slice of dill pickle and a sauce very similar to Canes sauce. The combo came with a large bag of fries, hot and crispy. Just the fries filled me up. After eating their version of a chicken and waffle sandwich, I don't think I can go back to a regular bun. read more

As I walked in the chicken spot, I was welcomed with a soft relaxing hello. I glanced at the menu, with no rush intended. What caught my eye was the chicken and waffles, and I say this is the first meal that looks exactly like the picture. As I waited for my food, I was drinking a nice cold A&w root beer with amazing ice. My meal came, and I was stunned. Glistening chicken, nice powdered waffles cut in fours. Thick, juicy chicken breasts, great sauces, GIANT pickle slices, and a soft and tasty bun. If this was a National chain, they'd DEFINITELY hold their own against those other chicken sammich restaurants (that's right, I said it!). Add Mac & cheese, for gooey, cheesy excellence. Today I tried the Mac & Chicken fries. Wow! So good, and such a generous portion, I couldn't even finish it. That's ok tho. I've got an air fryer, and I WILL be enjoying my leftovers later. I was on the hunt for some late night (9ish) munches for the wife while we're in the hospital for a few days. Called in an order just 20 min before they closed. The cashier was super friendly and gave me a strawberry shake to take to my pregnant wife. We ordered the chicken and waffles and chicken strips and fries. The fries had a perfect crisp to it and the chicken was perfectly battered and juicy. There house sauce is amazing. All around great food and the customer service was top notch. read more

As we were about to order we discussed leaving because the music was blaring, couldn't even talk to each other, that point the employee turned it down some. The feel of the store is a big chicken vide but the music is a little off. The service is great they are helpful and kind. The only problem is that there is a thick glass screen that is installed into the walls that make it hard for them to hear you. We waited a good 40 minutes for our food - didn't get drinks until it was done. We ordered a retro and Buffalo chicken sandwich, which were huge portions, but the chicken was dripping in oil and had no flavor. The kids chicken "strips" is only ONE strip with some soggy fries. The only plus to this trip was the Mac & Cheese Fries. They were loaded and good. Unfortunately for $70 + and good yelp reviews we expected a lot more. WAY TOO GREASY. I got the chicken tender basket which was very hot and fresh. But when I removed the chicken that was laying on the fries, it coated the fries in the chicken grease making them inedible. The fries that weren't touching the chicken were delicious. They are the crinkle fries with the seasoning so it was a shame the rest got ruined. It definitely made the chicken hard to eat which was sad because the flavor was there. But the grease made the chicken soggy and I couldn't finish them without feeling gross. The service was okay, nothing spectacular like I would expect for a brand new location. So this place is brand spanking new and you can tell it was with the service we received today. I ordered the 2 piece chicken and waffles and my husband ordered the 3 piece chicken strips basket. The food was made fresh and was piping hot and tasted really good! The strips were all juicy and tender. My husband really loved his meal. He said the fries were spot on! My chicken was so good and the waffles were nice and fluffy! I really enjoyed my meal.
