They also gave the impression they were better than those shopping there. Really, after all they are just sales clerks. Carter's used to stand for more than just clothing, it used to also stand for the personal attention as well. Employees like that usually find themselves terminated, but at the very least should not work together if that's what they present for customer service when they do.

The Old Navy in Evergreen Walk is so large that they have two entrances. The inside is well organized, with men's items to the left, women's to the right and the children's to the rear of the store. Their assortment of summer dresses are made of breezy cotton fabrics with delicate prints. I have purchased a dress here each summer and it's been my casual or beach staple every year. Same applies to their tee shirts. They currently have a very cute Disney Collection, if you happen to be visiting a Disney park, I would pick up some of the tops at Old Navy. One thing I would never do is pay for anything full price! Things are pretty pricey full price. It is not hard to catch a sale. If it's not in store, it's online. I even told him I had to unfreeze my credit before making the purchase. If I opened a new Macy's account, I would get an additional discount. Had the chain held. Fast forward-I returned 2 days later and made the purchase. Three days later, decided to have a reputable jewelry store assess the chain since it felt light. It was Hollow! When I brought the chain back, the rep told me immediately the only 14k solid chains were in the men's section; she apologized for the situation. Needless to say, I closed the account which caused a hit to my credit score. There was no misinformation, no communication issue. It was dishonesty at its highest!
