The beef used isn't a good quality cut, and I don't normally comment on these kinds of things. I took the remainder home for leftovers and had to add cold water to dilute the salt - thankfully, the flavor remained though. That being said, it was all self-service other than the food being brought to me, which came fairly quickly.
