I went for the cocktail bar and it was a great experience! The first floor is open to the public. The inside is beautifully decorated-- lots of plants, mood lighting and unique art pieces. The bartenders were sweet. I got the lychee martini (sweet and delicious). There's about 40 or so parking spaces allocated for the building, which makes visiting easier. Would definitely recommend checking out!

The Chloe is a great experience that is a direct contrast to what the typical Nashville hotel offers. Chloe is soft, cozy, with wood and leather tones, and a personalized experience. They left us a handwritten note in our room which made it feel special. The interior instantly makes you feel at home and comfy. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I loved that the room had a record player and a large tub! I've only ever had those things in deluxe rooms that cost twice as much. The included breakfast is a great value - I hope they keep this offer as part of the stay because it's so nice to have a delicious breakfast in bed! The bar area did get pretty busy which made it a tad difficult to get the bartenders attention when we needed to leave for a dinner reservation. They were all nice people though, I think being so new, they still have some kinks to work out. One of those kinks would be the housekeeping and turndown service. Both of those were offered but we didn't get to experience them as they never came. They did apologize profusely and they did bring us up new towels and other items we requested. I don't mind this much - it's not a deal breaker to me. The hallways are narrow, so keep that in mind when bringing in luggage. You also have to remember this is a former cottage so the walls are a bit thin. Our neighbors were playing music at midnight. Again, not too big a deal - we just turned on some Youtube thunderstorm sounds to block it out. We had a great experience and even with the above kinks, it's absolutely a place to try out sometime. We are already planning a return trip.

Thursday mornings, I love snagging an Honest Roasters espresso from The Chloe (esp. the Rose Caradom syrup in an Americano). Walking over feels like stepping into vacation mode. The blush pink brick, soft sage trim, French bistro-style wicker seating, and charming patio umbrellas make it feel like a boutique hotel tucked away in New Orleans or Charleston rather than the middle of Nashville. It's one of my favorite little spots to slow down before the day begins. The barista is so friendly and attentive. I can't wait to come back for a pool day or cocktails in the evening!

We got all our stuff, parked and walked back in and sure enough our room was ready. We had the 2 queen beds and it was an okay size room, not much seating for 4 people but it did the job as we didn't hang out in the room much. The pool was awesome! My kids loved it and it was like a volleyball pool (deep in the middle) so you can talk and touch the ground with people who aren't swimming. The spa is huge and a ton of groups can fit in there without touching toes which is awesome. I saw an employee take a PH test of the pool so it's nice to see they take care of it. There is an employee in the pool area at all times (at least what I saw) and she was friendly and nice. The best part??? Happy hour! How cool is it that this hotel offered free food and 3 free alcoholic beverages to every guest (drinks for 21+, obviously and unlimited fountain drinks for kids). It was such a nice treat because then we didn't have to pay for dinner every night. It did get crowded, but the employees kept everything clean and moving smoothly it didn't seem like you were standing in line at all. The breakfast was free in the morning, and free dinner really helps with the price of everything in downtown Nashville. I really wish there was a coffee shop inside the hotel lobby, I think there is one around the corner, but it opened a little later so I had to figure something else out. That is my only gripe and that isn't really one! Definitely book this hotel if you have kids, are on a budget, or just want to hang out and enjoy the pool and food.

We are in town from Birmingham and while I understand you must have your key for re-entry a little compassion goes a long way. Our family got our room and to be treated like scum is entirely unacceptable. The Caucasian gentleman you have working night shift (2 am) has the worst attitude and the African-American lady is no better, throwing her hands up saying I don't know what to tell you. He told us to go back out to the 6th and 7th level out of the lobby door and to find our truck and hotel keys and come back. He obviously has a lack of comprehension skills as we told him we couldn't not find our truck off of Broadway . Our cousin had two rooms in this hotel and got ours for us as a gift and he acted like we were asking for a kidney when we asked him to call their room. He stated they have multiple rooms (only two I might add) and he didn't know which one to call. I said ours is on the 9th floor. Please call the 16th floor number. Our phones had died and we were all suffering from heat exhaustion. We had blisters on our feet and his snobby and cranky attitude was anything but what I consider the customer service your hotel should be providing. I said what's with the attitude? To which he stormed off afterwards and told the lady to handle it. We had your wonderful breakfast in the morning and had nothing but sweet interactions with housekeeping, the ladies working on the 8th floor and day staff. I was thankful for that, and changed my reviews for that reason. Would have loved to give your hotel 5 stars but unfortunately two bad apples ruined that.

For a hotel charging around $300 per night, the condition of the room was extremely disappointing. The bedding was worn out and overdue for replacement. The duvet was so old and thin that it was practically see-through, with the feathers inside completely flattened and no longer providing any comfort or warmth. The bed sheets were dingy, stained, and looked unclean. The air-conditioning vent blew directly onto the bed, making the room uncomfortably cold throughout the night. Combined with the paper-thin duvet, I spent the night freezing. The bathroom was equally disappointing. The walls were dirty, stained, and clearly in need of maintenance and a deep cleaning. Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. Given the nightly rate, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room. Instead, I was met with worn bedding, cleanliness issues, and an uncomfortable night's sleep. The location is great, but the condition of the hotel does not justify the price.

We were so excited to stay at this beautiful location in downtown Nashville. The first frustration was weeks before our stay. I received an email about upcoming specials and noticed this location was listed for $100 less a night than I was scheduled to pay. I called the hotel and asked if my rates could be adjusted. I was told me no, that my rates could not be adjusted and that I could cancel my stay, book through the website and lose my room and the chance of staying there. She was not helpful, she was not polite. She said it was a glitch in the system on the website and the hotel was already full and we would be moved elsewhere. I told her I understood and did not want to change my reservation. It got worse when arriving Thursday, June 4th (the first day of CMA Fest), the front desk only had 2 people working. It would have been appreciated to have been well staffed in order to meet the needs of a fully booked weekend. After checking in, we had to wait for the elevator. This hotel has 3 elevators, but only 1 was working. There were stops at every floor and it took a long time for an elevator to even pick us up. Several guests were grouchy and complaining, adding to the unpleasantness. As the days progressed so did the wait for the elevator. We waited 20 minutes for the elevator to pick us up because with so many guests several times it was too full for us to board. We had to take FIVE flights of stairs on several occasions so as not to be late to events and activities. The stairway does not feel safe when you get to the bottom and is very deserted. Inside our room, the night stand plug could not hold my regular sized phone charger plug and kept slipping out so my phone wouldn't charge. I had to resort to moving the night stand against the window to use the plug behind it in the wall. The TV is not centered with the bed, which is very minor, but strange. There was a long bloodish looking stain on one of the chairs. The rug was coming up from under the door. There was a crack in the shower. There was cracks in the floor of the bathroom and the sink leaked. This was not the type of quality accommodations I expect from Hilton and was horribly overpriced for my stay. I paid over $3,000 for a 4 day stay-way to much! It was NOT worth it! Such a disappointing way to spend our long awaited vacation and time in Nashville. We reached out via the Hilton website and then through email to several employees and NEVER heard back from ANYONE at Hilton about my awful stay. I am extremely disappointed with not only my stay there, but the lack of customer service.

Located at 200 4th Avenue North, just steps from historic Printer's Alley and only a short walk to Broadway and the Ryman, Noelle occupies a beautifully restored 1929 landmark that originally opened as the Noel Hotel. After decades serving as an office building, it underwent a remarkable restoration and reopened in 2017, preserving its architectural soul while transforming into one of Nashville's most beautiful boutique hotels. From the moment I walked through the front doors, I was completely smitten. The first thing that caught my eye? The gorgeous one-inch mosaic tile floor spelling out NOELLE at the entrance. It instantly reminded me of the grand historic hotels I've wandered through in Europe. Every detail feels intentional. The soaring ceilings. The original marble. The stunning Art Deco and Classical Revival architecture. The plush emerald velvet furniture. The dramatic lighting. The oversized artwork. Every corner begs you to stop, admire it, and take another photo. It's truly a feast for the eyes. The location couldn't be better. You're tucked just far enough away from Broadway to escape the chaos, yet close enough to walk to all the music, restaurants, and nightlife that make downtown Nashville so special. The valet staff couldn't have been friendlier, making arrival and departure completely effortless. Even if you're not staying overnight, Noelle is worth visiting. Inside the lobby is Drug Store Coffee, a gorgeous café with beautiful design, an incredible pastry case, excellent coffee, and a menu that made me wish I'd arrived hungry. It feels more like an upscale European café than a hotel coffee shop. I could have happily spent an entire morning there. Downstairs you'll also discover Lona, one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in Nashville. Outstanding food, beautiful décor, exceptional service, and a hidden speakeasy tucked away nearby complete the experience. Honestly, Lona alone is worth making the trip to Noelle. What impressed me most is that Noelle doesn't feel manufactured. It feels authentic. The restoration honors the building's nearly century-long history while embracing modern luxury, art, and Nashville's creative spirit. It's sophisticated without feeling stuffy and elegant without losing its warmth. I didn't stay overnight this visit, but after spending several hours exploring the property, I already know where I'll be booking my room next time I'm in Nashville. Hotels like this remind you that travel isn't just about checking destinations off a list. It's about finding places that make you slow down, look around, and appreciate great design, thoughtful hospitality, and the stories held within historic walls. Noelle is one of those places. Life's too short not to eat well, travel well, and sleep somewhere with a story to tell. Noelle lets you do all three.

I was charged extra for the strawberries and champagne when I had already paid for it by purchasing the "With Love" package to begin with. I was charged an additional 56$ for in room dining that I never even purchased at all. I also didn't receive my $50 credit that the "With Love" package is supposed to come with. I brought these issues to the staff's attention upon checkout when I received my bill and saw so many things wrong with it. The person who answered the phone (night auditor) was leaving around 7am and told me he couldn't help me and that I needed to call back later to speak with a manager. He did not take notes or pass my issue along to anyone, so when I called back later, no one was aware of what happened. To make matters worse, it took a manager 1.5 hours to resolve the issue after my initial phone call at 7am. I called the front desk 3 times and after 1.5 hours with no call back or resolution, I had to go down there myself and demand to speak to a manager. This was my first wedding anniversary with my husband and we will never forget it because of how bad the service was. Even with the additional charges being removed and the manager refunding us about $100 in bar charges, it wasn't enough to make the situation better. We should have been refunded for the entire "With Love" package and charged a standard room rate for our entire stay since the entire "With Love" package was not delivered as promised on the Omni website. The manager tried to help us and did what she thought made sense (removing the charges and comping some bar drinks from our tab), but that doesn't make up for ruining our first wedding anniversary. I NEVER should have had to follow up on any of this. The "With Love" package should have been experienced as advertised and if they couldn't do that, I shouldn't have been charged for it at all. It changes your nightly room rate to a higher cost than what standard guests are paying. I still paid "extra" and didn't receive what I paid for.
