I know that sounds wild, but I just couldn't convince my brain that I was actually eating beef! That said, the calamari was delicious, as were the roasted artichoke hearts. We also really enjoyed the seafood linguine, which had great flavor. Add a couple of adult beverages and some good conversation, and it made for a great date night away from the kids. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back to try some more of the menu. If you're in Folsom and looking for a nice place for dinner, I'd definitely recommend giving Fioris a try!

Side note, the 2 for $12 deal didn't include the proteins since that costs extra so the deal was only if I didn't add any protein to my bowls. When I got home and started eating my bowl which had the seasoned tofu protein, I noticed that they didn't put much of it compared to my husband's bowl that had the grilled chicken protein. On top of that, the noodles were extra oily and greasy and too salty for my liking. I had to drink something sweet after to get rid of all the saltiness. I understand that noodle bowls are typically oily and salty but I just felt like it was too much for my tasting with this bowl. I mostly wished I had more of the seasoned tofu protein though.
