Staff was friendly, and if it's your first time coming in, they give you a run-down on how everything works. They provide everything that you need (shampoo, conditioner, soap scrub brush, drying towel, slicker brushes, deshedding comb, finishing spray, aprons and high velocity dryers). I was able to bathe my fur baby Milo, and got him looking like he is fresh from the groomers. Staff will come and disinfect the tubs and drying stations and put clean items out for the next customer.For $21, this is definitely a deal. I am definitely coming back to use the self-service wash!

My call was answered right away and I was able to make an appointment with Steve easily. At the appointment, Steve was very helpful in explaining the process. My little guy is a bit timid, but I think he has gotten comfy with her over the past few years and so I don't feel too nervous when I leave him. The store itself has a ton of toys, treats, foods and snacks for all types of pets and Baxter will always leave with at least 1-2 new treats as a reward for being a good boy at the groomers! The cashiers are usually very helpful and whenever there are coupons to use for items or grooming they have offered to scan the coupon or enter the code which is super nice. And that makes me happy! He's getting used to it, and The Groom Room is working its magic! I do like that nobody comes home with bows or ribbons or bandanas or any other accoutrements. They set clear expectations of the grooming outcome. I wanted to keep her skirt a little longer but since she was matted under her legs, we were unable to keep it.
