I'll start by saying I'm not a huge fan of Dutch Bros. I find the chain to be less focused on coffee and more focused on stickers and sugary drinks. That said, I had a discount to use so I decided to give their new fall lineup a try. I placed my mobile order for the Pumpkin Cold Brew at 4pm with an estimated pickup time of 4:05pm. Their drive thru is usually packed, so I opted to pick up at the window. It's 100+ degrees in Vegas, so I was banking on their estimate to be accurate. Unfortunately my drink wasn't ready until 4:18, so I was left waiting outside in the heat for much longer than expected. It should not take more than 5 minutes to make a cold brew, but if they were backed up, it would be nice if the app would give an accurate estimate. The employees were also not friendly and I waited at the window for around 3 minutes with the employees seeing me before anyone even acknowledged me. Again, I get they are busy, but this is your business model and it's not working. The one plus is that for once, my drink was surprisingly not overly sweet and you could actually taste the coffee. read more

I'm gonna say is me and my friend came to this location tonight and we got skipped in line and I had to stop the line buster from going to another car before us after he took a car order and he wanted to respond with " the only way we can help you with that is by picking the shorter line" and I had to tell him we did except y'all are not out here and the dummy in front of us thought you were supposed to take your order at the screen and we got cut in line twice but as soon as you come outside, you're gonna start zigzagging as if we haven't been waiting longer than the truck that came WAY after us, and the black car behind me directly in line. If y'all was actually paying attention who pulls up and your drive-through from 9 to 11pm this wouldn't have happened so I don't care what the line buster and the dude in the truck had to say about me. I literally wasn't about to keep getting skipped when I've been sitting there waiting for my order to be taken longer than the 30 seconds that the truck had been sitting there. And I completely understand y'all have a a homelessness issue in the area because there were people outside, scratching their butts and doing cartwheels right on the property. However, y'all need to pay attention who came first because I literally waited over 10 minutes for my order to be taken and y'all tried to take someone else's order who have been sitting there for literally 30 seconds. read more

Originally from Grants Pass, Oregon, off a cart a man named Travis had an idea of great coffee. Thus Dutch Bros began in 1992. Its first franchise began in 2000, and expanded to many different states. I still remember while I attended Arizona State University a small coffee dive opens on campus. They offered coffee with so many choices that was great. Each time I frequent a local Dutch Bros coffee shop it takes me down memory lane the taste of coffee that helped me finish those long study sessions. Coffee was the drug of choice for me when it came time to get it all done. The first Dutch Bros came to the Las Vegas area in June of 2015. Already being a resident established in the state it was a fundamental part of my daily routine for many years. During those long days of home schooling the children one has to make the fog go away and their coffee was the answer. While out shopping one day with the children that are grown now we decided to have a special occasion and spend time with coffee and Dutch Bros yet again. The Kicker is my favorite drink of choice here, it's Irish Creme with Breve. I can taste it now as this gets written. During our visit we went with one of the holiday choices for nostalgic reasons of course. The Hazelnut Truffle Mocha is as great as it can get. Dutch Bros always delivers greatness. If you want the holiday offering it's only available for a limited time. Tis the season to start your holiday journey to joy with coffee at here. The staff is always friendly. The Coffee is good too, now if only they had an indoor area and weren't drive through only that would be great. My neighborhood Dutch brothers has an amazing staff! They gave out free doggy bandanas and everyone is always smiling no matter how long the line is or severe the weather! I enjoy sitting on the patio and watching the line sometimes as it's more peaceful. I always get a Large Blended Golden eagle with an extra shot and the taste is always close to heaven! After a few trips we were hooked. The sugar free blended Golden Eagle is my go to and David is a Double Torture loyalist-- but the real hook is the attitude and commitment of the broistas. I went to the drive thru & decided to try this place since it's a big hype when I'm back home. There wasn't a line, so it went quick. There was a person outside taking orders, & since it was my first time, I asked her what was good. She told me what was a popular option & also told me what was in season. After that I had to drive up to pay. My drink was made quickly. I really don't remember what I ordered, but i remember she said it was like a caramel macchiato. Let me start by saying it is sooooooo nice to have a Dutch on the Eastside, no more driving 15 minutes or waiting until I'm on a side of town with a nearby location. YAY!!! We went during the mid morning and as with any Dutch, the drive thru line was long and seemed Neverending, so we decided to park and walk up. The batista at the window was sweet and friendly, patient as this was my moms 1st experience at Dutch, ordering for herself (usually she just gets whatever I order for her, lol) We ended up getting an iced cookie dough and a hot chocolate (mom), she wasn't in the mood for coffee or tea, however she was very pleased. The hot chocolate was just the right amount of sweet to her liking and drinkable as soon as it was in her hands, no waiting or having to blow on it too cool before the 1st sip. "MMMM, yummy" is what she said. I had the cookie dough, I normally go for the Iced American Eagle or have them surprise me with an iced tea drink. The cookie dough was okay, not a top for my tastebuds, but I would have never know if I didn't order it. Try it next time they have it, it might be what you like, maybe add the soft top to it. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes and despite the long drive thru lane, these guys and gals were on point and having customers serviced quick and efficient. Kudos to Dutch Bros. She had two cars go in front of us that got there after us and ordered after us so when we got our coffee it was watered down and did not taste good. They one person making drinks for the walk up plus showing a new employee the ropes. And literally 6 people or so working on drive thru drinks. Very backwards. And considering it's the desert why would you make your walk ups wait . Then when I said something to the employee he told me it's not that hot. I will not be coming back to this location.
