As for a Wifi/work/study space, it's decent. - Wi-Fi: Sahara Guest wifi (need any email, they don't email you anything about the wifi code but they do email you a 'have a great time' email). My Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting and connecting on my phone? But hasn't disrupted any work so far? Laptop wise, it has not disconnected. - Plenty of seating. If this area is crowded, theres public bar top seating by the cafe across from it. Next to the cafe, theres also a quiet semi-hidden bar top area where mtgs could be taken away from anyone. There's more than 1 wider handicap table, with typical one round tables around everywhere else. - Outlets/Plug access in many floor under the seats areas. - Noise level: Same as most Starbucks, except you don't hear the brewing as much. Music is okay levels, barley not overly loud. Music genre was lively pop/edm music when we visited. - Restroom is around the corner, close by. - Parking: Free. Grande Pike is $4.85 Grande black iced tea $5.95. Trent or any sized water $1 Overall for us, local Bungalow Coffee Shop is similar in price, or even cheaper by a buck. But nice to have alternative work space options in the area. This particular Starbucks location is inside the Sahara and proved to be a good spot to grab a coffee when I was staying hete at the Sahara. Being from the East Coast, I am waking up at my usual time of like five or five-thirtyvin the morning, the only problem is that here, it is two or two-thirty on the morning. This particular Starbucks was open to offer caffeine and friendly service. It is geared more towards takeout, but there are a few tables there they share with Prendi if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee or whatever. I would definitely recommend here. read more

Love that I was able to scoot right down for my hotel room grab my coffee and breakfast and scoot right back up before my first meeting. Everyone was very nice. Sean's customer service definitely stood out at this Starbucks. He kept things moving and was attentive to every drink before transactions were even done. He was so kind about assisting with changes! Great example of customer service and making sure customers leave happy, went above and beyond! Incidentally, went back morning 2, for an iced mocha, triple shot, nonfat milk. They are fast in the morning with drinks. The food takes a while because they do it in batches. So depends on when you "queued" in. This is a very nice looking Starbucks! Do you really ever go anywhere without making a stop? I got a Strawberry Crème Frappuccino, always a good option. Perfect for warmer weather. This is their location inside SAHARA Las Vegas and, yo, it is nice! The aesthetic here is very cute, I approve. Service is friendly. Price is a bit high but also a standard among other coffee shops as everything has gone up in price over the years. I placed a mobile order on a Saturday around 4 PM so didn't have to wait long. It also didn't seem super busy if you get in line to order. The casino has a self-parking parking structure. I think it's free if you are staying here but you might have to pay if you are not staying here. read more

Located inside Sahara Hotel. It can get crowded in the morning. I got a venti Holiday cookie iced latte and 2 chocolate croissant, paid premium price for it. The wait in the line can get pretty long but they make the drink and warmed the pastries rather quickly. The ambiance is nice, I mean it's located in a Casino. There are plenty of seating area if you decide to enjoy your Starbucks there. The service is pretty quick and the staff that helped me were friendly. read more

This is such a conveniently located Starbucks. It's located in the Sahara Hotel. The ambiance is really nice, lots of vibrant colors. There we're plenty of places to sort and work or converse. The best part is that they have outlets to plus in laptops and charge your phone if you needed to work. Staff were very friendly and made drinks pretty quickly. It gets pretty busy in the morning around 9am but staff were on top of things! I ordered the oatmeal which is always a hit and a medicine ball. Both hit the spot! read more

Its really dope how they remodeled this Starbucks location 4 years ago. I used to live right down the street from here and get coffee sometimes and kick inside sometimes. Now, Like many locations, They got tired of homeless people lounging around, and sitting here all day bothering customers. That was hurting businesses everywhere. I love coming to this Starbucks. A year and a half ago I purchased a condo near the Sahara and visit Las Vegas every few months. Some of the staff know my name and are always so kind. Lissette and Robin always make me feel so welcomed , know my name and my drink, and always treat me like a friend. While the place is nice and clean since it's a newly renovated location.. the workers and service could definitely use some "revamping". I've been to this location for a total of three times now as I am staying in the hotel. While it's very convenient since it's in the lobby.. I would almost say that I'd be willing to take the time to find another location nearby. I am fairly particular as I used to work for the company in the past but I feel that the things that I ask for aren't too complicated for any barista. I think that my biggest peeve is the lack of customer service that I've received from all workers at this location at all times of the day. This latest encounter was with what seemed like a borrowed shift supervisor named Mark and the workers on duty. I had simply asked what kind of tea they currently served since they didn't carry what I had been used to drinking. The worker that I had asked had no idea where the tea menu was and was waiting for her fellow coworkers to jump to her aid and assist in answering my question.... but they just talked among themselves even though I was standing there, looking to them for answers. Even this supervisor Mark didn't seem to care that I was asking a question that his employee couldn't answer. I was appalled at how long this whole transaction took! Even after I was given a menu and then made a decision.. they couldn't seem to come to an agreement as to who was going to ring me up. Mind you, this was also at 930pm. There were no other customers to be helped so I didn't see why this whole transaction took almost 10 minutes. Bottom line is that I hope you reconsider visiting this location or hopefully if you do, you'll have a much better experience than I have had. Starbucks corporate? Yesterday, 02/29/2020 at around 4:40 p.m. I went to buy my weekly Starbucks coffee at 4717 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102 Charleston and Decatur location. 15 minutes after I ordered. I approached the drinks-pick-up area; right then is when I see -- the person that had purchased a drink after me - getting his drink. I asked the girl about my coffee - she said "is it a hot Mocha?" I said "yes" she replied "I'm about to make it for you" with a look trying to tell me -- be patient woman! I told her "how are you working now, because that person that just picked up his drink ordered his drink after me." She just shrug her shoulders and say "I just got here". Starbucks' staff act like if they are doing us a favor. They probably forgotten that without us there is no them. My question to people that have been disrespected at Starbucks is, why do we keep on going back? Why can we boycott Starbucks? There are a few reason to do it. 1. Starbucks disrespect us. 2. They don't recycle - they are polluting our environment...when they presume to care for the community. 3. The bathrooms are not clean - they are worse than 711's bathrooms. 4. Their staff -- when they don't have an attitude; they are having conversations among themselves, and ignoring the customers. 5. Each employee has its own recipe, only if you are lucky -- you get what you ordered. 6. Coffee seems laced with methamphetamine, doesn't sit well with the gut. 7. Reward program is a JOKE! 8.
