Sat in drive thru line for 40 min. Ordered a vanilla bean cold brew, white mocha, egg and cheese on an English muffin, and ham egg and cheese on brioche. They served me EXPIRED COLD BREW!!! Alec, one of the stellar supervisors is amazing. I went to try the new Ube flavor. Not only was she pleasant and friendly, she went out of her way to explain the nuances of the options for the drinks. My Use ice blended beverage was absolutely delicious. Came by today because it's been a while... son wanted his regular, the cookies n cream ice blended drink. Love their blended drinks here. Haven't really tried any of their other stuff but will in the future. Prices are pretty average. Location is in the shopping center right off the 215 Newport exit by Barons and LA Fitness. Always lots of parking but I always go to the drive thru, never been inside. Service can be hit or miss. Most times they are nice, but a few times their workers look a little unfriendly at the window. They do offer a discount for military/emergency workers with ID. read more

I love the drive thru! They're always quick and efficient. My fav is the tropical passion tea but i love how they have great seasonal flavors. And their ice is bomb! lol and they added cake pops which my kids love! Inside is nice and spacious with outdoor seating, and everyone is friendly and the space is clean. read more

Service is almost always top tier. 99.9% of the time you are encountering someone like Diana in the window. Management must be amazing because their employees seem to be genuinely happy here. Which means what exactly? It means I get the best drinks and the friendliest workers. I come here almost weekly. Sometimes 3x a week. I have never had a bad experience here. They are consistently friendly and the drinks are always perfect. I tend to switch between 6 different drinks and I never think, "well, this tastes weird." I hardly get to go because it's a bit far from my house and starbucks is down the street. I asked for soy milk but could tell it wasn't soy and it was regular milk in my chai tea latte. Today was my first time coming to coffee bean and will probably be my last. I went through the drive through and while there was only 4 cars ahead of me it took me about 15 minutes to finally get to the window to get my drink! It was ridiculous. I ordered the cookie butter blended drink and it tasted so artificial and nasty. I had to pay with the app because the card machine was down which was fine and because it was my first time I got a 50% off coupon. So when I got up to the window I had her scan the coupon she then hands me my drink and that was it. I was confused because she didn't scan my card just the coupon so I thought I still had to pay. So lm waiting at the window still and she comes back and I saw oh i only scanned the 50% coupon not my actual card. And she goes oh well it didn't tell me anything on my end about a coupon sorry about that it'll probably come tomorrow and closes the window again!!. I was very confused because this girl gave no indication that our interaction was over like "have a great day" or "your all set" so I thought I still hadn't paid so I looked on the app to see that the money was indeed taken out of my card. Amazing customer service!! I drove through this morning and ordered a dirty chai tea latte on ice. The woman who took my order and helped me was SO pleasant. I drank some of my drink and just didn't prefer the taste, so I decided to bring it back. (However my husband ordered a white chocolate peppermint mocha which was PHENOMENAL) The baristas did absolutely nothing wrong in making my chai, I just didn't prefer the chai flavor.
