I ordered a hot rose cardamom latte with oatmilk which was just ok for me, my co-worker ordered an iced strawberry latte with orange cold foam ,but received an iced strawberry matcha instead. Luckily she also likes matcha and it was really good, so she wasn't that disappointed. My other co-workers ordered a hot honey cinnamon cappuccino with oatmilk, an iced golden hour from the spring menu, a cortado and a cinnamon roll. The golden hour was an iced mango lemonade topped with matcha and she loved it. The cortado tasted real authentic according to my other co-worker. They tasted okay, not bad, but nothing really stood out. Unfortunately, the overly wet, chewy texture and the not-so-fresh strawberry really ruined the experience for me. Sorry, but I wouldn't recommend this place.

My family and I have several Coffee Bean gift cards. Two of my family members wanted to give their money to me because they know I (used to) like Coffee Bean. I emailed customer service to see if they could be combined into one card. Instead of honoring that request, they said that I had improperly accessed other people's (my family's) accounts. They shut down those accounts and zeroed out the gift card balances. They would not return the money even after all the cardholders asked for the money back. They confiscated about $59 of gift card money from us. California law states that the value on a gift card belongs to the beneficiary, not to the issuer, so I don't see why they think they can confiscate the gift card funds, but it's just me against them. After weeks of emails with customer service, they will only return the money if we provide receipts for the gift cards, which we don't have because most of the cards were gifts. I hope you consider my experience--where Coffee Bean demands a receipt to use our gift cards--before buying a Coffee Bean gift card or giving them any of your business. read more

I'm a regular customer for coffee bean and I really like this place a lot for many things , it's a really comfortable place to sit for an extended period of time. They play awesome music and I was able to study for hours and they were fine with it. The tea I order is camamel hot tea really good, and I'm eager to try more of there variety of hot tea Their desserts and coffee drinks look really great! The Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai comes with black tea chai concentrate blended with milk and ice, topped with sweet pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice topping. When I took my drink home and finally tried it, I was really impressed with the flavor. I personally loved the taste of the pumpkin cream. The drink had plenty of flavor, and everything meshed together really well without any one flavor overpowering the others. Overall, I had a great experience at Starbucks. The customer service I received was excellent, and I'm glad I made the right choice with my order. In my personal opinion, I would definitely recommend the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai from Starbucks. I'll definitely be back to try some of their other flavors!

Her actions and demeanor made it seem as though she was angry that we were there. When our order was ready, she placed the items on the counter and walked away without saying anything. I had to ask if the order was ours because there was no communication from her. When I politely asked for her name, she responded, "Bye, I don't have to give you my name," and walked away. I found this response unprofessional and disrespectful. The entire interaction left both my daughter and me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I have visited Jamba Juice many times in the past, but this experience was unlike any I have had before. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers are treated with the courtesy, professionalism, and respect they deserve.
