It is Christmas Day my family and I came to this location to get out the house for a bit ordered 3 drinks and got one of are drinks made wrong I asked if they could remake it the girl that was making the drinks rudely came up to me and said "what's wrong with the drink I already made that drink" I guess she needs some help with her customer service she is apparently upset she has to work today understandable but so wrong for taking it out on me and my family. Other coffee shop suggestions in the area I would recommend over CBTL: Crave (practically across the street) or Calderon Brothers. I think I might be hanging up my CBTL hat I used to love them so much, and I've been in denial that it's gone down hill, but I just feel like the last two years or so, my drinks just seem to disappoint more than hit the spot! Today I used my free birthday reward for a large iced dirty chai, hoping to drink some today and save the rest for tomorrow morning...I've been craving one, couldn't wait to get a sip! And then......... watery watery disappointment. Unfortunately, it seems (I saw) CBTL makes their chai latte hot and then pours it over a cup overloaded with crushed ice... yeah no wonder it taste like a watered down cup of sad. I watched it being made, looked like about 14oz (according to the cup it was whisked in) poured over 32oz of ice. I couldn't taste ANY espresso what so ever, the chai was very light in taste. Glad I didn't pay for this one myself. Aside from today... this location in particular is where I tend to go as it is close to home. Their DT time is hit or miss, same with customer service. At this point for the price, I'd rather go to Crave or Calderon Brothers if in the area. read more

The coffee is ok. It's really over priced for what you get however, I had a gift card so I decided to download the app and order a drink. The app didn't tell me I'd have to come in the drive thru (who even sits in a line for that anyway). The drive thru is insanely slow, even worse than it is inside. My wait time was 30+ minutes to get a coffee I wouldn't have ever ordered if I knew I had to wait in a stupid line. There was an another lady wearing a mask, whom I just happened to notice I think she was a little biased. She kind of saw me and she kind of ran towards the back, her district manager claim that she had a cough. Why be at work with a cough with all the Covid around. I don't recommend this location. They always have a high. employee turnover every time you go in the store there's new people unprofessional young unreliable. So don't make a complaint about that location because their district manager got their back they cannot do know wrong to the customers, mess up on your coffee whatever. I mostly come here for their iced cold brew teas but, during the holidays, I'll pick up a warm Peppermint Mocha -- mmm! Every single time we come they never make our drinks the way we ask. I just asked for a hibiscus tea and they didn't have it and they recommended a different one. I asked for extra sweetener and was CHARGED for that. Only to get an iced water. It has color but that's about it. Tastes like pure water. Shift supervisor "Steph" was extremely rude. My order was messed up I asked for a 16oz cold brew, they gave me a small (clearly don't know their sizes). They pulled me out of my chair to pay a 50cent difference which was very upsetting. I have worked at a coffee shop for many years, and I know that when we make a mistake, our priority is to make sure the customer leaves happy.
