we arrived around 1pm on a friday and the cafe wasn't too crowded. ordered immediately without any wait and there was plenty of open seating. for drinks we ordered a cortado and cinnamon bread latte and both were great. the shop uses medium dark roasted beans so if you are into that, you'll likely enjoy the drinks. the cinnamon bread latte had great flavor and was exactly what the name suggests -- personally it was too sweet for me and had to water it down. would recommend less sweetener if you have similar preferences. cortado was excellent -- velvety, bold coffee flavor, and no sourness. food here was also very solid. the bacon bernaise melt was soo good and the egg/cheese/bacon combo was perfect. the pico egg bowl was also really good and the guac + tomatos added a nice freshness and tang. overall, both drinks and food were quite solid. we were craving an eggy meal and this definitely hit the spot! read more

I cant give it a five star until I try the food. I was impressed by the drink options and food that I saw. We had just ate breakfast and were full so as delicious as the food looked I wasnt able to try any. They didnt have a ton of options on display but eveything I saw I would try and they were constantly refilling the options too. The fresh poptarts looked huge and delicious. I noticed strawberry shortcake and a mixed berry flavor. The raspberry oatmeal cookie also stood out to me. We tried the cookies and cream latte and blueberry cobbler latte. The coffee shop is located on the east end of the shopping center. You arrive to very cute outdoor setting area and then enter into a small but elegant shop. The chandelier is definitely the star of the show and the coffee cup mirror is a nice touch of class. We were greeted by the staff with samples and given it was our first time she guided us through the process. The coffee shop was full and busy. We got the pastries warmed up and the ones we wanted to try: the strawberry pop tart and the mixed berry danish but if you wait for the afternoon it'll be gone. I have to say that the Mixed berry Danish is the BEST I have ever had. The pastry is flaky and sweet and the berry mixture is so delicious. I had to try the strawberry pop tart and I can see if you like pop tarts then this is your dessert but I've never been a fan of pop tarts. It was good but I can't wait to try more danish pastries. I have to say I'm impressed by the service! First and foremost, I know my diet is limited by not eating sugar. When we walked in there was a lady tending to the pastries and let us know to ask if we have any questions. I asked if there was a way to do the salmon toast without vinaigrette cause of the sugar and/or any sugar free coffee options. She was so kind and let me know yes! We can do the salmon toast with no dressing on the salad or in Olive oil, as well as the sugar free coffee options. Perfect! The salmon toast was yummy! I would go back to eat this again. I order mine with no vinaigrette (though it was still on the plate, but that's fine) and with extra capers. I would have loved my capers but that is personal preference. On today's visit I ordered a Black Forest latte. I wish this drink could be a permanent menu item as it was delicious. Wanted to love this place, but instead left overstimulated, under-caffeinated, and $12 poorer. The cafe is unbearably loud. Between the yelling of order names, the echoing voices, and the general chaos, it felt more like a subway platform than a place to sit and enjoy coffee. Seating is extremely limited, cramped, and somehow still stressful, like musical chairs but with strangers making direct eye contact. The prices are wild for what you get.
