Me and my boyfriend love this place!! We always find ourselves coming back at least once every two weeks. Parking is good if you come early in the morning and i've never had an issues. Customer service is also really good all employees are super nice! I love how they were able to expand compared to their first location. Once again I love coffee machine and i'll always come back!!

Had been hearing a lot of good things from people about this coffee shop and as a coffee anytbing lover I finally was able to make it out to try it. Drinks were so good! They had the option of adjusting your sweetness level which I liked. Most places when you order substitute milk you can taste how weird and different it makes the drink and here? could've fooled me that there was regular milk because it was so balanced. The mazapan was perfectly sweet and strong, I loved that there were mazapan pieces inside. The Mex-Mocha was also surprisingly good, usually its a very universal flavor no matter what coffee shop you go to but here it was unique and still the same flavor you know and love. The place itself is cute, I enjoyed the minimalistic/nature vibes. There is a bit of seating inside and some outside. The staff was helpful and ready to help make any suggestions suggestion. I cant wait to come back and have some of their other drinks

    * Spacious spot * Great parking (huge plus for this location!) * Outdoor tables *Great service Finally came out to try this spot and it was packed, but we patiently waited outside on their cute tables. John was super helpful and made the experience even better. We wanted to try their most popular drink, so we ordered the Mazapán coffee such a great choice! I loved that they have a sweetness meter so you can customize it to your taste. We also wanted a caffeine-free option, and John recommended the strawberry milk tea, which was also delicious. Definitely a must-try spot in Chula Vista!

It's very nice to see this young husband and wife team expanding their dream. Their second coffee shop: "The Coffee Machine" has recently opened up in Chula Vista. I did not have my ordinary cortado this time, but a matcha latte with a touch of honey and a cuernito de azucar. I ordered the matcha hot and it was excellent. They did not have honey so they put a touch of brown sugar to offset the bitterness of the matcha. The matcha was smooth and rich in matcha flavor, not to mention pretty, too. The cuernitos eas very good, too. It had a good flavor. I do recommend they acquire a heating element to warm up the pan dulces. The matcha was great and I can't wait to try their cortado here. The service was very friendly and inviting. They offer inside and outside seating. They offer a variety of espresso based beverages and teas. It's great to see a small business like this one expanding.

Coffee Machin is a great addition to the area. I ordered the café de olla and it was excellent you can really taste the difference knowing they make their syrup in-house. I love the location too, especially being right next to the empanada spot. Makes it an easy stop if you're grabbing bites and coffee with friends. The shop itself is sleek, modern, and very clean a nice place to hang out and actually enjoy your drink. Service was outstanding. The girl behind the counter was super sweet, helpful, and welcoming, which always makes the experience better. Really glad this spot is here. We need more places like this for casual hangs and good coffee. I'll definitely be back.

I have been passing by and wanting to check this place out for some time. I finally made it was WORTH the wait! The coffee is freshly ground, service was exceptional, Danna was amazing and friendly. The Mexican Mocha latte is HEAVENLY! Omg! There is no bathroom (that I saw) so working from there may not be an option for some, but there is adequate space and tables inside and outside for working and enjoying your coffee! percent recommend!!!!

Has become one of my favorites places grab a coffee. Coffees are balanced nicely without being too sweet but you can still have that strong coffee flavor come through. This location is more spacious and has seating indoor and outdoor.

This coffee exceeded my expectations. Found this place on tik tok and decided to try it. Was pretty packed, however service was fast. I really enjoyed how you can taste an equal amount of the specialty flavor and the coffee! Will be definitely coming back.

We parked and noticed nearly all the lights were off. The pastry cabinet was empty, the tables were taped off. But people were inside and customers were in line. Emotions and energy were low, it was quiet and dim vibes all around. We walk in and see just one man working the cashier and making the drinks. He looked puzzled, a bit lost. We get in line behind someone ordering 4+ drinks and see that this guy didn't really know how to make the drinks. He was misplacing the ingredients and wasn't fully confident operating the payment system. The back counter was cluttered with miscellaneous gadgets, appliances, and syrups. It took nearly 20 minutes for the customer in front of us to get from ordering to receiving their drinks and we just watched in slight awe. The guy was apologetic and upfront, he was trying his best in a bad situation. They made some small talk and hinted that they were closing due to supply chain disruptions in Hawaii. I feel for them and wish them well. The coffee itself was ok. Flavor was decent but somewhat unremarkable. They offer different caffeine levels, up to I think 400mg in a drink. I just got the 200mg coffee. Don't know if I just built a tolerance but I fell asleep right after. We did want a pastry but with the baked goods cabinet empty, we weren't sure what they had left to offer. There was a long sign listing everything sold out between the pastries and coffee flavors. Overall the experience was odd and left a slightly bitter emotional taste in my mouth. They've acknowledged that they weren't in the best condition at that point and I do feel unfair to judge them at their worst. If they turn it around, I'm opening to revisiting. But for now, I don't feel compelled to go out of my way for it.

The ambiance inside is so nice, with a long velvet/velour bench and some comfortable chairs and solid stone looking tables, they have put some thought and effort into their aesthetic. But of course we come for the food and drinks, right? So they do have a pretty good selection of sandwiches, salads, and pastries. Their drink menu is also quite good and they also have their signature drinks and food. The place is always clean and neat, and so welcoming. My favorite sandwiches are the grilled cheese and the roast beef. I would have the roast beef more but I have to watch what I eat or i get gout. I love this place as they are so accommodating and also listened to some of my suggestions. When they first opened up they would just serve their sandwich with no side, just the sandwich. But i will say that they do charge a fair amount, and for that amount it would be nice to have something else on the side. So my suggestion was to either derive a little house salad or some chips to fill out the plate and to add some texture to the meal. And to my surprise the next day they had added a little salad to the meal. And might i add I really don't like salads, but this one is very delicious, and adds a bit of different texture and some acidity to your meal. The drinks are nice and are made right there. They are always served in nice glassware if you are drinking there. I am not a big coffee drinker so I usually will go with a chai or some tea. I love that they will make it either hot or cold to your liking. I was a bit worried when they started up, as i thought that this was not a good time in the economy to open up a business. But they are doing remarkably well and they are quite busy most of the time. I love to see a place doing well, so when we climb up the stairs to go to work, we have a nice start to our day to see all the happy people inside eating and drinking. I wish they continued success, but I know they have found their niche and a good formula for success.

You normally…read moredon't expect those little coffee kiosks inside malls to be serving actually good espresso drinks, but this spot definitely proved me wrong. Every time I pass by it's kind of hit or miss with how busy it is, but today it was pretty mellow. There was only one worker there handling everything, but he was super friendly and the whole transaction still felt smooth. Drinks took a little longer to come out, but again there was literally only one person working so honestly no complaints there. I decided to try the tiramisu latte and the s'mores latte, both iced. The tiramisu latte was honestly really solid. The base had this rich espresso mocha flavor that leaned chocolatey and then it was topped with this thick creamy cold foam with cocoa powder dusted on top. Definitely sweeter, but I mean... it's tiramisu. That's exactly what I expected and wanted from it. The s'mores latte was probably the more memorable one just because of the graham cracker pieces blended into the cold foam. It added texture and actually gave that s'mores flavor instead of just tasting sugary. My only thing was that the actual latte base leaned a little watery, but the flavor overall still made it enjoyable. Presentation wise both drinks looked so good when they came out. The cold foam, toppings, everything just looked handcrafted and honestly way better quality than what you would expect from a mall coffee kiosk. This is definitely one of those spots where if I'm at Plaza Bonita, I'm probably stopping by for a drink before heading out.
