We walked pass the door thinking it was a flower shop...it's both! I asked the barista to make me something creamy and on the sweeter side. He recommended the Cafe Miel, and it was delish! The Coffee Method is the small business of the past where the owner takes enormous pride in his craft and retains integrity in the face of pressure to cut corners and lower prices. He doesn't use marketing tactics or gimmicks to get people in here. He is actually rather reserved and not as eager to chat as most business owners trying to build a customer base. He relies on the quality of the coffee to get people back in here. It is legitimately good. He works his ass off, like 80 hours a week and puts a lot of care into each cup of coffee. Just be aware they only give 2 espresso shots whether you choose a 16oz or a 20oz beverage..that said, unless you want a complete milk bomb in your 20oz bevvie, stick with the 16oz size so you can taste the coffee. I feel like the two people working never want to be there, which is odd because I know the guy working is the owner. If you're in OB and you want good, micro-roasted coffee, go here.
