do not be deterred by the line, I came in on a Saturday morning at about 10 AM to a line out the door but as soon as I sat down to wait after I ordered my food and drink was basically ready It was a solid operation of people working in tandem to get orders out as quickly as possible. To echo what others have said, parking is probably the biggest downside. The shop is located along the sidewalk in front of residential complexes, so there's no dedicated parking lot. Street parking is your best bet, though it may take a little patience. That said, once you walk in, the experience gets much better. I was immediately greeted with a smile, and the women working behind the counter were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The space is bright, clean, and has plenty of tables, making it a nice spot to study, work, or catch up with a friend. There was a small mix-up with my order- they made my drink hot instead of iced, but they fixed it right away with no issues. I ordered the lavender tea latte and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The lavender flavor was noticeable without being overpowering, and the drink itself was light and smooth. I think I came here to on an off day and their system was down. I wasn't able to order ahead and I ended up waiting in a super long line. The inside is beautiful with plenty of space. Parking is difficult to find, which is understandable based on the location. Once I placed my order, my food and drinks were ready relatively quickly... maybe about 5 minutes. I ordered the breakfast sandwich on the pretzel bun... it was just ok. The egg was precooked and frozen with an odd texture. I loved my coffee but my husband's was awful! read more

I had the islander bowl ($11.99?). This was made to order so it took some time. It came with organic acai, granola, fresh berries, bananas, and shredded coconut. This was very filling. There was a nice balance of all the ingredients, and they all appeared extremely fresh. I liked how the ingredients are stacked as high as possible too. I pulled over into a random ally which happened to be where better buzz employees park so I could call my gf to bring me an epi. Some better buzz employee (owner of a white car) came out while I was obviously having a moment and gave me a lecture about how I can't park there and they have people coming in and out all day and that she was about to leave in 10 minutes so I needed to move. She was really rude, nasty, and unprofessional. My car wasn't abandoned and I hadn't planned to block her in, so I don't understand why she was so aggressive. I enjoy better buzz, but obviously this location needs to train their employees better on professionalism and compassion to people having life threatening emergencies. I've had mint infused coffee before at other coffee shops and I usually love them, but the coffee here tasted really watered down and had a burnt aftertaste to it. This location has a lot of seating inside with some outdoor seating options. It is located near a lot of other businesses on Mission Blvd so you could explore the area surrounding it. We ordered the nitro cold brew with the vanilla cream. The cream on top is thick cream that almost tastes like vanilla ice cream. The sweetness of the cream pairs nicely with the bitterness of the nitro cold brew. This drink was delicious! There is a variety of cold or hot drinks to choose from at Better Buzz Coffee.
