There were two staff working and only one order ahead of mine but the drink took a long time to be made. Tried the banana coffee - very pricey at $8 in a small cup. It was okay. I have had better banana drinks elsewhere. I won't be back because it's pretty out of the way for me and they no longer serve the 'dangerous' coffee beans.

Staff was super friendly. They only do takeout cups and plating for items though so would recommend bringing your own cup if you are like me and hate wasting like that when dining in.
