If service is where the 4.6 star rating is from then I was definitely not given it. Was it because the damage on my car was not worth it? Because I'm a woman and Dave Schlachter thought that made me clueless? Not sure but if there is one thing I'm sure about is the service & treatment was rude & dismissive. He also tried to intimidate me because I refused to just drop off my car without any information on how much the repairs would cost (an estimate) or even a timeframe. Well how could he if he could not even be bothered to come out and look at the car. In addition to telling me that if I go through my insurance directly for the estimate it would take weeks and if there is additional damage once they take my car apart there would be no estimating the time frame...not instilling confidence in potential customers is HOW NOT to get business. The funny thing is that from the time I was 18 yrs old until I finished college + a year I worked at an Auto Body shop so his tactic did not work on me instead it confirmed to NEVER do business here! Did a great job on my truck! My truck was rear ended and had major damages to it. Wasn't sure if Collison Center could bring it back to its original condition. Great place! My wife and I had the greatest experience here today. Jerry helped us and was wonderful! He understood our situation and went above and beyond to help us. He literally went out of his way to resolve the issue we were dealing with. I am still blown away. Jerry and team did a great job in helping me get my Mazda 6 repaired after it was rear ended by an idiot. The color matching was spot on especially given that machine grey is one of the harder color to match. Additionally they kept me informed about the delays due to additional damage that was found. They provided me with a loaner rite away and did so even before asking for one. I went to them to get a price estimate they charge me 3 thousand... I went to dynasty auto for the same exact repair and they charged me 800$. This place just tries to get your money and makes you sign papers they can use against you . Read everything & most of all avoid them if you can . They will rip you off read more

Attention future potential customers: Awful. I called the Collision Center to get information from my vehicle. I am not sure if they were disorganized and didn't know the status of my vehicle or stalling, but it took me many days longer to get my vehicle back than I was promised. I found the way they treated me to be very unprofessional and I wouldn't suggest you bring your vehicle here unless you want to deal with the aggravation of long wait times and phone calls that go nowhere. read more

I recently brought in my Mazda CX-5 for a repair to a front panel repair that was bent due to my stupidity in driving over a large snowbank. The whole experience was excellent. They gave me an initial estimate to repair the damage and also recommended to not do anything with the paint on that panel as it would be costly and not worth it. I really appreciate them being upfront and honest and having a conversation with me about it. That has not been my experience with other auto-body shops. I got an appointment a few days later and waited at their offices while they did the repair work. They have a great lounge for you to wait. Very comfortable. The repair was done perfectly and they also repaired some damage under the front fender that they discovered while doing the work to the front panel. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend this place. They do excellent work and seem to be very reliable and trustworthy. read more

The Collision Center is the contracted auto-body shop for Wayne Mazda (and I believe a few other dealers). I recently brought my Mazda6 to them to repair minor fender damage as result of a deer accident. Had 2-3 very minor cracks and a small grill was kicked in. Was told it would be 2-5 days. Collision Center submitted 2 subsequent bills to my insurance company (after the initial $769 estimation by the insurer), totaling upwards of 2k. I was told no internal damage on the phone. Received many calls from the receptionist over the course of the repair, repeatedly affirming that the team was having trouble getting the fender back on. In the end, they kept my car 10 days. Above are the facts I was provided. Was surprised it took 10 days. Spoke to a third party service center manager who speculated perhaps this shop didn't have their parts/ordering set up correctly, and were perhaps not communicating with the receptionist as to the accurate status (forcing her to ad lib). Also noted the blending/painting of surrounding vehicle areas could add up for the man-hours. All plausible. Still, this shop markets itself as having all parts in their on site warehouse, so, the delay was an annoyance given that I live an hour away. On the positive side, they did provide me a good condition loaner, and the car does look great again. So, I can't complain too much. read more

I recently brought my car to The Collision Center for some body repairs. Jerry Swanson provided me with an estimate which was lower than my local body shop. I was extremely pleased with the results. Not only did The Collision Center do a flawless job on my car, but they saved me money. Jerry was very professional and nice to work with. There is a saying that "Customer Service is an attitude and not a Department". Well whoever coined that phrase must have had Rosa from The Collision Center in mind. She is the epitome of customer service. I had the pleasure of speaking with her earlier today regarding an issue I have- that needs a Ford Dealership to evaluate a possible covered item on my car. This was after I spoke with FORD Customer service. I called several Dealerships in the area and tried to explain what needed to be done and I was severely disappointed. Then I called Performance Ford and they referred me to their Authorized Shop The Collision Center. It was as if I suddenly woke up from a bad dream and suddenly all was ok. Rosa took a moment to listen to me and promised to speak with her manager and get back to me. Here was someone who was genuinely willing to listen to me (a dying art) understand my situation and try to help me as best as she can. All within the space of about 3 minutes. After we hung up I was satisfied and confident she would return my call. She did and was able to advise me on the next step to take!!!. I am now well on the way to getting my issue resolved. I am not yet a customer of The Collision Center but I can tell you that just based on Rosa's customer service skillset, the culture and atmosphere of that Company is where you want to have work done.
