I contacted them Monday morning and they said they would set up an appointment for Tuesday at 10am, no one showed up or notified me that they would not be showing up. I tried contacting them Tuesday afternoon and no one answered. Overall very poor communication and some unprofessional service. I will be reaching out for a refund. Denise was very respectful and tried to be helpful. It's just the service from the actual business office fell off. Update: unfortunately communication still has been somewhat unprofessional. In their response to my review on google they stated that I could email them the receipt and they would cover the cost. I had Xigman company come out and mount the tv. They were very efficient. I contacted them Wednesday and they came out Thursday morning to hang the Tv. They were on time and very professional. I tried emailing my receipt to email on Dimbo avl website, no response. I was able to speak with Dennis and the email he gave me did not work. I've tried calling, texting, and leaving a messages with no response to any unfortunately. Update 5/11: Reached out once again and spoke with Dennis and he stated that "because he is the owner and the review is published he changed his mind and decides to no longer cover the cost of the TV mounting". Would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and choose a company that holds value to their word, your money, and their appointments.

I went to this location on July 10th for an iPhone screen repair. They quoted me two options, 1st option was $99, and 2nd option was $189. I paid for the $189 option. I have an iPhone 15 pro max. I asked could they provide a screen protector with the service and they agreed. I dropped my phone off and someone else picked it up for me. Of course the screen protector was not provided. I went out of town the next day. Fast forward to Monday, July 21st and my phone cracks in the corner. I immediately called the store and to figure out what was the warranty details. They provided a 30day warranty and of course he says it will not be covered. So I proceed to let him know that was unacceptable and how i never received my screen protector from start but and I had went out of town the next day so I couldn't go back. So at first it quotes me $75 and I'm still giving pushback and he says he'll just replace it. I told him I couldn't go to take my information and I would come to the store on Wednesday, July 23rd 2:30. He agreed. Now here is where I went wrong. I didn't get his name. It's only two men in the store to my knowledge, so I figured I would know who it was by face. I get to the store on Wednesday and the guy who originally I dealt with on July 10th was there alone. He said the guy I spoke to was not there and didn't tell him anything. So now I'm annoyed because I drove there for no reason. I left my name and number again and said I would be back Friday July 25th. I just get a phone call from the guy I spoke to on Monday and of course he's now denying everything he said! Go figure!
