(Especially when heated up in the microwave for about ten seconds) We tried the oatmeal raisin cookie and the s'mores cookie. Loved this place especially when they have fresh cookies out of the oven! Came in for the double chocolate chip with walnuts and was told a batch would be coming out in 15 minutes. I bought some chocolate chip and shortbread in the meantime and waited for the others. The staff was so nice and remembered me when I got back in line (their line had grown since). My kids and I were craving cookies so we drove to cookie corner around 7. Got there and most of the trays were cleared off already, just 2 end trays of cookies were left. There were 2 guys working and as soon as one of them saw me walking to towards the shop he had a face like "oh shit" and looked at his coworker. January 16-20, 2021 or until supplies last they are having a social media special 20 cookies for $21 on select cookies. Great deal! Seen it on IG. The cookies are normally weighted and cost about $2 and some change. M&M cookies not included in this special deal. This was my first visit to this location and disappointed! The staff didn't seem inviting & friendly. The young ladies taking the orders seemed irritated as well. When I reached home and opened the bag of cookies as I had taken the cookies out from the bag. The cookies crumbled , Never had this happen before. Surprisingly it still tasted good. Unfortunately, the next time I won't be going back to this location. Let me go on to say that this was the only cookie corner location i used to ever go to... This was because there was an older woman who literally used to bake these cookies to perfection... I spoke to my brother about this older woman who used to bake these cookies perfect... He has also became a regular customer... I couldn't tell you how many cookie cakes we've bought from this place... I couldn't tell you how many more fresh chocolate chip cookies we've bought (i will say it's in the thousands)... I've forwarded this tradition and made it a habit to bring my son to this location almost every day after school... Call it a father/son bonding perhaps... After experiencing the new generation of staff and perhaps management - these days both knew and my brother agreed that were constantly seeing cookies overbaked (burned and dried out)... On top of that, couple bad experiences (attitudes)... I'll just speak on what happened yesterday and today... 11/24 at around 7:30 in the evening... This cookie corner location blows me away every time! Their customer service, the products and the quality is top notch! I have called multiple locations trying to request random shapes and characters and it seems like just the Kapolei location is able to deliver. I used to live in Kapolei years ago and so for maybe close to a decade now Ive been ordering "cookie cakes" because who doesnt love cookie better than cake? I believe as long as you make the order more than 24 hrs in advance they can pretty much manage most requests. But seriously, every other location just comes up with excuses or just flat out cannot produce whatever it is im asking for. So for sure, i 100% recommend this location over any other location. Stop by for a small treat and wasn't disappointed. The Kapolei store is tiny, you'll find it right next to the Dairy Queen. They have a case of assorted cookies and along the wall and window there were shelves of cookies in Tin boxes and bags. We just grab chocolate chip , chocolate chip with walnuts, and an m&m cookie. They were all delicious and soft definitely satisfied my sweet craving. I wanted the one with macadamia nuts but they didn't have any in the case only in the bag and tins which I didn't want to buy a whole bag this trip. Will probably go again maybe try another location as well. We stopped at this location on our way home from the ko olina lagoons. The regular cookies look small but definitely satisfying . read more

What I am still confused about this place is the customer service I received from an old Haole lady working here. She was nice and welcoming until I paid with my phone wallet. She all the sudden got an attitude and told me that she needed the last four digit of the card. I gave the information to her and she unhappily gave me the receipt. Confused and ticked off a bit, I was ready to leave the store asap! As I was leaving, she shouted "Thank you!" happily.... What just happened? I usually get the special choose any 2 cookies and milk for only $3.69. I usually get the oatmeal raisin and the chocolate chip with macadamia nuts. The bigger cookies are soft, chewy, and moist. If I want crunchy bite size cookies, I order the red cup. It contains a different popular flavors of their bite size cookies. The tropical fruit bars are so delicious. Someone had the fruit bars as a wedding favor and I asked everyone on my table (I knew them) if they were going to eat their favor. The bars are sweet and tangy. The top has fresh fruit filling and the bottom is a rich buttery shortbread. It comes in three different flavors. My mouth is watering as I type. Cookie Corner not only sells cookies, they sell rice crispy, and brownies. For special events Cookie Corner sells huge cookies made into different shapes and your choice of flavor. I ordered a cookie for the homecoming of my husband when he came back for deployment. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie, shaped into a flag, and they wrote on top of it. It tasted great and looked exactly how I wanted it to. They have a booklet to show you all the different designs that they could make. You need to put in your order at least 24 hours in advance. The service here is always great. Greeted with a smile and thanked for your business. They patiently wait as my son makes his indecisive choice of which cookie to try this time. I'm pretty sure that upon opening, each Cookie Corner is provided with a giant fan and the world's largest Scentsy to have the smell of freshly baked cookies waft throughout whatever shopping center they're located in, luring unsuspecting customers in by the bucketful. You truly cannot be in any location with a Cookie Corner without the delicious sweet smell of freshly baked cookies hitting you in the face and making whatever receptor in your brain tell you that despite your pants being tighter than normal, you do in fact need cookies...all the cookies. As someone who suffers from food allergies, I love how all items are clearly labeled with allergen information. But allergies aside, these cookies seriously must be made of crack they're so good. Cookies are sold by weight but are relatively inexpensive. I love their chocolate chip and M&M chip cookies and am so grateful to only be on this side of the shopping center a few times a month. If you think you have enough self-control not to eat a whole cup in one serving, they also sell mini chocolate chips cookies with and without nuts in small and large cups. read more

I have been going to Kapolei Cookie corner for decades. But since the new owners have takeover, the staff is unhelpful, and cookies are completely sold out on a Sat at 5:30pm, no cookies in the oven. I asked the boy working alone at the counter if they are closing soon bc that the impression he gave me.
