Nicely organized and good quality merchandise in this thrift store. Prices are slightly higher than other second hand shops. Worth a look.

I used to go here a lot. But it's so pricey that I have zero desire to even peek in nowadays.

As we entered Savers, we were quickly greeted by the staff. The store was a nice sized one and very clean! Everything was very organized! They have clothing, household items, books, purses, bags, jewelry, shoes, and more. It all depends on the donations. The prices seem very steep to me. I guess I've never thrifted in Los Angeles before?!?! They are open seven days a week from 10 am to 8 pm. You can join their club and get points towards a discount. 100 points equals 1 reward. Each reward is a 20 percent off your next purchase. You'll have to read the fine prints. If you're 55 plus, shopping on Tuesdays is a perk! They say you can get 30 percent off. ( EXCLUDES new merchandise with the red tags on them ). I would ask the clerks about this before shopping and ask about their "restrictions may apply" policy! Overall, it was a nice tour of the store. Know your prices vs shopping secondhand prices. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Ample parking!

I didn't find much, but I'll be back for sure with more donations. That was our initial purpose. I know this is a "for profit" second hand store, but Goodwill is wild with their limited hours and no longer accepting donations at this time response when I call. Also, Savers gives you a 25% off purchase coupon, Goodwill has gone down to 10%. If I were to put them in order of where I'd go thrifting, it would still be Goodwill, then Savers, then Salvation Army. Also, on Yelp & Google it still has holiday hours - this place is open for business as well as accepting donations daily from 10am-8pm.

Secondly, the selection of items is great! Not usual run of the mill stuff but lots of interesting and unique pieces. It's slightly more expensive than your local goodwill (I got a long sleeve shirt for 14 dollars for reference) and the selection of non clothing related items isn't as extensive as other similarly sized thrift stores. So if you're looking for sporting goods/furniture etc the selection isn't huge but if you're looking for cool clothing this is definitely the spot.

There was a lot o parking in the front, which I always appreciate. The lot is shared with a mechanic and a dispensary, I believe. Wide selection of men's and women's clothing, organized by color in some cases. The prices here also could not be beat - I've been to many thrift shops where things are priced at what you would think you would see at a Ross or TJ Maxx. Here, prices seemed more than fair - I could see shirts for as low as $3.99! I ended up getting a cardigan from LOFT for only $5.99 and my sister got a mug for only $2.99. The service was okay, the woman at the checkout counter wasn't overtly friendly, but it was fine. Not a super wide collection of books but I did see a number of DVDs and various household items (dishware, mugs, other random household items). We will definitely be back!

The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The first time I went in was right before Christmas, when I had just moved into my new home and needed a dining room table for Christmas dinner. I was able to find exactly what I needed, and they even helped me load it into my car. I later went back and found a family room table at a great price as well. Most recently, I stopped in looking for a single cabinet knob to replace one that was missing--and once again, they came through. Their selection is impressive, even for small items, and the people who work there are always kind and willing to help. Great prices, great selection, and genuinely friendly people. For instance if I am looking at most of there lighting I can get the same light fixtures Brand new and cheaper on Wayfair or overstock.com delivered with the ability to return. Therefore defeating the purpose of habitat humanity. If you're really looking for a good habitat for humanity the one in Oxnard is excellent five star review great customer service great prices and their furniture is constantly turning over so there's constantly new stuff because everything is priced reasonably Do yourself a favor and skip the Simi Valley store go to the Oxnard store have a great experience and be able to purchase items at reasonable and fair pricing .
