We came in last night around 830 (30 mins before closing). Instead of getting the cold shoulder because everyone wanted to get out of work on time, we were greeted with open arms! Karen was a sweet and polite server who definitely took care of us. The food was absolutely delicious and we will definitely be making our back to County Line Pizza. Not a great experience from a place that I think has real potential... So I think it's pretty well-known the great reputation over the decades, however the business was recently purchased and is under new ownership... We drove up to Countyline last night after watching a movie.. it's a Sunday night and there were about four tables filled besides ours, and one person eating at the bar, and another waiting for takeout.. So the restaurant was filled to about 12% capacity.. despite that we waited 56 minutes from the time the order was placed, to the time it was delivered to the table.. We ordered a chicken Parmesan dinner, and an 18 inch pizza.. extra cheese on the whole thing, half meat lovers.. on the meat lovers half we added ham and meatball as it does not come on the meat lovers standard.. The chicken Parmesan came out about 50 minutes after order, at which point the waitress informed us there was an issue with our pizza, and it would be out shortly.. The pizza came out another 6 minutes later... The pizza was severely well done and what we believe happened here was they forgot to add the additional two toppings we added to the meat lovers.. so they added it, then put the pizza back in the oven for a while.. unfortunately this made the pizza come out very very well done.. And I'm actually a person that doesn't mind a well-done pizza, I've even been known to order pizza slightly well done for a little bit extra crispy affect.. however that was not the case last night, and came out obviously way well done and blackened on the bottom and outer crust.. we ate the chicken which was OK, not the best chicken Parm of ever had, certainly not the worst.. average. The pizza we pretty much did not eat, we had a half a slice of the meet, and I have a slice of the cheese.. we left the entire thing on the stand.. When we asked for the check the waitress asked if we wanted the pizza boxed up, I declined, and said that's OK.. she said "you sure?" I said yes.. She said "you guys don't like taking pizza home?", so I responded with "yeah, we don't like taking pizza home"... really? I think she pretty much knew just by the look of that pizza that it really should've never been brought to the table at all.. they really should have pretty much came out and been straightforward with us, I would've much rather them serve the pizza with the two missing toppings, or even remake the pizza correct, then bring what they did to the table.. especially after we waiting 56 minutes for that pizza.. No offer to remove the pizza from the check, and in fairness I didn't ask them too,, as I felt the situation was pretty obvious and would have liked them to simply acknowledge themselves since I believe they were just as aware as we were as to what the problem was... Needless to say they did not.. so the check came to just over $50, after tip $60 bucks.. for mediocre chicken parmesan, and a pizza we did not eat.. On a positive note, they were very attentive to refilling drinks during the extended waiting period for our dinner.. i'll give them that.. We didn't have to ask once, they were right on top of refilling drinks... Other than that a disappointing experience.. There were also two garlic knots (rolls) that we did not receive with the chicken dinner, we did receive the salad that came with it... read more

"Alert" never eat here unless you want to eat bugs... we just had dinner here and for the second time in a row there was "BUGS" in my food and they only comp'd us 1 pizza and the bill was still over $60.00 dollars plus I even called the owner over to show him the bugs crawling all over my plate. We have been loyal customers for many years and they didn't seem to care as to not comp our bill since this has happened twice now so I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be eating bugs with you meal... I sure don't and we would go at least twice a month if not more but never again! read more

Been going to county line since I was very young and it had always been among my favorite pizza places. However, my last two experiences have forced me to think otherwise. The second to last time the pizza was tasteless and watery. That was about a year and a half ago so I figured I'd give it another try. I first checked the website to see if it was open before making the drive. I arrived by 9:20 pm on a Saturday night to see the open sign on the door. Walked in and the place was empty and a waitress said "we're closed". We also suggested to her and other employees standing there that they change the website so people are not misinformed, to which the guy who was seemingly in charge bellowed "WE'RE CLOSED". On our way out we nicely suggested that he flip over the OPEN sign to which the guy now yells "WE'RE CLOSED". Instead of nicely apologizing for our wasted trip and our reasonable advice the guy screamed at us. We will never step foot in that place again. P.S. - It's no surprise that this pizza restaurant, that was once filled with customers, would be empty on a Saturday night at the height of the season. read more

Too bad no stars isn't an option. We've been to County Line many times and the meals were always fine. Not this time. The sauce was horrendous. Someone opened a can of bitter tomato paste and poured it over our food. I don't know if County Line changed hands or not again, but we won't be back. There are plenty of other Italian restaurants in the area that understands that a good tomato sauce makes the meal, and pasta should never be over cooked. read more

Where do I begin?!? The food was delicious and our overall dining experience was wonderful!!! We are definitely going back again soon! The meatball appetizer was incredible... the sauce was yummmmm! Thin crust pizza came next. It was SOOOO good! We topped off the meal with chocolate cake and cannolis. I have never had such a good cannoli before! My kids devoured the chocolate cake! My wife and I ordered two thin-crust pizzas. It was our first time at this restaurant and after not getting our pizzas or having the waitress appear for a half-hour, we were still patient. Then, when the table next to us, which arrived 20 minutes after us, received their order, we had to walk around the restaurant to find our waitress who told us she would see what the problem was. We waited another half hour and still no pizza! Finally, the waitress came over and admitted she forgot to put our order in and said the owner was on his way over to speak to us in a minute. We waited another 10 minutes and neither the owner or the waitress came to our table. It was now an hour and 15 minutes after we had ordered our pizza and still nothing. Finally, the manager came over holding one pizza (we had ordered two) and said, "here's your pizza". Incredibly, it was the completely wrong order and was likely for another table as it was only 1, not 2 pizzas and did not have any of the toppings either of us ordered. We told him it was not our order and stood up to leave. At no point, did the waitress, manager or owner apologize, offer us a drink, tell us they would take care of us or anything. It was as if this type of horrible service happened all the time and they just didn't care. I wish I could give you a review to tell you whether or not the pizza was decent but we never got the pizzas we ordered so that is not possible. However, there are a lot of good pizza places in the area and if you actually want to receive your pizza and not wait over an hour and then not receive any type of explanation or apology, I suggest you go somewhere else. read more

This used to be our go-to pizza place for years (In fact, since when they were really on County Line Road back in the 1960's). We have always loved it. When we moved farther north in Palm Beach County, we quit going here. We like very thin and crispy crust. We like the toppings to be fresh and quality. We stopped by for a pizza today and.......... well.... let me tell ya.... This is still the best place for excellent thin crust pizza in all of northern Palm Beach County. No doubt about it. We've tried nearly all of the others. At County Line, you get real pieces of sausage not slices of some crappy link sausage. You get good service with no fluff. read more

I gotta admit that I was really thrown by the way they slice their pies the first time I went - you'll see what I mean. Yet, the pizzas are delicious. I've never had their Italian meals, but I'm told they're outstanding as well. Throw in the great service and charming wait staff and you can't beat it. I just heard about county line pizza after living inJupiter for 2 years. I consider myself to be a pizza guru and have plenty of experience eating pizza in NY and Chicago. Well, they passed the test with flying colors. The first test of a good pizza is .. it has to stay flat and not bend when you hold a slice by the crust. If it folds .. its simply not cooked well enough .. just gross soggy mess. . Their pizza passed and had a nice fim crust with texture. The sauce was good too. just the right amount.. Nothing worse then getting pizza with very little sauce. I did not try anything else. But pizza was best in the area in my opinion. read more

Excellent Boston pizza, owner's from there, and been in business here since the 50s. Hyper old-fashioned, red checkered tablecloths, circular serving trays, pizza is cut in squares, crisp but tender thin crust, good tomato sauce and mozzarella, sausage clearly Italian complete with fennel seeds. Delicious. Chianti could've been served in a round bottle. Nice but businesslike waitress (Dawn: the famous Karen only works Tuesdays and Saturdays). Skip the Caesar salad. Worth the trip, especially if you're from Boston. read more

I have been coming here for years and recently heard about the new management. Decided to stop by for dinner with my family and was suprised. The only thing better than the service was the food.
