I stopped by to have Fernando take a look at my phone. It was working perfectly until suddenly I received a static screen. I did some research online and had my diagnose but wanted someone else to take a look at it. He opened up my phone (I guess this is what makes him a phone surgeon) and says that it's my phone screen and it needs to be replaced which will cost me about $110. This was way more than I was planning to spend and was not the diagnose I was expecting. Keep in mind, my phone worked perfectly fine until the static screen popped up. There are no cracks or scratches on my phone. Not agreeing with Fernando, I took the phone to another shop and only had to pay $59 for my repair. I had to get my usb flex cable change. This was almost half of what Fernando quoted me. Maybe Fernando honestly did not know what the issue was, and was just taking a guess. Maybe he saw me as someone he could make easy cash from. Make sure you do your research before you get anything fixed so people don't take advantage of you. I felt I would have been taken advantage of if I didn't know any better.

He opens the iPhone and then realizes he does not have the appropriate battery. Asks me to come back at a specific time and he's not there. After that I come back for the 3rd time and he's off to lunch. Finally the fourth time (I called before going over) and he opens the iPhone to realize he does was given the incorrect battery. At that point I went elsewhere - where they did it right and that too the first time. Went back to change phone service - told me he's done it before (which I should have realized meant that he'd considered it before) but had no idea what he was doing. I finally got the service provider to help resolve the issue (with no help from this guy - he wouldn't even call to make sure the issue was resolved). On the last time I called there he hung up and refused to pick up when I called. This guy has no idea what he's doing and I would recommend staying away. He is learning the business ..... and that too ... slowly ... very slowly.

It would take me almost an hour to get there but they had a good deal on iphones so I went ahead and drove to the SW location. I went to buy the phone and did not put my SIM card in to test it, BIG mistake. The lady at the register told me it would work once he put his SIM card in. Unfortunately, the phone was locked. After a few days of calling the store and trying to decide when we could return to see if it could get unlocked, we finally made it back to the store to get a replacement. The owner is a very kind and fair business man. He worked with us to make things right. My bf has a new iPhone 11 Pro Max and he is sooo happy! If Cell Repair is unable to fix whatever is wrong with your phone, they do offer other options. We are satisfied with our purchase!

I showed her my name on my money app, she REFUSED TO LOOK AT IT. I get my id from the car, I show her my ID she tries to grab it (ABSOLULTY NOT). I lay it on the counter, still in my fingers THEN SHE TRIES TO TAKE A PICTURE OF MY ID WITH HER PERSONAL CELL PHONE. "ABSOLUTELY NOT" i said. "YOU WILL NOT TAKE A PICTURE OF MY ID!! He just told you it was my watch and I just told you my entire name, I showed you my name on my money app, you refused to look at it". Then i showed her my id again and pointed it out "LOOK MY WHOLE NAME IS ON MY ID WHICH MATCHES THE FORM, that's enough. She ignored me and still didn't look. I then had to pay a $25 + TAX FOR A DIAGNOSTIC FEE via a money app???. Again, I had a HARDWARE problem and i was billed for a software diagnostic. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The postal people are rude and the tech will not be there or answer your calls. I told the tech I would be leaving a review because of that lady's behavior and he asked what happened. I tried to call him to update him and he didn't pick up my call. I blocked him and WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION FOR ANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER.

Celltronics cell phone repair has always been very convenient, scheduling weather it was a call in, or walk in appointment they've been really accommodating and thoughtful about how important our phones are to operating these days and I've never been asked to go without my cellular for more than an hour (which has Still seemed like a lifetime sadly lol).
