Found this place on yelp because we wanted to try something different from places we normally go to. Glad we came in for breakfast. We sat down as soon as we walked in, they brought our drinks out fast. And our coffee mugs were always filled. I had the Mediterranean omelet, my husband had regular pancakes , eggs, ham and bacon and our daughter had a fruit waffle. All of our food was very good. They have a LARGE selection of food. Atmosphere is pretty typical of a breakfast place. I wanted their breakfast special of two eggs meat potatoes and toast. Since I don't eat pork, I asked if we could have turkey bacon instead. The waitress thought it would be okay if it was a dollar of charge. And that was fine with me. But when she asked the manager, the manager said no. You have to take the special as it is. I do understand that perspective however since I don't eat pork that was my only option. I went ahead and ordered it with the bacon and gave the bacon to the Cook's. I just feel it was very poor customer service. It doesn't happen that often I'm quite sure there's no difference in cost. Our waitress was wonderful however. We really like this place. It is much better than Fast Eddies was and the selection of food is terrific. They have good burgers and breakfasts. I have had the gyro platter as well and enjoyed it. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that the service can sometimes be spotty. We have had great waitresses and then horrible waitresses. Happily the food sees us through it and we always hope for the best with the servers. read more

This was not a great experience. It was my first but my wife's 2nd time and when our waitress arrived finally my wife sighed as this was the same one she had before. The waitress is lucky to remember which shoe goes which foot as she writes down order but cannot seem to get it right, at least for 2 visits total by us. The special was terrible and biscuits with other it were rocks. Also we were told when explaining food, that was barely touched, was very bad and we would like it removed from bill, we were told they had a 3 bite rule.....Although hilarious, the waitress was serious. For us, this was terrible. But if you have young kids who cannot seem to keep quiet, this is perfect as it gets so loud that it really won't matter and they get Mickey Mouse pancakes. I ordered 3 buttermilk pancakes, home fries and 2 over medium eggs. The pancakes were large, but very dry and it had no taste to it. The pancakes were cold when it was brought out and the eggs were very runny and undercooked. Check the prices when you order because I believe I was overcharged for my order. Apparently when you call in or ask to speak to Luke he is never available. He likes to pop in and out . The service problem is not only the staff, but the cooks can't even get two separate orders out at the same time to the same table. So if plan on eating with the people you dine with,you best call in your order before you arrive. My girlfriend & I went to dine in last Thursday, she order the breakfast I order a simple blt, bacon lettuce turkey sandwich with fries. My girlfriend got here's first , it took the kitchen 10 more minutes before mine came out. Who in there right mind serves two meals separate at the same table? Went in for the $4.99 breakfast deal which requires you buy a drink which will cost you $3, so in reality $7.98. I don't want anything but water with breakfast so that wouldn't work for me. I ordered the Biscuit's and Gravy which was horrible and cost $7 for two dry biscuits and mediocre gravy. This place is as expensive (if not slightly more) as iHop with 1/100th the options. The service is nice but extraordinarily slow. My daughter said the french toast was pretty good. I will not personally be back to this place again. read more

Michelle gave us horrible customer service. She came to take our order we didn't see the kids menu until she came. When she saw we were having trouble finding something for my kids she rudely walked away, since we weren't ready. She seemed annoyed at it. Horrrible!! We went in for Father's day 15 minute wait, got seated in the time frame got our drinks but then we sat there for 55 minutes barely a refill when we asked for it. The food and service were fine. However, the menu is misleading. We had breakfast this morning. The menu says that you can substitute fruit for potatoes, but says nothing about an upcharge. My friend had pancakes instead of toast and there was an upcharge for that too. So bacon & eggs, cheese omelette and 3 cups of coffee cane to a little over $30. We found this place on yelp and the food looked really delicious so we decided to come for breakfast. The service was absolutely terrible. Not only was our server rude but we didn't know where she was half the time and when she dropped off the check she never came back. We didn't know if we were supposed to pay up front or wait for her because she never told us. We ended up just going up front and paying. I got the buttermilk pancakes, eggs, and bacon. The pancakes were dry and the bacon was thin and over cooked. My husband got the biscuits and gravy and he said they were the worst he's ever eaten. On the recommendation of my daughters I went with them for a late breakfast, ordered coffee to start...came in a dirty mug (strike 1) tried to ignore the coffee stains on the outside of the mug and started to pour sugar into the coffee, I open the rolled silverware only to notice they are greasy (strike 2) I wipe them off and as I'm stirring the coffee I notice something rising to the top...yay a floater(strike 3) im outta there and never coming back!
