Went there twice looking a simple sari. My first visit the store came across a little business so…read moreservice was slow actually one got no service so I decided to go back the second time. Store was empty and service sucked. They need to grasp what customer service means. If you are serving a customer you give full attention not walk away and serve the next person that walked in. My son who is 5 picked up a plastic container that was displayed and the sales associate just yelled at him to place it down. I turned around and said its plastic it won't break secondly if it got damaged I would pay for it so no need to yell at him. Not all little children are misbehaved there are few that are disciplined. I am never going back there.

I went here looking for a few different items.. some casual wear some party wear. What i found was…read morethe largest selection of indian clothing in Seattle! As an American I can sometimes find indian clothing a little confusing when it comes to Sarees and how they are shipped so here I was able to get all of my questions answered and they do all of the necessary stitching and adjustments, too! The prices are comparable to shopping online, only if you buy here you don't have to pay for shipping and you have your selection in hand. Its win-win. It looks like they are still decorating their space since the shop is only 3 months old but I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for indian clothing. They also have a lovely selection of jewelry, too that when I have more time I want to go back and shop for. The shop owner was there and very helpful when I had questions and the lady working there was super nice and patient while taking my measurements. I'll definitely be going back!

I'm assigning this store 5 stars, as it's a fabulous place for what it is: inexpensive clothes that…read morecater to the teen crowd. My teen daughter adores this place, and I visited over the weekend, and I can see the draw: the store is HUGE (it is super-deep), and the clothes are all displayed and laid out nicely, The fashions are trendy and the prices are amazing. Like, WAY less expensive than Forever 21. Of course, you won't get the quality of Nordstroms or even The Gap, but for what this store is, it's great. Note: when I visited the store, there were quite a few older women in the store, shopping for themselves, apparently. There are basic t-shirts and tank shops in every color, and super cheap, that any woman could wear. And cropped tank-top-like sports bras in every colour for $2.99. Even if the clothes only lasted a year, still a pretty good deal.

This place just opened a few months ago at the Redmond Town Center. It's like Forever 21, but…read morewithout the crowds of giggling tweens. I bought four layering tank tops and a cute, casual, but warm sweatshirt/peacoat hoodie all for a grand total of $40. Perks: cheap clothes, shoes, and accessories. Downsides: some items are also cheap-looking and the quality is at a level you'd expect for the price. I don't care because I go through clothes pretty quick, so they aren't worth spending a fortune on. Also, there are no returns or exchanges on several types of items, including shoes, shirts, and pants. Other items, like coats and I think dresses, can be exchanged within 30 days if the tags are still on AND you have the receipt. They did, however, just break this rule for me today when I brought back a shirt (tags still on) that had a gaping hole in the seam I only discovered when putting it on at home.

Really disappointing experience today at the store. I asked if there was a size small in a pair of…read morepants I really liked and there was one in store, but it was on the mannequin. I've never had a store not offer to let me try the item on from the mannequin, but it happened today. Not only was I not offered this option, I was told that their policy was that they would only take the item off of the mannequin if I knew for sure I was going to buy it. I wondered how I would know if the item fit right without trying it on. They suggested I try a "similar pant" (which was a completely different cut and style) to which I declined. So I said that I would try the XS and the M on and see how they fit. Once I discovered that the small was indeed my size, my husband asked them to take the item off of the mannequin as I was sure I was going to buy it. After being met with attitude, They took the item directly to the register and asked if we were ready to check out. There were a couple of items we also wanted to try on, so we said we were not ready yet. I'm not sure what the issue was and why it was such a problem to let me try something on that I really liked. We've never had anything but good experiences there and I'm very disappointed that we were treated this way. Honestly, if I would have been by myself without the level headedness of my husband, I would have walked out in disgust. We ended up buying three pairs of pants (including the one from the mannequin). Gap, please train your employees better. Edited to add that there were no other customers in the store at this time and 4 people working.

Also, as a mom, and a teacher, I can say that Gap clothing is such a better quality than other children's brands.
