We had a wonderful experience on New Year's Eve. The food and drinks were very good, and it was a very nice atmosphere. We also had New Year's Day brunch that was outstanding. Everyone was very kind and the service was great.

At 4:15pm on Sunday where we are not worthy to sit near windows.

Want to like local restaurants so we don't have to drive into Columbus, but our first experience was an unwelcoming hostess who literally seated us in a corner of a fairly empty restaurant at 4pm on Sunday. We asked to sit somewhere else where 80% of the seats was still open and she still refused. 3 stars to compensate for good Service. Food was ok, I had better Prime Rib. Don't think we will be back unfortunately.

We love the Craftsman. The Cherry Valley hotel is beautiful and it's such a relaxing environment for brunch or dinner. We often go for brunch on Sunday after Mass and are so impressed with the menu and the value. Some great prices and we love to visit our favorite server, Suzie. She is so fun and personable. We went today for the Easter brunch and had a wonderful experience. The food was amazing and our two year old grandson loves to go visit the fish in the pond out back after we eat. Highly recommend.

I do not like to give a negative review, but i really had a bad experience and wanted to share my honest opinion. I went here for my anniversary dinner and wanted to experience their igloo dinning during December. Except for our igloo ambiance, we did not like anything here. This was the most expensive dinners I have ever had and zero value for money. We made a 7pm reservation and showed up by 6:58 pm, and there wasn't anyone to greet us at the desk. We had to wait around 10 mins for the host to show up and be seated. Plus, we weren't given a good spot for our igloo. we were seated right in front of the restaurant and had no privacy. However, the service was quick, and our waitress was sweet. My husband had requested a special dessert for our anniversary while making the reservation, and we never got it, which was very disappointing. The food taste and quality were below average for the price ($230)that we paid. The overall dining was for 90 mins. I would not recommend this restaurant for dining. However, the cherry valley hotel itself is very beautiful place with cozy ambiance.

We only ate there once and will never go back. Food was cold and they refused to do anything about it.

I was looking forward to trying a couple beers listed on the website, but they were not there. My BLT was delicious, but the "avocado" upcharge was really just an avocado sauce, not real avocado. Most irritating though, the waitress brought us our check while I was only halfway done with my meal - I didn't ask for it and was clearly not ready. My friend commented to her that I still was thinking of getting a boozy milkshake. She didn't get the hint that maybe we weren't ready for the check, and just asks me which one I want. I was planning that as a dessert, so I stared at my half-eaten meal and told her that I'd like to finish my meal first before thinking about that. I haven't felt so rushed in a restaurant a long time. My friend told me that he goes often and had never had that experience before, so we'll try it again - and get a real burger.

Whether it's a mid-week dinner or a weekend hangout, they managed to nail the "elevated neighborhood gem" vibe perfectly. The Food The star of the show is undoubtedly the wood-fired pizza. You can taste the authenticity in the crust--perfectly charred with that signature smoky finish you can only get from a real wood oven. The toppings are fresh, and the balance of flavors shows they aren't just making pizza; they're perfecting it. On the lighter (but equally delicious) side, the fish tacos are a standout. It's rare to find a wood-fired joint that treats seafood with this much respect. The fish is always flaky and fresh, complemented by bright, crisp toppings that make for a perfect contrast to the rich, smoky pizzas. The Service What truly sets Elliot's apart, though, is the bar staff. The service here is consistently top-notch. The team is incredibly knowledgeable--whether you're looking for a specific craft beer pairing or a recommendation from their cocktail list, they know the menu inside and out. It's the kind of place where the staff makes you feel like a regular from your very first visit. Final Verdict: Excellent food, a great tap list, and a team that actually knows their stuff. Elliot's is easily a 5-star experience.
