I saw this new hot spot in town on Instagram. It looked cool and I'm a fan of desserts so I had to check it out. There's free parking on the premises. The interior is an open concept with tables and chairs. The line wasn't too long. There were two families ahead of me. There's a merch wall with shirts and hoodies. There's also a grass wall that would make a nice backdrop for pictures. There's a bathroom there. There is also a sink area so that you can clean your mason jars. The customer service was great. I ordered the sweet but salty. The Salty but Sweet consists of Salted caramel brownie ice cream, chocolate frosting, chocolate-covered pretzels, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, brownie, hot fudge, and whipped topping. I'm happy that I arrived when I did. The line was to the door. The wait wasn't long, no more than 10 minutes. The presentation was amazing! I'd revisit it, it was yummy! read more

I wanted to see what all the hype was about, and it was well worth it. The RISEN God must have been with us because we came on Easter at about 5:30 and walked straight up to the counter. Absolutely no wait. It was pretty packed. I could only see 2 tables available, so we snagged one really quick while ordering because you could feel the energy and knew the rush was coming again. Sure enough, it did. But anyway, cute place, excellent staff, great selfie wall, fast service, and the wash and take your Mason hat home is a nice touch. We had the Sweet Cheesus! The fresh strawberry sitting on top of a nice slice of cheesecake was scrumptious. That in itself was enough; but the ice cream/milkshake was devine, and the surprise was the mini chuck's cheesecake inside and of the strawberry jelly/syrup was yummy. The Build Me up Buttercup was a little disappointing. I was expecting peanut butter throughout and a yummy surprise inside, but nope. What you see is what you get. So first I just want to say before you come the price of a milkshake with all the crazy stuff is 15 dollars. However you get to keep the jar you bought it with. Other than than truthfully this place was good. It definitely fulfilled my sweet tooth for the MONTH (lol). I would recommend the mint milkshake or even the banana pudding one. There are a ton of options, they call it editable artwork! i love that... i just had dinner and decided to get a simple ice cream cone. it was $4, you can't beat that with a stick. There seemed to be only one cashier station and the people in front of us were having issues deciding or explaining what they wanted because it took them over 15mins to order while a rather large line formed behind us. The menu screen print is small it's pretty much impossible to read if you don't get very close. There were a few physical menus at the front but they were on a host stand with no signage to take one if needed. More handheld menus or a QR code with a digital menu to look while you wait would've been great. There was someone who came out and cleaned tables at one point and was right by us but didn't seem to talk with anyone saying hello or ask how the shakes were. For $12-16 shakes I would want to know everyone's was tasting perfect because they look amazing! Again my only real issues was the bottleneck of one cashier and the text size on the screen. I've received an answer to my complaint of never being served at her establishment. I find it interesting that no mention was made of the fact that we were never served. Instead the cost of the items became her top concern. If we had been waited on and had a lovely dish, maybe I could say they were worth every penny.
