The staff was super nice and didn't miss a beat on anything we asked for. The Food: I had the factory burger (medium well) with steak fries. Everything was excellent. The burger was flavorful with a soft brioche bun. It was not greasy to the point the grease soaked the bun at all! Steak fries were well seasoned and crispy! The wifey had chicken and waffles with a side of shrimp. The waffles were soft with a light crisp on the exterior. Syrup was tasty. The chicken was the only weak spot. The crisp on outside was excellent but the flavor of the chicken on the inside could've given more. Add alittle more seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic) and it'll be all the way on point! The shrimp were jumbo sized and crispy. It had a good flavor profile as well. The Drinks: We had the premade frozen drinks. I had the margarita mixed with Georgia peach. I highly recommend. Wifey had the margarita mixed with orgasm. It was good but not as good as the Georgia peach. We both had size large. They need to fire the staff and hire some people that want to work. The hostess being the first to go. Never should customers enter an establishment and feel unwelcome. She didn't even greet us and just pointed around saying we can sit anywhere. That's after being ignored by her upon entering. The place was empty, and I see why. Anyway, the food was pretty good. The calamari was great. The chicken and waffles were good also, though I like a little more seasoning on my chicken, and the daiquiri wasn't watered down. The peach cobbler was less than stellar. I ordered the jolly rancher daiquiri and I loved it. I could barely taste the alcohol and I was able to get 2. I didn't want to return home drunk but it barely affected me. I think it was 95% daiquiri 5% alcohol Now don't think that this is a light weight place cause it's not. They have strong drinks that will take you to the moon ... Myself and spouse visited this establishment on New Year's Eve. It was packed however, we were seated very quickly to my surprise. The waitress was nice however, didn't get my salad order correct which was no cheese. I also asked for a side of broccoli which had a bug in it. She let the male manager who seemed frustrated and ready to go home know there was a bug in my food. He advised he would cop the broccoli, and that it wasn't a bug it was garlic butter. Seeing that garlic butter is not black with wings and red eyes I told her to send it back. My husband ordered the salmon burger and fries which was ok. Daiquiri had little to no alcohol . We made the mistake of coming on a day they had bottomless crab legs. The smell of fish wreaked throughout the whole building. My boyfriend and I then decided to move outside. We ordered a couple daiquiris, last accompanied by a shot of patron. The shots were pretty big. The daiquiris didn't seem to be too strong. Which was interesting since one of the flavors was mixed with everclear lol. The food menu was rarely large, but I kept it safe because of the yelp reviews. I ordered fried zucchini, definitely dissatisfactory. Overall the experience was okay. They let you sample three flavors before you order your drink which I thought was cool. I feel like my experience was a joke. I came with 3 other friends "double date" if you will. My server was like a one stop pony, kept getting lost. He states "muddled lemons, Tito's, triple sec?????? & simple syrup".. okay so I go back to my seat and tell my bf it's triple sec we taste " triple sec doesn't go in a lemon drop" I inform my server and she just says "oh, sorry" LOL okay girl . Then our food comes out.. crab cake taste like imitation crab, my bf is from Maryland so we know what crab taste like ; my bf orders jumbo shrimp that were not jumbo at all small/average. My friend had calamari that was very salty, no discount they just made her wait about 15 mins for some more. If I could give zero stars I would. If you are going for the Monday all you can eat crab legs don't waste your money or time!! Not only is the service terribly slow the crab legs were extremely small and you can only get one crab cluster per refill, at that rate it would take you about 4 hours to get your monies worth. The drinks was good which I suspected but my food disgusted first thing first my chicken was black in the inside which indicated to me it was frozen and they just ran some water on it and cooked it. When the waiter took our orders she took our orders 30mins after we had been sitting at the table then shortly she came back over and stayed the kitchen was closed if we wanted to order anything else instead of asking us did we want anything else because the kitchen was closing in a certain amount of time. Her name was Carlie. The food is not good. It's overpriced for basic ass food. I ordered a po boy and the shrimp size was cool but it lacked the veggies that suppose to coke with it, as if they were really greedy with portions. They start you out with 2 small clusters along with a split potatoe from there the wait is on!!!! The staff is extremely rude, and when you ask how long it will take for the person to come around to give you more food it's a joke. Yesterday our waitress literally took 25 minutes to bring us a cup of water of which one of the guests in my party got up and went to just get a cup of water from the bar. Clearly, this experience has left me to post a review as I typically don't do reviews, but I don't want anyone else to have to go through the experience we went through if I can help it. If you are in the mood for seafood go ahead and go to a restaurant that will serve you enough that you felt like you have eaten, but you are not feeling as though you are begging someone to bring you something that you paid for.
