Grinder rolls are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, stuffed to the gills with meat and toppings, and very big. A half is more than enough for one person to eat well, and it's a good option for food if you're jumping in a plane soon. The flavors are good but basic. No fancy toppings or meats. Very down home cooking, simple but good. They don't charge a ton either, especially with the portion you get. My parents love making the trek here as a treat.
