My inconsiderate neighbor in my parking lot decided to full swing his car door into mine, and left his paint in the huge door ding that he left behind on my 2 MONTH OLD car. The ding was on my driver's side door so every single time I went into and out of my car I got to see the damage. I was seriously losing sleep over it, and since the neighbor vehemently denied doing it despite the fact that I never moved my car from my spot before and after the ding, I decided to try to look for an affordable way to get rid of the disgusting dent. I researched a few places and attempted to contact them. None were as accessible as Eddie was. I set up an appointment, showed up near his closing hours. Despite the fact that I was probably going to hold Eddie in his shop late, he offered to take care of it right then and there after giving me the estimate. An hour and a half later, I couldn't believe what had been done to my car. Eddie has no problem with you watching, but in all honesty, it's probably because what he does is pure magic. For the price, this place cannot be beat. Eddie went above and beyond my expectations, and even helped me buff out another area that I accidentally messed up myself by using harsh rubbing compounds. An absolute master at his craft. If he can't get it out then no one can. Went in with an entire rear door that was dented and scraped the whole length of the door. Eddie and his crew at the Dent Devils are INCREDIBLE at what they do, and they treat you like family. When I was in a minor collision, I showed up at Eddie's place. He immediately helped me get the process moving along, and he even gave me a ride back to my work. I would give 6 stars if that was an option! Thank you Eddie for getting my car back to being safe and close to new cosmetically. I live in LA which has taken its toll on my car. It had pretty significant dents, scrapes, and damage. After assessing, Eddie gave me a few options to chose from which I really appreciated. The damage was so significant that to get it back to perfect condition, I'd have to replace the door and bumper and spend more than I wanted to put into my car. My second option was submitting insurance claims and getting a new car. I chose to go with the third option which was leaving my car with Eddie for a day to work out as much of the damage as possible without replacing the parts or going through the mess of insurance. He promised the least and delivered the most. I am absolutely thrilled with the work he did. My dents are almost non existent and my bumper is secure and no longer shifts out of place when I drive. For some back story, my Audi had a run in with a shopping cart that scratched and dented my front door. After meeting a few dealers and body shops, everyone was afraid to do it because it would crack the paint if it was popped out. So I had this nice thumb sized dent no one wanted to work on for months. Someone at work recommended Dent Devils and so I thought I would give him a shot. Eddie was very helpful in the process, he described what he would do in detail, why it couldn't be just "popped" out and was very thorough with the work. After his work was done, I can't even find the spot where the dent was on the side of my car. I'm a happy camper with a candy car, with no dents to be seen in sight! Two days ago I went to do a photo shoot for my car. After the photo shoot, I realized that somewhere somehow I had received a dent on my driver side fender. It was about the size of a dime. Even though most people wouldn't be bothered by something that small, I was. My car had just gotten out of the body shop 2 weeks prior to that and it was flawless. I like old fashioned work ethics. I like people who geek over details. I like businesses who steer me away from expensive repairs that would have made them money but possibly not been worth it. For these reasons you need to use Eddie's business, the Dent Devils. I had someone scrap and dent my BMW right read fender near the wheel, and took it to Eddie. He looked at the dings, and told me that in order to get them out (they were on the edge of the wheel well crease above the wheel) he would have to remove the inner trunk liners and much of the electronics. He said it would look good but cost a fair amount due to the labor involved. Then he asked me the important question- "can you live with this?". If not, then he said he would do it. Instead he offered to touch up the scratches gratis if I would get the touch up paint. I did, he did, and refused payment. He is proud of his work and in this day of low quality for high prices, I feel that good behavior and ethics should be rewarded. read more

I had a serious door ding on the crease of my porsche panamera, and the dent devil was referred to me by Pro Collision. So, I took my car there, Terry MacDonald could not have been any easier to deal with. He had to take the inside of my door off to access the dent. Plus, I had another minor dent is the rear door. It took him two days to finish the job and it looks fantastic. I would recommend him very highly. I own high end vehicles and I feel he would treat any car as he treated mine. I hate to leave bad reviews and for the most part I just don't go back to a business if I am unhappy with it but I decided to share my experience at this shop. 1st I called to see if I can get a quote for a minor dent I have in my passenger door caused by someone slamming their door to mine. He told me on the phone that it's better to go in person to get a quote saying the repairs start from $85 so I decided to show him the car in person and I told him I'll be going there. When I got there he saw me while walking towards another car and just said check in with a girl that was sitting in the corner. I filled a form and was right in front of him waiting for him to give me a quote, he just kept working on the other car not even acknowledging the fact that I was waiting for him so after a few mins I went back to the girl that I checked in with and asked how much longer it will be, she walked up to him in front of me to ask then he yells "I have to finish this car" so I said no problem I can come back cause I had to be somewhere and was afraid I would run late. When he heard me say I'll come back he gets up, comes towards my car and starts looking at it and playing with the door.... it took him 25 mins of talking to tell me that it will cost $500 to fix the 2 inch not very deep dent in my car. I told him I was expecting something around $100-$150 then he says well maybe I can do it for $300-$500 but it will be close to $500 and kept explaining to me why it's complicated so I said thanks and left. 1st I was bothered with his attitude but maybe he had a bad day or a super busy one so I won't judge him on that but I just had someone come to my place (who gave me an accurate quote over the phone with just a picture of the dent) and fixed the dent for $160!!!! It looks great and he was super friendly, thats the reason I decided to leave this review cause dent devil's quote didn't make sense to me and I am glad I didn't take my car there. read more

At the Mira Mesa Target day after Christmas, I park carefully in the crowded lot between two little cars with pleanty of room, after i get home I notice, some idiot causes a door ding on our new 3,000 mike black Mazda CX-9 GT. Back in America's Finest city and driving a rental car. A rental car which ended up with some bumper damage today (6pm). Knowing I'd rather have it fixed than fight with my insurance company and the rental car Nazis I did a quick yelp/craigslist search and found Dent Devils. Eddie returned a text within minutes, asked for a picture and then gave me a call. He gave a ballpark range $85-150 depending on if the bumper needed to be pulled off. He said he wasn't planning to work on Saturday morning but could meet me at the shop and asked what time would work. After talking a bit further he said he could take a look tonight (Friday night 8pm). I drove to the shop and was impressed with a well set up shop with appropriate tools in a well organized space. Shortly after arriving the bumper was fixed and (in my opinion) looked better than when I picked up the car. Eddie is an artist and his willingness to meet on a moments notice, fix the bumper, and charge only $100 was much appreciated. I learned that the sooner a bumper dent is fixed the easier (and faster) it is to fix- the longer it sits the tougher it is to fix. My Niece stuffed her car into the one in front of her during 8 east rush hour. Hood, both fenders, bumper, frame check, headlights, seriously he was quuckly able to source my parts and have everything back up and running. Eddie did such a great job we referred him to my neighbor who had a brand new black truck. Eddie was also able to fix that one and my new neighbor was stoked also. Brittany was reassuring as I called to "check-in" on my car to see how it was going a lot.
