My previous dentist ) and now Dr. Beaver (my husband's dentist) We moved to this area from 160 miles south about 10 months ago due to my husband's new job. The only friend that we had in the area recommended their practice and I am so glad they did. They will work with whatever time and/or day of the week is convenient for you, Trust Me! "Friday's is good for the Hill family" lol if for some reason they can't see you in case of an emergency they will find you a in network dentistry they are familiar with to see you that day (it only happened when I needed a root canal done that started to act up and I would have had to wait 2 weeks to see their in house orthodontist, that comes in once a month). I've had six procedures done and have all been very pleasant experiences. One of those procedures was the removal of my top two wisdom tooth, it was very quick and swift I was done within 45mns. They will show you all of your procedure options and won't try to persuade you to go with the most expensive option at all, but if you ask their opinion they will answer with what they think is best for you situation. They also make sure that you are comfortable first and foremost. My husband and I weren't able to take care of our dentistry needs before with the previous salary etc but now that we are able, we feel quite blessed that it is being taken care of by a group of professionals that truly know what they're doing, that use latest dentistry technology to help make the experience as pleasant and timely as possible without sacrificing quality, and that are sincere about what we needed/needs to be done. We're so pleased that we decided to have our two children ages 9 and 2 become patients as well, next door at My Kids Dentistry with Dr.Chance whom is just as profesional and caring as Dr.Alexander. I would recommend this dentistry to everyone.

Dr. Priya takes good care of my teeth and I try to see her at all my visits. Very gentle and caring and tells you as it is but in a very caring way. I'm always comfortable and even when my daughter comes with me to the visits she is able to sit in a little play area they have for kids and watch tv or play. She also is able to get a token and get something from the gumball machine which she loves. The assistants are so personable and friendly. Within about three years, one restoration failed and required emergency care. I no longer live in Texas, so I saw another provider locally. That provider was recommended by this office and uses the same lab. During that visit, I was shown a clear image of an unsealed margin on the tooth adjacent to the failed restoration. This area is now causing significant sensitivity and requires treatment. Despite this, I was told by Dr. Young that addressing it would be a personal choice and not necessary. I was also told that issues like this could be related to whether I was keeping up with cleanings. I have consistently attended my dental cleanings before and after the restoration. I have been trying to get help since April 11, when the crown failed. I was finally told on 4/30 that a night guard would be remade and sent. I provided my address and never received a response or update. My records state that a night guard was delivered to me after treatment completion. I never received a night guard. What I was given were retainers, which I believed were night guards all along. I raised concerns shortly after placement in 2023, including asymmetry and bite issues, and provided photos at the time. I relied on the guidance that things were addressed. I am now dealing with a failed restoration, another tooth requiring treatment, and no protective night guard despite documentation stating otherwise.

It was on my Dental Insurance...yea! Unfortunately, I'd just had a cleaning at my former dentist. So it would be awhile before I saw them. But stuff happens. A new implant's plug that covers the screw fell out. Argh! So, I called Muzny & they were very nice. Got me in quickly. The office is very nice. The people are personable & open. I was seen quickly. I like that a lot. My issue was checked & the solution shown to me. I was happy with it. Just a note: you pay for what you get. I was in & out in 30 min! I'm looking forward to my first real appointment. I'm expecting great results based on the superb handling of this emergency. However, in spite of them checking her insurance, they set an appointment before she was due. My friends first clue was a bill from the practice.
