This is the first time I had an original ring designed, though. I worked with Marino Costello on the design process. As an anniversary gift, my husband wanted to buy me a ring, but I decided that I couldn't give up my original engagement ring and wedding band so I had a new ring designed utilizing the diamonds. The process was interesting. I looked at rings in the jewelry store to get an idea of what I wanted and then we proceeded to the design process, Marino sending me CAD drawings and then a wax ring was made where I tried it on to get an idea of the design and dimensions. My new ring is gorgeous! Marino is a fabulous designer and so easy to work with. I appreciated his attention to detail and his quick responses to my emails. The design process was fun. I love that Marino designed such a special ring where I still have the original diamonds that my husband gave me 20 years ago. I highly recommend Costello Jewelry!

My mother and I brought some rings here to be sized as well as some old items to sell. They did a…read moregood job sizing (especially sizing my grandmother's ring to my mother's finger since my mom is a much smaller person but it fits very well; also the two I brought have scrollwork around the stones and nothing was damaged/it looks perfectly new). Their prices are a bit high, but look for coupons in some of the local coupon fliers. Also selling the scrap metal offset the cost somewhat, so if you have anything you're not wearing, why not get a few bucks out of it? Overall, very pleased with the service and quality. Turnover time was about a week on mine; mom is also still waiting for them to source a stone to fit a setting where she lost the original one (which could take time, of course).
