We waited about 30 minutes, and a few tables cleared, some people were seated and 1 table was left clean and empty. Ten minutes after the table was cleared the hostess came up to us (2 adults, 2 children) and expressed that there was a table paying and she would seat us soon. That table never happened. Five minutes later a family of 7 paid and we were offered their table. I did mention how there were other tables cleaned already and sat at the table that was offered at that time. After finally being seated, we sat for 10-15 minutes without any service. Then the owner Jayson Hunter, addressed the seating arrangements with an adjacent table instead of directly addressing our concerns. Since I am the person who said something about the seating arrangements, he could have came to us instead of being a fucking coward and talking shit to a table that has no idea why he is explaining his seating arrangements! Second, the fucking cockroach that came wondering out looking very lost like he didn't know what to do was it for us! If my kid didn't have my phone at that moment (he just waited over 50 minutes to eat) I would have taken a picture of the roach too We decided to leave! Be aware when you step into his restaurant in Ballston Spa and 20 North in Schenectady!
