After checking my phone, I noticed a missed call and voicemail. In the message, they apologized for not being able to reach me and let me know that my son's boutonniere had been left safely next door at the liquor store for pickup. I went from stressed and disappointed to incredibly relieved and grateful. I've been going to Dizzy Daisy for years, and they never disappoint. I attempted to use another florist at first, after finding them rude, unhelpful and intrusive I stumbled upon 'The Enchanted Florist'. To say that the service received was in stark contrast would be to undersell the pleasure it was to deal with Korie. Genuinely some of the best customer service I have ever received. My friend described the flowers as 'beautiful'. Korie pro-actively offered to have these delievered sooner than I had requested, having taken the time to realise that I wished to get them delivered as soon as possible and had not had the option online. Korie also realised my concerns with submitting personal information and went out of her way to cater ways around this for me. I found my correspondence with Korie to be prompt, friendly and incredibly helpful. For the flowers alone, I could not recommend highly enough but the customer service provided was superb, genuinley above all expectation. When I realise I have forgotten my friends birthday again next year, The Enchanted Florist will be my first port of call. Thanks again read more

My daughter wanted a floral arrangement to give to her friend as a birthday gift. She was able to walk to this store from Chapman University so she phoned with a request from a photo on their website. Korie said that she didn't have all the exact flowers in stock but could use other ones. Tip: This is common for florists so it's good to call and ask if they have the flowers in the photo. Korie was able to throw it together within an hour and it turned out very pretty, different than other basic floral arrangements offered by other florists. Ordering on the phone, you never know what you'll get. But when I picked up the floral arrangement to give to a friend for her birthday, I was very pleased! It seems others here have said the same, you can trust them to create a good arrangement. The downside is that some of the flowers they use don't last as long as your typical floral arrangement (think grocery store flowers), but their bouquets are much more creative and beautiful. The employees are easy to work with too, very competent. read more

I have used the Enchanted Florist for many years, and would NEVER go any where else. Their designs are one of a kind! I always let them select the style and colors of my arrangements, because that is when I get to enjoy their true creativeness. They're on a corner leading into a residential area so it was easy enough to pull in and park on the street and run in. The bulk of their shop is would say is no frills. Different flowers in various buckets and then a lot of prearranged bouquets for quick service. Then they had this refrigerated back section with these goooorrrrgeous displays. Like sunflowers and roses arranged into hearts and other shapes. Like super duper Instagram worthy. The guy working was nice enough. Kind of quiet. He let me look without talking to me much. I ended up choosing two because one was really colorful with these purples and pinks and whites and the other was all yellows but the sunflowers were too pretty to pass up. He cut the stems for me and they took tap to pay. I only took a star off because they weren't the type of flowers where you can indulge in their fragrance (I didn't notice a floral scent at all) and then I feel like other florists will wrap up your bouquets in paper or something so they don't look like grocery store flowers and even when I asked about it, the guy said no. Oh well. They still came in clutch for me and I would hella go back
