So this is actually the best cheesecake I have had in my life. I bought two of the 7 inch for Father's Day last year, and they were incredible, intense and delicious, the crust is my favorite part but it balanced perfectly with the cheese. The 7 inch was also deceptively large, we could not finish it in one day with 2 kids and 3 adults. A couple weeks later some friends brought over some other cheesecakes as a gift, they did not compare. Akilah called me to ensure that The date I inputted was correct because I set it for the day after thanksgiving.
