Horrible customer service experience!! My neighbor had part of his fence blow down in a storm, and selected The Fencing Pro to fix it. He came by and told me that someone was coming by to fix the fence, and that there was a little bit of work that would need to be done on my side and I would need to pay for my side of it, I agreed to help him out. After the work was done, someone came to the door and my wife paid them. When I got done with work and returned home, I was unhappy with the resulting work. I called them and had the worst customer service experience of my life. I explained my frustrations, and had all of the blame pushed back on myself and my neighbors, so I pressed harder because I felt that this was definitely not my fault. The result was that Troy (the owner) placed me on hold mid-sentence, his secretary picked up and asked me for my phone number so she could schedule a meeting the following week, when I asked her what the meeting would entail she literally started yelling at me. I was unhappy with the work performed on this job, or more-so with the business practices employed doing the job, but would have been able to live with it had they been capable of even a little customer service. But I wish I could give them a 0 star rating, because no unhappy customer deserves to be cut off mid-sentence just to be YELLED at by a secretary, that's just insane. For that treatment I would go out of my way to dissuade people from using this company. read more

The folks here are very nice but there skills are very weak when it comes to follow up and issue resolution. They have come back twice to resolve a sagging issue with a gate that they installed a few months ago. I keep hearing that the gate is big. I guess that is their reason for the sag. Its kind of funny, the gate is the same size when you took my money... Anyways, beware. I think they can do a very good job if its fairly simple but don't expect these folks to fix issues that were caused by their design. read more

Had Fencing Pro Inc install a gate, and short running fence. Heaven (the office manager) called the day before to confirm the time. On the day of installation the crew arrived early (always a plus), and got to work right away. A few hours later the old gate and running fence had been replaced with a perfectly installed cedar gate and short running fence. The crew explained what needed to be done to preserve the wood on the fence, and went over in detail how it was installed. This phase 1 of a larger project, and I look forward to working with Fencing Pro Inc for the following phases. read more

I would not use this Company at all. There were three homes sharing the cost of expenses. Iniatially the first side went up fine ., however a different crew came for the next side and it was installed very substandard. The gate was installed upside down and with an obvious cracked wood and there are holes that were puttied now showing. The tounge and groove which is supposed to be warranted has large separations. If they would just repair ...fine , however as previous posts indicate Troy does not even return call, that Rhonda states he will... My neighbor used his services again recently ( don't quite know why ) but I asked the crew if they could just take a look at my fence while they were there , they instructed me to call. Rhonda said Troy would need to call and examine. It has been a month , I have called and emailed Rhonda iniatiaally had misplaced my phone number. They do not stand behind their " materials and workmanship" 3 year Warranty... it does not mean a thing !!! read more

Dear Troy and Rhonda: Your crew repaired my 100 foot long red cedar fence in late July 2017, and I wanted to write to say how pleased my wife and I are with the work. To remind you, my fence sits on the edge of a fairly steep slope. The rains of Winter 2016/17 washed out the ground supporting 9 of the posts holding up my fence. It began sagging and the posts began pulling out of the ground, so knew I needed to do something. The fence is only 7 years old, and for the beauty of it I specially selected Western Red Cedar in a clear grade, and stainless deck screws as fasteners when it was originally built. The fence faces our community pool and park. I wanted to keep what I had, but repair it, because I think it can last another 5 to 7 years. I tried to get several estimates for a repair, as well as suggestions about how best to stabilize the fence, although I had some ideas of my own. Of the 6 contractors I contacted, only three showed up to look over the project and give me an estimate. One of the three who gave an estimate only wanted to demolish the entire fence and start from scratch, while another wanted to take out all 9 leaning posts and replace them with redwood, not cedar, for a very high price. Troy was the only one who provided a bid using a repair method along the lines I was thinking would work, and for a fair price. The repair was scheduled for late July, and Rhonda made that very easy. Your crew of 2 showed up a half an hour early and worked a full day. They dug out the nine posts, and only replaced 2 of them, resetting all 9 in new, deeper, and wider footings, reinforced with steel braces. They did other cosmetic repairs as well, and left the area broom clean, taking away with them the replaced wood and concrete debris from the old footings. I'm confident that the repairs will hold up through future rainy seasons, and the fence will last for years into the future. Best of all, the expensive cedar lumber did not end up in a landfill. Short Story: Avoid this company, all the bad reviews are accurate. Long Story: My neighbor had used The Fencing Pro to build his fence and at some point I had written their information down. When I was ready to get a quote for replacement of my fence I reached out to them first. Troy Ford, the owner, came to my house at the scheduled time and he was amicable and listened to what I was looking for. I showed him pictures from his own website of what I would like my fence to look like. We agreed on everything and it seemed like a done deal. He promised a quote back by the end of the week. I received the quote and it seemed reasonable, I assumed that everything we had discussed was contained therein. Nonetheless, any time I have a major project I get at least three bids just to make sure that everything is in order. While searching for other fence vendors I happened upon this Yelp page and I saw several recurring themes: people's expectations were not met and rather than addressing them he referred back to the contract, and that they had really bad customer service - In fact, any time a customer complained on Yelp, Troy responds and blames it on them. This set up some warning bells for me, but I hadn't encountered that yet. I received two additional comparable quotes and the first thing that I noticed was there was a significant price difference. When I looked more carefully at the proposal I found some glaring omissions from what we had discussed versus what was documented. What I noticed was that in the two subsequent proposals both companies completed and delivered the quotes onsite while I was there. With The Fencing Pro, he jotted some notes and I got a quote several days later. What I highly suspect is that between when he visits and when he makes the quotes he simply does not remember what was discussed and did not make sufficient notes to generate a complete and accurate proposal. So, I emailed them the two items I noticed and I got an updated quote (at a significant increase in price). I reviewed the updated quote and noticed more items that were missing and requested an updated quote (at a significant increase in price). And here's where things break down. It's clear that Troy and Rhonda are getting annoyed by the back and forth, Rhonda eventually ends up responding with "No. If you need Troy to come out and meet with you to go over the job it will be a $37.00 charge." Now, I'm sorry, but if you fail to accurately quote a job because you failed to accurately document the first visit, that's on you. Second, there is no reason that the questions could not be answered with a phone call or an email. After you have taken measurements there is truly no need to revisit, especially at a cost to the customer. To be somewhat fair, I think that if they ever completed the work, the finished product would be closest to what I was hoping for, at a reasonable cost. For this reason, and really this reason alone, I pressed on, giving them chance after chance. I keep trying to get the contract right, since they will hold it against me if I sign it, but they keep trying to get me to pay them $37 dollars for an unnecessary visit. The last remaining item that needed to be addressed in the quote was trying to get arched gates that match my fence height, something that he is clearly capable of doing as it is in the photos on his website which I showed to him while he was onsite. But instead, he said the entire fence would need to be shorter, which to me seems silly. Why trim 74' of fence when you can just get longer boards for the gate. So I inquired if this was possible, to this he replied instead simply with the entire email of "not sure we can help you". I ignored this, because despite being rather unprofessional, we were so close to a complete quote. When I pressed on, he said it would be possible but I would have to pay for the boards and the freight costs for them, which I would likely be fine with to achieve the fence I wanted (At project cost over $5k, I'm not going to settle for convenience.) So I asked for the cost to do so and a week passed, and I followed up, and a week passed, and I followed up and finally got a curt reply of "supper busy not taking on any more work at this time". Clearly this is a line of bull crud because he simply doesn't want to bother, because even if you're busy you can add it to the schedule down the line. I never claimed to be in any rush. So I have no fence, but I can confirm, beyond a shadow of a doubt that all the other complaints are absolutely accurate. They do not have any remotely passable customer service skills. They want easy jobs, and don't really care that it's what you asked for. If you decide to move forward, you better make sure that contract is exactly what you asked for, down to every detail. I recently had The Fencing Pro out to give me an estimate on replacing 100' of fencing and a gate. From the start they were great. They came out the very next available estimate day as they only do them on Tuesday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's. Then after I spoke with Troy about having dogs and small children in both homes (we had a section fall because of heavy winds) and a pool on the premises, he assured me it was a priority to get this fence done. So not only did they give us the best quote we had received, they did the job from the quoting process to completion in a week. This week also included two rainy days which does not help with fence installs!! Good Pricing, good work, but ... they will not take responsibility for ANY damages done to plants , flowers, solar lights or anything that gets in their way. It seems like they are oblivious to their work surroundings and should receive a D grade for cleanup. I recently had The Fencing Pro Inc. install about 160 feet of wood cap and trim privacy fence with 3 gates plus about 90 feet of vinyl picket fence. I interviewed 6 prospective contractors. Troy Ford (owner) was the winning bid. He was not the lowest bid and far from the highest. He was professional and personable. He spent time educating me on wood fences and the available materials. We selected tongue and groove cedar with metal posts. The metal posts were more expensive but will outlive wood posts. The installation crew showed up when they said and completed the job on schedule. Their work ethic is good and they clearly care about the job they do. The wood fence looks fantastic. The picket fence looks great too. Both are straight and level and only deviate when the terrain slopes up. This was an $8000 project and took only 4 days to complete. Several neighbors have already complimented me on the fencing! I still have another 70 feet of fencing needing replacement and will use The Fencing Pro again without hesitation as soon as the adjoining neighbor agrees to share the cost of the common fence. I have read all the reviews on Angies List and here on Yelp and it seems to me that most of the issues are of a communications nature, not actual construction. He is not a mind reader and the customer must be clear about what they want. I visited Troy at his shop just before signing the contract. Several small changes needed to be made which changed the quoted price which was to be expected. He will do what is agreed to by contract but anything extra will be billable (think 'change order'). Please note that I have no other relationship to The Fencing Pro Inc. except that I am a very satisfied customer. They were clean professional easy to communicate with and did this all under summertime heat and extreme conditions. We needed to replace the fence on the property line with our neighbor. We got a couple of bids, but decided to go with The Fencing Pro. In December 2014, they installed about 60 linear feet of vinyl fencing between our yards. We also had them install a gate on each side of our home. The bottom rails of the fence soon started sagging, but we weren't really concerned about it until a whole section fell in September. We also noticed that one of the gate posts had separated from our wall. I called their office on Saturday, Oct. 17, and also sent an email. Rhonda called me back promptly the following Monday morning and said they would have someone out to make the repairs when they were in the area. Two weeks went by without a word, so I called again today. Rhonda explained that she had our file on her desk and would have someone out when they were in the area. I told her this was not acceptable, that we both have dogs, and need the fence repaired. After being placed on hold while she spoke with Troy, she came back on the line and said Troy could come out today, but there would be a charge of $37.50. What?? Our contract states that 'materials and workmanship are guaranteed for 3 years'. When my husband got on the phone and asked to speak to Troy, Rhonda hung up on him. We are very frustrated at this time and just want our fence and gate repaired. read more

Beware of this company. We had a wood fence built about 8 months ago. The main wood posts began to Crack almost immediately. The wood on the gate shrunk so much that the gate would not close because the latch would not connect. When I called to have them come to my home to repair, under the warranty, I was told that cracking wood was not covered. They did advise that a representative would come to inspect, but that was over 3 months ago, and I have never heard from anyone. read more

The Fencing Pro installed my aluminum backyard fence. The fence is about 70' long. On the day of installation, the crew arrived late - around 11am. That was about 3 hours later then we agreed upon. Troy, the company owner, called me earlier apologizing for the delay. This delay was though quite significant since the November days are short. They started the work and I watched them for a while. Then I left for work. When I returned, darkness was setting in and the fence was finished using lights. I noticed a gap between the fence bottom and the ground. Next morning, it was clear that the fence installation was faulty. The bottom gap run across most of the fence ever averaging 5-7" inches. I noticed the dirt that was piled under the fence to reduce the affect. I called the office and was promised they will come over and inspect. This promise was never kept despite of repeated calls in the following months. Recently I called The Fencing Pro again. I was again promised a call back from Troy but this never happen. I sent them an email but had no response. I got another contractor estimate for landscaping. He agreed with me that the installation of the fence is faulty. He gave me $1200 estimate to fix the fence. After this experience, I can not recommend the Fence Pro. read more

The story is too long, but here is the bottom line. There is a character issue with Troy. He says whatever he needs to say to get the job booked. And he says whatever he needs to say to get paid. But you can bet the house (and the fence) that he will break promises to you regarding materials, pricing, workmanship, and follow up. I am sure he will come on here and "explain" how there was a misunderstanding or some other sidestep technique, but there is literally no excuse, at all, for a man saying one thing and doing something else. People need to keep their word. Troy didn't. Not even close. After probably five clear little storylines where he lied or did not keep his word, he actually had the nerve to hound me to pay the day after the crew left even though the contract says five business days to pay. Funny, I offered to pay the foreman in full on the spot, but he declined and said just mail it. But Troy wanted his cash so he released the collection efforts, including suggested threats of penalties and so on. Never mind that I still had plenty of time to pay. So whatever, I sent the check. All he owed me was to fix a sprinkler they busted that he PROMISED he would fix. He promised this a number of times. Once that check was cashed, suddenly Troy was too busy to take my call or return my call. My sprinkler concern was up front. Troy told me face to face that as long as he knew where the line was, it would not be broken. He would just put it in the drawing so they would know to be careful. They were not careful. I watched them. Again whatever. I'm sure Troy didn't tell them and they probably didn't look at the drawing too closely. NO BIG DEAL! As long as you just fix it. He said they would fix it. They didn't. He also tried to charge me for fixing it, a cost that included the cost of "sending three people to Home Depot to get parts." Who would be so stupid to send 3 people to Home Depot to pick up three PVC fittings that fit in the palm of one hand? Then Troy promised they would come back and fix it. They didn't. So he promised again. And they still never came. Now that the check is cashed, he won't even take my call. The bottom line is you cannot call this guy straight forward and honest. Take that any way you like, but some people will say anything to get the sale and then go back on their word. There must be no used car sales jobs available in Southern California, because Troy is selling fences. Now let's hear explain this like he has explanations to the volume of complaints on here. At some point, the volume of complaints means something. Don't hire this company if you expect people to keep their word. They don't. read more

I called today to set up an appointment/estimate. After explaining the job I needed done (driveway gate) I was told that they are too busy right now. The lady on the phone told me it wouldn't be 3 weeks until they could get someone out for an estimate. I said that would be great! She then rambled on to say they are "swamped, the job is too small" Bottom line-they didn't want to do the job. WOW!!! I just came on yelp to see the reviews and was SHOCKED to see that company had such a low rating!!!! We had a WOOD fence done by them about two years ago and it still looks AMAZING! I wish yelp was only allowed to people with common sense.... The blame game on the company for things that don't involve them... like a trampoline, for instance... I saw one, 1 star review, she blamed the company for moving the trampoline (OBVIOUSLY SO THEY COUD BUILD A FENCE) but yet the owner didn't move it back before her kids jumped on it and it broke... so automatic 1 star review... WHO CARES about your trampoline shouldn't the parent be responsible for putting everything back in a safe spot before kids use it? And as far as Rhonda is concerned... yes she can come across rude but it's not about her it's about the quality of their work. She does her job and she does it well. So all of you people who are deciding to ruin someones business over pettiness... just remember what goes around comes around. Please explore all avenues before posting 1 star ratings! Sad what Yelp can do to businesses by immature hot headed people. The owner has ever right to say what he has said to these people. I would of done the same! One of the few shops left that still does wood. We had a small wood fence (18 foot long) installed to replace the old rotting one that was between myself and my neighbor. Even though this was clearly not a job they can retire on, I always felt that I was important to them. Prior to the job being done, communication was prompt - usually less than 24 hours for a reply EMail. They were able to accommodate some scheduling problems that I had, and the guys that actually did the work were prompt in arriving, efficient in working, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. And the fence looks great on top of it all. 100% satisfied. Well done. read more

I had a shared fence that needed to be replaced. We were not sure if we wanted it to be wood or white vinyl. We called out three companies to give us quotes. The first company was way too high. The second company was fair and The Fencing Pro was the cheapest. I originally wanted to use the second company because they had nice brochures and a nice show room. My neighbor had used The Fencing Pro before and had a great experience with a wood fence. I agreed to go with The Fencing Pro after asking Troy and Rhonda a bunch of questions, but was leery because of some mixed reviews on Yelp. Our job was scheduled about a month out. We decided to go with a White Vinyl fence ( If you are looking for unique colors for the vinyl fence you might want to pick a different company. This company has your basic colors for vinyl). I stayed home from work the first day because I have sprinklers that are very close to the fence and did not want any issues with them getting broken. Felix (the lead foreman) introduced himself to me and walked me through what they were going to do. He was very kind, approachable, knowledgeable and yes he spoke English. Our property was not level and had a slope. I wanted to make sure it would still look level on top and that the height would remain the same. The first day they removed the old fence and put in a generous amount of concrete for the posts. The second day I went to work and came back at lunch. The fence was looking great! They finished the shared fence in two days and another side fence on the third day. They did a wonderful job! Not one sprinkler was touched. We will use them again for our back fence in spring. We decided to put a fence along our rear property line which is bordered by a lower county fence. Consequently, the project required Anaheim city approval, a task other fence contractors wouldn't tackle. Troy from The Fencing Pro showed no hesitation and fully facilitated this approval process. He was very receptive to our fencing requests in terms of options and materials and made several useful suggestions. We had an additional request for coyote rollers. These were procured by Troy through a separate vendor we had located. I felt the project bid was on point based on interactions with other bid submitters. The work went smoothly and the fence looks great! The crew worked hard and was not put off by any questions by me during fence construction. The work area was always cleaned up every day during construction. I am happy with all the work and would recommend this outfit to anyone looking for a fence contractor. read more

I would not recommend this company. Their customer service is poor and their workmanship is poor. Calls to the office were handled with impatience and rudeness. I called after they installed our fence with a concern that the paint job they did was unsatisfactory. I asked that they come back out and inspect the finished job. I sent photos clearly showing poor coverage, areas of primer showing and areas that were thinly covered. Troy responded by email that this was due to water in the wood and that the remedy was to apply more paint for which there was an ADDITIONAL charge. I responded that I paid for a the fence to be installed and painted. He responded back that I got what I paid for! read more

Several years ago I used these guys and I can't believe these guys are still in business. These guys are horrible. They used the wrong nails and after a couple of months, the nails backed out of the fence. The gate they built fell off the hinges and when I called to see if they could fix it, I dealt with the recptionist who must be the wife or the sister in law cause she was rude. Troy finanly came out gave me a bunch of bs. They did fix it but shortly later the hinges failed again. Every time I look at my fencing and gates, I'm reminded of the horrible customer service I recieved. read more

I recently had a fence put up by The Fencing Pro. Troy came himself and did the measurements and estimates. He was the 4th quote I had received, and the 3 before him told me to extend my fence out to the street. Troy was the only one that informed me that this was against city code. And the other outfits were just looking to get $$. And of the 4 quotes, Troy was the most affordable and had the most options for us to choose from. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work and professionalism of Troy, the fence installers, and Rhonda in the office... and would recommend The Fencing Pro to any and all of my friends who own homes. It took only 2 days to complete, and it looks incredible. We went with the Tongue and Groove, cap and Trim option, and my wife and i are thankful we went this route. I would NOT recommend working with this company. Both my husband and the neighbor we share the fence with addressed an issue of managing an erosion problem and building the fence accordingly with longer boards to manage our dogs not crawling under the fence. Troy says whatever he wants verbally to get the job, and then does what he wants. I recognize erosion is not their issue, but in fence construction, the issue that BOTH neighbors addressed, could have been handled during construction to remedy the erosion issue. In addition, I had asked for pics of what a similar fence to our new fence would look like, Troy was rude and condescending and NEVER followed through. We stupidly moved forward. Told them about the issue about the hole AGAIN after construction, though it was addressed prior to construction, they offered putting up a cheesy kickplate which looks tacky, even when my husband who is construction savvy (capable of building fence, but no time), and they refused this other simple solution. We told them not to put this "kickplate" or crossboard up, that we'd handle it, yet, they did it anyway. My husband will now have to take the tacky kickplate/crossboard down and finish the fence the simple way he had suggested to them in the first place. He shouldn't have to fix their shoddy work. My husband had stipulated not to use a particular fastener product, yet they did on the post covers anyway. They had to fix crooked fence post covers and change out the poor product that we had stipulated they not use. (My husband had even provided FREE OF CHARGE the correct fastener that he wanted utilized through project). Had they been more business savvy, they would have treat us and our neighbor better and would not have been condescending and rude, as there are 5 other properties in the neighborhood with old and falling down fences, that we will strongly RECOMMEND TO OUR NEIGHBORS TO NOT USE. Shame on you Fencing Pros. Oh, and we have completely gutted the interior of our house & added a pool, so we are extremely comfortable dealing with contractors and construction issues, and this company was utterly sub par in construction management and managing simple issues. read more

So, it's really pretty hard to find people in the OC who actually MAKE their own fences rather than just installing a premade cookie cutter fence. We looked at the Fencing Pros website and thought that they had such glowing reviews from previous customers...how could they be bad? I'll tell you how - TRULY awful customer service. The president of the company came to our house and apparently only had 15 minutes to allot to discussing what we needed to do. He wouldn't even give us a cost estimate on the THREE other jobs that we had for him. Apparently, they don't need the work that badly. So, then the president goes on vacation and didn't bother to send us an estimate on the job that he did look at. We had to call the company to find out what had happened to the estimate. And the secretary was rude to US about the situation. Like idiots, we went ahead and had them do the work, even though it was not the lowest bid. Don't get me wrong, their foreman was AWESOME and the fence looks great. Our neighbors fence, however, is still awaiting the caps to the posts. It's been three weeks and still no caps for them. And folks aren't returning their calls at the office. STAY AWAY from the Fencing Pros. This has been a truly awful experience. So I just got a call from the gal at the Fencing Pro office stating that now, finally, they are ready to come over tomorrow to replace the piece of split wood on my front fence. They were aware of my previous 2-star review about them, so I figure that's why I got this call in the first place. Still I was all set to revisit my previous review of them here after the fence was fixed until she demanded that I remove my earlier 2-star review from here FIRST or "we won't come tomorrow". I was then chastised vehemently because I "didn't wait long enough (a month) for them to schedule me" when I was never notified by them of some kind of time frame of when they could fix my fence after several requests by me for one. Troy's email responses are very curt and brief and inform you of nothing. I was also chastised because I did not call HER instead. Why didn't he have HER call me when he knew there was an issue? I told her "Why would I do that when I was already accustomed to communicating via email with Troy (the owner)? If he wanted me to speak to you instead, all he had to do was tell me." But she kept cutting me off and arguing with me and claiming that they had already gone above and beyond "for you guys" by coming to my property multiple times. If they visited my neighbors multiple times, why is that anything to do with me? Apart from the fact that Troy himself mis-measured the side fence by 11 feet which caused the workers to have to return a 3rd day to finish one fence because they didn't have enough material, that is on HIM, not me, Troy was only here once to give me the initial quote. So I'm perplexed as to how she would argue with me and claim they had already gone overboard for me and how I was impatient and that my review of their follow up service was unfair. She was so argumentative and constantly cutting me off, I finally hung up on her. So here I am now with a second review of them. I guess one wasn't good enough for them - so now they get two. When will they learn to be nice to their customers and be responsive to them, particularly when they installed defective material? They didn't need a truck to come over and pull off the 6 foot piece of splitting wood, so being "down one truck" was a lame excuse. This company got 5 fences out of the deal with me and my neighbors. But rather than give excellent customer service AFTER they have our money and use us all as great referrals and fix what should never have happened, this is how they treat people. All they had to do was be responsive and timely in fixing the problem they created and APOLOGIZE for my inconvenience and I would have ultimately given them a glowing review. Now, not so much. UPDATE: So now Troy has posted a comment on my original review blaming me for the splitting wood. He knows full well that new wood can split for no reason other than it is new wood. I didn't break it. It just split on its own. He makes it sound like it was a really old fence. He had just installed it a few weeks earlier. I reported the problem as soon as I noticed it, which unfortunately wasn't until after the workers left after installing the second fence. I never demanded he come immediately either, but I did inform him that I was eager to prime and paint the fence and wanted it fixed as soon as possible, but he gave me the run around, ignored my request for some kind of time frame and largely ignored my emails all together. So now because I wouldn't take down my honest review of his bad customer service, he won't come to fix the problem at all. I won't be bullied. Just know that you are on your own with this guy and his extremely rude office manager and once you pay for the fence, you have no more leverage left to get them to honor their warranty. You would think he would care more about his reputation but he doesn't, other than to come back on Yelp and lie about what happened. UPDATE: I originally gave this 2 stars, but since Troy has come back with a response and lied about what happened, I have now lowered it to one star, and he is luck to get that. read more

They installed a fence a year or two ago. The fence has since fallen over and our gardener and a contractor who looked at it said it was not set far enough into the footings - it wobbles around within the concrete. I don't know a whole lot about fencing but I called Fencing Pro to see if it was under warranty and if they would send a tech out to look at the fence. After weeks of phone tag I was told we'd need to find our invoice and submit it to them because they don't keep records filed in a manner that permits them to retrieve them if need be. The receptionist had the most terrible attitude, sighing heavily into the phone when asked to do anything and Troy, the supervisor I asked to speak to, was no better. He was abrasive and unhelpful and refused to entertain the idea that their fence could possibly have been installed incorrectly or have anything wrong with it. I wasn't looking for a fight, I just wanted a tech to come look at the fence and to find out if it's under warranty. At this point, I'd rather pay a new company to do it than to deal with Fencing Pros ever again. read more
