Our server, Trixi, couldn't do enough for us, and she answered all our questions about the area and what to eat. We both ordered fish and chips, which came with crispy, sweet coleslaw, very tasty and hearty french fries (almost as good as Quebec's :-)). I had the halibut and my niece had the cod. Both were crispy on the outside and hot and delectable on the inside. Love having both white and malt vinegar on the table with the salt & pepper, just how it should be in Canada.
