SCAM ALERT Don't be mislead by the big and pretty storefront. My Pixel 2 XL screen broke a few months ago along with the digitizer. Desperate for it to be fixed, I chose to go here. The repair cost $215, which is expensive but also average for this phone. They repaired it quickly and customer service seemed good. UNTIL... Literally 2 months later (their warranty is only 30 days) my phone barely fell and the screen went unresponsive, glass was not broken. Since the warranty as up, I went to a different repair store that is Google Certified. Here, they told me "I'm normally impartial to repairs, but your phone was missing most of the screws inside from your previous repair and was barely taped together, I'm surprised your phone even turned on." Keep in mind the FIX is the only other place i've gotten my phone fixed. $500 later my Pixel is in good condition. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere besides here. read more

MY BAD $445 EXPERIENCE WITH THE FIX (All in the spand of 2 weeks) I came in to fix my iPhone X cracked screen. Cost $180 then I found out the phone wasn't water resistance any more and now I had to pay $140 to fix it again. Plus they had me drive both time to another store because the store I went to didn't have the screen. Went to work with my phone and again it broke this time I found out you can't sit on your phone the replacement screen/LED is far more fragile then the origina. Another $125 Witch pissed me off because no one explained this to me until the 3rd time. Regrettably at the same time I found out that now apple won't touch the phone anymore because I voided there warranty. Soo now I'm fucked either I keep fixing my phone or buy another $1000 phone In the end I hope you guys just stay away from these place they will just end up causing you a lot more in the long run. Stay clear from this repair shop! Brought in my Apple Watch for a screen fix. Promised it would be ready next day. Upon returning to the store I was told the wrong screen was ordered and it would be ready the following day. Went in the following day and it was the same story. Watch was finally ready the third day. That was one issue. This Apple Watch was made to go in the pool and used it many times that way. After the first use since screen was replaced the watch has stopped working. Called the store and spoke to John and says there is nothing he can do to help. He claims "he already helped me by fixing the screen." That wasn't help it was a service I paid for. He never once mentioned to not get the watch wet or be careful using it in the pool. No warning. This place is a fraud and very untrustworthy. Wish I had known this before. I would have rather spent the money on a new watch rather than keeping this place in business. I called Thursday and made an appointment for Friday at 11am. I was the first customer there to drop of my iPhone and iPad to get the screens replaced. The cashier BEKTAS said it will be 1-2 hours. I left and came back at 2:30pm and it still wasn't ready. All they said was that they were busy and needed an extra 30 minutes. We walked around the mall and arrived at 3pm. It was finally ready. My husband expressed his disappointment to the employee. The iPad screen still had glue on it and wasn't cleaned off. Looks like they did it in a rush. I won't be going back to this place again. ***Update**** I conducted myself very professionally with your staff. I was not rude or used explicit language nor showed any physical aggression. You are business that provides a service of fixing electronics and business you should be up front with clients on time and quality of service. We have been to the fix at Ontario Mills and never experienced this time type of bad customer service and sub par quality of work. Your employee Zimmerman was the one that did not provide adequate customer service. Maybe next time a customer comes to your store you could be more organized and provide better quality product and service. Please don't blame your incompetence on COVID 19. read more

Chad is amazing! We reached out using the quote feature of yelp and immediately had four quotes. One was from the FIX. They are reasonably priced and scheduled our appointment right away. We had some trouble finding the store because the mall it is in is currently closed. We called and Chad answered right away and directed us to the curbside service area. He quickly came down to pick up our phone and payment over Venmo. Our phone was ready in 30 minutes- Chad sent us a message via yelp letting us know they phone was repaired. I came in on Monday and got my screen and back of my phone fixed. It cost $248 with taxes. My finger print doesn't work anymore. Also, one associate said my phone was ready for pick-up, however, when I went to pick it up, the other worker said he needed 15 more minutes because "the screen wasn't setting properly". On Tuesday night, there was a huge crack in my screen. I haven't dropped or done anything to this phone for it to have a cracked screen 24 hours later. Upon closer look, the crack starts right where the screen is attached, so it's a stress crack. This makes sense as he needed to keep my phone longer because be was having a hard time with the screen setting. I came in to see what can be done about it, and the worker said he can charge me $150 to replace the screen and use a low quality screen. He believes the phone has been dropped and it voids the warranty. He also says the company that does the warranty sends them free screens but he would still have to charge $150. I would give zero stars but that's not an option. read more

Very disappointed with their customer service. I dropped my iPad and shattered the screen while In Mexico I took it to repair shop in Mexico and they charged me 55.00 and fixed it came back home and a month later the screen stopped working. Took it into the fix and they said I needed a new screen and that they were not sunrises since I had paid so little they said I got a defective screen. They said they could fix for me but price would be around 150 as their products are high quality items and I can't compare. So I did it and it worked great for about 6 months and now screen lifting up on the corners and not working when I touch it. Took it to them today and they said oh yea you wire is damaged where it lifted up from screen. I said okay well you fixed it before so now do I get a discount to fix again? They said no pay regular price and we can redo. If it would have broken on 30 days we would have replaced it. Now it's back to full Price. My iPad is always in a case after the first screen broke I learned my lesson it has screen protector and there was no reason for this second screen to start falling apart. So if you use them keep In mind 30 days later your out of luck if something happens. read more

I took my Samsung S21 Ultra for repair with broken screen ( my phone was working) the owner told me to come back in an hour! And he will let me know how much it would be once he opened it up. I came back as he said, he gave me a very high price of $ $320.00. I told him no it was too much money and that I didn't want to proceed,and he said come back in 10 minutes so I can put the phone back together. When I came back for my phone it had more cracks and now my phone was completely turned off and not working. I asked him why was it off and he replied because of the cracks. I took my phone to get a different location, once they opened it up they told me my phone was missing the internal connecting antenna and that it had internal damages not repairable! So I got my phone and brought it back to THE FIX IT and they denied denied stealing my part and most of all they denied making the damages to my phone! They told me to leave my phone with them and that they would order the missing part and FIX the problem! Apparently the part came after a week .The guy gave me back my phone and said he will not fix it because I was rude to him and I was accusing him of stealing my part! After having my phone for a week. I took my phone to a different place for repair and they opened it up in front of me and said my phone was not repairable and that somehow it had internal damages even with the new internal replaced antena. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY at this place! They are thieves and they are overpriced! I will definitely take them to small claims court! read more

Terrible business. Expensive to begin with, you'd think at these prices they'd guarantee their product and services. The only employee that works here, sold me an iPhone case and screen protector. At the time of my purchase he never mentioned the case that he recommended was not for the type of screen protector I was purchasing, which he also recommended. HE put the screen protector on my phone. A few days in the screen protector starts to lift from the corners. I bring it back to see if they will stand behind their product and customers, nope. He refused to replace it and proceeded to call me a liar saying I didn't purchase the case there. I showed him my bank statement with the store name and total. I spent $80. I was hoping to have it at least to normal, you know with the fingerprint scan features, but not in the works anymore.. not only that the fingerprint scan feature doesnt work, the audio is like wonky and not clear anymore, the earpiece for phone calls is like hearing the person in the other line is talking with a robot filter, just bad... worst part i think, i bought a case for it, and it barely fits now, because the screen is thicker and it feels like it even bigger than it was before, along with the back with an increase temperature than it was before, it wasnt like that before. thanks alot guys for your useless services as useless as a car repair from the shop next to a donut shop, the car wasnt fixed and still not fixed, thats how useless your services were, i will not come back here. get better or get another job, because I had a friend who would've done better job, and if you read this in anger, read the key phrase, HAD.. ok. good luck with your business. read more

I came back to "FIX" the issue they created, and they refused. Made up excuses that he couldn't look me up in the system, but when I got my phone "fixed" here they took down my NAME AND PHONE NUMBER. Horrible, horrible, horrible! Dropped my kids phones off at 2pm, was told they'd be ready in 2 hours. Came back and told he needed a special part and to come back tomorrow. I said no , just give me the phones back and refund my money. Magically the "special" part was there and he said come back at 7pm and my phones would be ready. It's now 7:45 and still no phones. I went in there to replace the camera lens on my iPhone 7 Plus. They accidentally ripped the cable to my OEM screen. They replaced the screen for free. I took it home and had some issues with the screen being less responsive. I took it back and the replaced the screen with a new one. It was much better but the screens have a faint blue edge on the right side. They offered to replace at a new screen again while I waited. The 3rd screen was good but still had the blue tint on the edge. I decided to keep the 3rd screen even though is not as perfect as OEM, but it's close Mistakes/accidents happen and they were willing to do what was necessary to make me happy. It's not perfect but they tried to make it perfect. That's all that one can ask in this situation. read more

This place saved my week!!! I dropped my "waterproof" phone in my pool at my daughter's birthday party. I tried everything, went everywhere, and everyone said it was unfixable. Then I got my friend to fix it for me, but he messed up and ended up making it worse. I saw this store while walking through the plaza, and the gentleman there was very helpful. I dropped my phone off, and by the time I finished eating lunch it was done. The store seems very professional compared to some of the kiosks I've seen around here. I took my sons iPad to get the charging port fixed, they took twice as long to fix it from what promised, every time I went to go check on it, they were just sitting there, and then would start working on it, mind you he needed it for his zoom classes, that's not the worst part, one of the times I went to check on it, they had some metals on the screen to put it back together, like a sandwich. Well when I finally got it back the middle part of the screen was not working, if you touched, it was like you weren't touching it. He couldn't use it for school at all now. I went back and told them, they said it would be $250 to fix! I told them it worked perfectly fine till they had fixed the charging port, they said their was nothing they can do!! They are freaking crooks! Oh and the first time I had gone to get a quote for the charging port they had said $90 and when I finally went back it was $150!
