This place will steal your personal data and not able to repair your phone. I caught the indian guy tried to reset my phone and steal my data. He can not fix the phone. This is a crime. When confronted with the issue he acted very dumb like he did not know how to fix the phone and how to do anything. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE. THE FIX MUST FIRE THIS INDIAN GUY ASAP, BEFORE LAWSUIT IS COMING. THE SERVICE HERE WILL BECOME A NIGHTMARE. read more

Left a cellphone screen to be repaired. They called me saying it was done, only to come in and find that they were STILL putting the screen on and having problems. They said the edges of the phone were bent so the the screen would be hovering over the phone rather than flush and the only way to keep it on would be to get a phone case and a screen protector. So they charged me for the repair, FULL price for the case and screen protector which were already overpriced. I wish they would have called to just say they couldn't do it and saved me money or maybe I should have had them just take it off. Really terrible service and communication. read more

Called over the phone before coming in. Stated my phone model and issue (need a new charging port). Employee stated that he could help me by either fishing out what was stuck in the port or replacing the port. I come in and the employee then checks for the part in their inventory, and tells me he doesn't have it, but I could come back the next day. I mentioned my phone model and part that I needed over the phone. Instead of checking to see if he had the part which would have saved me a trip to the store, he waited for me to come in to see if he actually had the part or not. As I was leaving, he then tried to sell me a wireless charger so I could charge my phone and wait for the repair. read more

Instead, the process dragged on for months. During that time, I had to constantly reach out for updates because I was almost never contacted first. Between text messages and more than 20 phone calls, I was repeatedly given new completion dates that were never met. Almost every conversation ended with another reason for the delay--whether it was recovery errors, replacement chips, syncing devices, transfer issues, emergency closures, waiting on parts, or being told it would be finished "tomorrow," "in a few hours," or "in a couple more days." Unfortunately, those promises kept getting pushed back. I understand that data recovery is complex and that unexpected problems can happen. My frustration isn't that the recovery was difficult--it's the lack of honest communication and realistic expectations. If the job was going to take months, I would have appreciated being told that from the beginning instead of repeatedly hearing that it was almost finished. I spent months following up through texts and over 20 phone calls, often being told I'd receive a callback that never came. I even rearranged my schedule multiple times to pick up the drive, only to find out it still wasn't ready. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. If you decide to use them, be prepared for significant delays and make sure you get realistic timelines before leaving your equipment with them.

When it sinked in, I could see the light from inside the iPad. I didn't think it's normal. The button also moved around and sometimes doesn't work. I took it back and they lady kind of fix it. However, the light and camera fixture were broken and the button recognition was broke since day one. Well, guess what about 30 days later the home button sinked in again and the lpad does NOT work at all. I took it back to the shop and the guy refused to fixed bc it was past the 30 day period. I did called apple and they actually told me this shop messed up my IPad when they replaced the screen and Apple couldn't help me anymore. Now I am out of over $260 since I bought a screen protector and case thinking my IPad was fixed. The iPad doesn't work anymore and I tried reaching out to the shop several time but no answer. Ben did not offer the lowest price but I chose him because of his detail answers and how quickly he responded to my questions. I showed up a few hours later when I got off work. Ben greeted me and was super friendly. He tested my phone before working on it to ensure I was correct about the issue I was having. He told me it would be about 30 mins to finish the repair. He was done with my phone within 20 mins. He tested my phone in front of me to show me it was working correctly. I really like how engaging Ben was and how he took the time to answer my questions and not over charge me once I showed up in person.
