Stopped by here for coffee with a friend and it is such a fun place. Lots of parking no drive thru. We got matcha, an iced coffee and some pastries. It was all delicious and very fresh. They roast their own beans and have bags available to purchase plus some swag and mugs I really like the decor and seating options epically the patio. The pink pool table is a nice touch. This charming coffee shop has great ambiance with its retro inspired feel. The coffee was good, but outside of that everything we tried to order off the food menu was not available. Why have a printed menu for food and drink if the items are not readily available. I know it's a coffee shop, but they did not even have tea that day. The two baristas were friendly. read more

Flamingo is a relaxed vibe. Full of pink everywhere you look. Even a pink pool table! There's nice outdoor seating and a comfortable indoor space to hang out. My friend and I popped in on opening day this past Friday and really enjoyed this cute new spot. The space is totally transformed from its old-school (garage/gas station?) roots into a bright, playful pink coffee haven. It's very pink, and very fun! I ordered a matcha, and it was lovely- smooth, refreshing, and made with care. Definitely one of the best I've ever had. They also had some tasty looking snack options, and some adorable merch. The shirts, bags, mugs and coffee bags were all fabulous. The service and drink quality were both impressively good especially considering it was busy/opening day. They were out of everything we wanted and overcharge for mediocre drinks. Poor customer service. The girls working were rude. Two men that came in after us and served their drinks first. As we were leaving they said "have a day". Seems like some people have a good experience here but it must be different girls working or they just pick and choose who they're nice to? Cofffffeeeeee..., okay not really. I mean I don't drink coffee BUT I enjoyed a nice iced Chai Latte! Also, did I say "pink frosted cinnamon bun"! Delish!! This place is such a great nod to nostalgia Florida. I loved the use of the lighting from the large garage door windows. The sweet touches, like vintage votives, and disco balls, made it fun. Only downside, the very tall bar stools. For an adult it's great, but I was with my littles. This Gammy was on alert about them falling. Stopped in and ordered an iced chai latte it was great! You could really taste the chai it was definitely a good mix. I also ordered a kids hot chocolate I tasted it before giving it to the little and it was good as well. Only downside was they had no whip cream, we love our whip cream. Pastry I ordered the blueberry lemon cake that was great I loved it. Total for everything was $15.86. The barista girls weren't very friendly, the young lady that took our order was nice. Inside was very packed at 10am I had to just grab and go but if I were to stay we'd probably have to sit outside. Colors inside gave me the feel of the Miami night life. The cute signage and pink interior drew us in but the coffee was wonderful as well! We had oat milk lattes. The baristas were very friendly. Would love to come back in the evening to try the interesting selection of wines. The pink interior and lighting make for a fun ambience and Bob Ross on tv was a nice touch :) My only critique is a very small one but all of the seats are barstool height and I'd be more inclined to linger if there were a couple of comfortable upholstered chairs. As a remote worker with my team two time zones behind me, I want the day to begin with great coffee in a warm, inviting place with good energy, lots of sunshine and strong wi-fi. The Flamingo is that place. Everyone on the staff is kind, welcoming, and absolutely know their way around the chemistry of perfect coffee. I'm a frequent flyer and simply can't recommend this place more highly. And ask about whatever concoction they're working on at the moment that's off-menu. Lots of creativity at work! read more

Only downside is they are busy so there may be a wait and it can get expensive if you add flavors ($1), cold foam ($1) and nondairy milks ($1) so the lattes ($6) can get up to $10 each and a tip. read more

Apparently we offended them by letting them know they got one of our drinks wrong so they proceeded to throw things around, treat us like we were a burden and talked to other customers about us, in front of us. Went in the morning for coffee. The service was incredible. The guy taking our order was very kind. I find it quite fun how they make the coffee in shakers, though it seems the ice comes melted due to it. The coffee came with a decent amount of grounds at the bottom. It definitely didn't stand out but still did the trick. A couple more specialty flavors could have made it stand out a bit more. A big highlight of the shop was the ambience. I discovered this new jam right around the corner from my house. We've been needing a place like this on Anastasia Island in old St.Augustine for years. It's a must for your coffee anytime of day.
