Someone always smiles and says hello can I help you and that's good enough for me to return as some of these types of stores lack any kind of service. We have dealt with Jill and a young twenty something man who's name escapes me.Both very easy to work with and knowledgable about their products. Delivery would be a nice option but is not currently available and if you're looking for a quick turnaround this may not be the place for you since our two orders took 7-10 days to receive but wasn't an issue since we plan ahead. read more

Josie G I'm returning customer. I went to the Floor Store in Dublin, once again I was able to connect with Jill, the Salesperson. I decided to replace the carpet on my staircase with hardwood. I had boxes of hardwood left over that purchased from The Floor Store, 10 years ago, for three of my bedrooms. I took a piece with me to buy more. Unfortunately, the manufacture went out of business. I was able to match it, perfectly with another manufacture. Made a purchased 11/2023, hoping to have it done for the holidays. The Floor Store sent out 2 different set of installers, both said they could not do the job. Working with Jill, I agreed to wait after the holidays. I was frustrated and expressed why I came back to The Floor Store, knowing I could purchase good quality product, and no worries about installation. After the holidays, Jill worked with their Installation department, notified me that another installer, Santos, will visit my home to see about the job. Santos didn't see an issue, and promised that I will be very pleased after completion. His crew came the very next day. I agreed. I was very happy with everything. I worked with Chris in sales who was diligent in getting me everything I needed while picking my flooring and getting my HOA what they wanted to approve the install. The installation was mostly outstanding. I was amazed Jonathan was able to take off the trim of my cabinets and replace it ... couldn't tell it had been off. Baseboards off and back on and you could hardly tell. Very happy with the work except in one area. The second installer cut the carpet too short at the door entry and it looked tacky. Jonathan spent much time and attention trying to fix the problem and it looked good for a day, but the carpet is too short and is back to looking bad. I worked with Jill who handled both repair requests. She worked promptly and I got quick results. She had Jonathan return the same day of the install to address the problem. On the second repair, I had a call from Tony, repair manager? within hours to schedule a repair. Tony promised to fully resolve the problem and also promised the repair would last and be warranted. I have an appointment for the repair later this week. Will update the results. Stuff happens. So far the diligence in trying to resolve the problem has been outstanding. Am hopeful they are able to fix it and deliver on the promises Tony made. read more

I went in to reorder an underlayment. I had redone our downstairs flooring 3 years ago, and was starting the kitchen. Jill Amburgey was very helpful. I brought in what I thought was the previous underlayment, but Jill spent the time to dig up my receipts from 3 years ago and identified the correct underlayment. We had gotten a recommendation for flooring from a friend after seeing an offer from Costco. We got an estimate from Costco that ran over $10k. We got a great deal on some laminate flooring from the Floor Store. The same job came out to less than $4k. Chris Cruz was a big help. He was patient and explained our options.
