I was welcome.Not only by the center managers, but by the people in the class. The Yoga is very different. It's almost like a restorative yoga.And they also have tai chi classes as well. And it is very different. I found that every time I do the class.I sweat and I feel great afterward, mentally and physically. Thank you so much for the class and the warm welcoming atmosphere. Arrived, she greeted me at the door and we started our consultation about why I came in, my past experiences and such. She is super thorough and listened to my needs and expectations of the season. She then explained how she does her reiki sessions, what her process was like, aftercare and recommended other treatments based off her findings discussed the next day. The session including the Initial consultation took about 45ish minutes, 35 hands on reiki with sound bowl (the session i received, she offers others as well) and was $250. Would definitely recommend to someone interested or has any knowledge in reiki. Geena is a true healer and you can feel the passion in the studio when you walk in (which is also GORGEOUS on the inside!)

I have been looking for something different for some time now because I am tired of the fads and basic gyms. I want to workout, but I want to take care of my body as well. Luckily I ran across a unique and very different gym called House of Attilius. They have three different programs you can choose from. I went and took the Fury and Ice class which was a combination of Muay Thai and Qigong movement. It was fun, challenging, and exciting as I have never experienced anything like it. As a coach, Erick was very patient and knowledgeable. Any questions I had, he was there to answer them. You can tell that he is very passionate about what he does, and doesn't just talk; he walks the walk.
