My Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga cocktail table machine needed service and after talking to Kent I upped for a 50 Game computer board upgrade at a VERY reasonable price. Kent is incredibly knowledgable, professional, polite and friendly. The small world factor is that my machine, bought in the early 90's, is one that Kent actually built. Talk about karma. I called the Game Doc (Kent) to come out and fix my Pinball Machine, this is the first time my machine needed service since i purchased the machine in another state that came to me in mint condition, the only problem i had was the flipper was moving slow at times, He charged me $200 to come out to fix it, and was only at my home for twenty minutes. the next day i had the very same problem and i called his office and they said it would be another trip charge to come out, i told them forget it, and i found another guy mike who does pinball repair in the area, and he did a fantastic job and never had the problem occur anymore. Along with fixing it gave me some ideas on how to run a better power source to it and where to get some stronger stickies to hold some wires that came loose. They repainted the cabinet, replaced the play field glass, new LED lights and bumpers, polished the legs with new hardware, cleaned and polished, and thoroughly went through the electronics.
