I came back because the consoles they sold me didn't work -- simple as that. I traded in a pristine Series S and paid extra for a Series X, only to receive a unit with a damaged USB port. They were able to exchange it for another but that one had a loose hdmi port. When I returned, Bobby did try to help, by tightening the HDMI port and giving me $15 in store credit but it doesn't fix the fact that I paid for a console that wasn't in proper condition. What makes this even worse is that I've been a loyal customer for years, even appearing in videos on their page. I've supported the store, recommended it, and spent plenty of money there. So being treated like I'm causing problems instead of being helped properly is extremely disappointing. I appreciate Bobby's effort, but I still don't feel satisfied as a customer. I expected honesty, respect, and real solutions -- not attitude and band‑aids. I won't be returning, and I hope others double‑check their purchases before leaving the store.

Literally any kind of consoles and the massive selection of games on deck was insane. Like I said, I'm not a gamer but if you are, I'm sure you'll have loads of fun. There was two section, first was the video games areas. Glass counter filled with games of all sort. Old school Nintendo , Gameboy, and whatever consoles else there were. Loads and loads of video games. The other section seemed to have loads of games as well but also served the collection of cards. Instead of your baseball cards, there were Pokémon and more. Also a few arcade games which I don't know if it was for purchase of use. Everyone working was very sweet and friendly. They checked to see if the consoles still worked which they did. Also we had some games which they took as well. I didn't expect much of it as they were old school but we did get some cash out of it. If it wasn't a go with them, we would have just tossed or donated them. But glad to find out that this places does buy old video games consoles and it's a massive collection of items. The people at work there were very knowledgeable about games and had great customer service. I initially only came in to get my Gamecube fixed (it was turning on but not reading the disc). I decided to check out the game selection while I was there and they had quite a few game titles to select from! I ended up buying a new game too. For the quality of the service and the time it took to repair my console, I highly recommend this place. The repair was reasonably priced as well.

I brought it back to get a refund as I was told I was able to return it. The owner was completely rude and immediately became irritated at the fact I tried to return it (this was within 10 minutes of buying the controller). Go elsewhere if you don't want to be yelled at and told never to come back to his store for trying to return a faulty controller. The owner is a scammer and does not care about his customers.

When I came to pickup my DS, I noticed there was a popped pixel on the new screen. I told the guy who was working there who I think is the owner that there is a popped pixel and if he could install a new screen. He said he couldn't do that and all replacement screens have popped pixels. I ended up paying and still have a defective screen. I would never come back here or recommend this place to anyone.

AVOID this business…read more First red flag: the storefront looked abandoned, like it had been through an earthquake. I should have walked out immediately, but I didn't--and that mistake cost me. My PS5 fan connector broke and needed to be re-soldered to the motherboard. The owner said he'd diagnose it for $30 and let me know if he could fix it. A few hours later, he called back and told me he had already "fixed" the console--but now the fan would be "a little louder." Huge red flag. Any professional would update the customer and get approval before moving forward with an unorthodox repair. While my PlayStation technically works, the fan now runs at full speed and sounds like a vacuum cleaner--unbearably loud. With how hard the fan is spinning, I seriously doubt the console's longevity. When I called to ask for an explanation, I got a vague half-answer and was told to "just turn up the TV volume" to drown out the noise. Absolutely ridiculous advice. I've attached a photo and video for proof. Curious about what was done, I opened the console and found a sloppy, makeshift repair and a note taped inside in Sharpie that read "do not open." Unbelievable. On top of that, I'm pretty sure they deleted a save file from a game I had poured hundreds of hours into. For the record, I'm not a "Karen." I support small businesses that do quality work and communicate honestly. But if a repair can't be done without major tradeoffs, tell me upfront so I can make my own decision. Avoid this place. Find a reputable electronics repair shop instead. Edit: If you want a preview of the kind of person you'll be dealing with, read the owner's response to negative reviews--full of name-calling, excuses, and petty deflection.

Parking was super convenient (a huge plus), and the 3-hour party timeframe was more than enough time for the kids to play and enjoy everything. The staff was fantastic -- friendly, organized, and very easy to work with. The place was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for kids. There are so many games to play that everyone stayed entertained the entire time, and the kids had an absolute blast. Game On is truly a hidden gem. Complaining because even though the DM was called to see if they can resolve the situation i got this whole "its the glue thats been reported by other locations too story" no refund or product exchange that I couldve opened right in front of them. Im not entirely mad at the staff but just pissed how this whole thing was handled. If they get their product directly from pokemon center as they say this shouldnt be the standard they send out their product in. To finalize this all, be wary of pre orders and possibly other things with hype sets like this or else you might be throwing money into the abyss for real with 0 chance of anything. The tall guy working today made my day by letting me go through a binder of 151 unfinished master set to help complete mine it literally had everything I needed ! I also picked up some full art cards. I highly recommend checking this place out. Sealed Pokemon product is a bit high(but all the card shops are honestly ) but all the single cards are priced fair from tcg price guide. They have awesome vintage toys, rare finds and modern collectibles as well. It's fun to walk around and see what they have.

Went in for Pokemon singles. They have a system where you search cards on a tablet that has pricing…read moreand condition. They were adamant that you use the system to even take a look at cards. There were a couple employees available and I asked to see a couple cards but they insisted I type it into the system, select all the cards I'm interested in, then select check out, and THEN an employee would gather the cards for me to view. The first couple of cards I tried to type in were not found in the system but were in the display case. The employee suggested I type the card number (e.g. 2/108) and that did not work either. Finally I found a card I liked in the system but when I looked up that particular card, it appeared to have 2 versions, both near mint but different prices. When asked about the difference in prices, the person behind the counter took 10 minutes to research the cards and change the prices to even higher than originally listed - stating there was only 1 version of the card and they were mislabeled in the system. At this point, he finally showed me the cards and they were objectively not near mint. I wanted to get a closer look to see how played they were but they would not let me see the card outside the sleeve even when I requested that they take it out themselves if they were scared I would damage the card. He then again took the time to inspect the cards himself and correct the listed condition of the cards in their system while he had me wait. I asked if they would honor the original listed price from when I walked in but they said no. With that, and my not being able to make my own, closer inspection on the condition, I ended up not buying anything since I had no baseline to go off to see if it was worth buying for myself. Even without making a purchase, it was an awkward, uncomfortable shopping experience. The sealed product was comparatively much higher than the current market prices. There is a decent selection of singles but their tablet system was misleading and inconsistent. The selections were not good enough to entice me to come back. Be careful in your own price checking when coming to this place.
