After leaving Detroit, Michigan, and having my vehicle fully inspected by my local Lincoln dealership, we hit a pothole coming down to Florida. I went to the garage with a flat - assuming it was a nail because it was a very slow leak. I was told that the tire needed to be replaced because of where the nail was - so of course I am at their mercy trusting what they say is true. So I agree to get 2 new tires because I was told you need to do that for balancing purposes. The manager seemed trustworthy so I made the decision to have them installed. Later that day I went online to just check the price of the tires at other places and the deal he gave me turned out to NOT be a deal at all. I was charged $161 for one tire and got the second one FREE - well not true the tire at 3 other tire centers was around $98 - so I went back to tell the manager this and he said there is nothing he can do because whatever the computer says is the price is what he has to charge me. But then....when I said I would never do business again with him as I don't believe that is good business he said he would price match an estimate. So I went out of my way to go get an estimate at 2 other locations and he found some excuse as to why he could not match the better price. I will NEVER go back to a place that is not honest with their pricing or is not accommodating to their customers. Shop around before you buy any tires from them. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I also let him know I was going to leave a bad review and he did not seem to care at all. Another sign of very poor customer service. read more

If you go there, always get an estimate prior to doing anything. I asked for an estimate to install a bulb in my headlight and they said it was $365 just for labor. I skipped that but did ask them to schedule me for new tire pressure sensors since one went out. I should have gotten an estimate and gone to check other places. When I went there they said 1 - 1 1/2 hours. I drooped it off and went to get a coffee across the street. When I returned I waited until 11:15 (appt was 10am) and looked through the window and watched the tech do the last two tires in 20 minutes. Obviously they didn't start on it right away. When I asked the clerk if they re-balanced the tires he said they would. While I watched, the tech didn't balance anything. Then he drove it and came back and reset the dash read out. He had one that wouldn't register so he took the tire off and removed the tire completely, then reinstalled it. Still no balancing. Always get an estimate first and don't believe what they say. read more

The other members of the location were very nice but that one dude just made the whole experience horrible !!!!! If I'm spending that much money and there for the sole purpose of fixing my means of transportation i dont deserve to be treated in such horrible manor. will not be returning and I hope the owners are able to talk to the dude about his behavior regarding customer. Called them regarding a bad wheel bearing. They were nice on the phone, they asked details about the car so they could order the part and said if we could drop it off before they closed, they could get to it in the morning. Sounds great, right? Fast forward to 11:30 am, we get a call saying the mechanic looked over the car, then listed ALL THE ITEMS THEY THOUGHT NEEDED REPLACED, including a set of new tires, which we had replaced two years ago! My husband said, no thanks just fix the wheel bearing. Now it's 3pm and I call asking if it was ready yet and I got the typical "I was just getting ready to call you". I arrive to get my keys and pay....and he says $491? When I inquired about the price, he said "well, you received the pricing from the person you talked to". And I said, "No, I didn't"!. I reluctantly paid because when it comes to mechanical work, you're at the mercy of the business. After seeing they charged me $254 for a part that I found on many auto parts for $140, the fact that they listed all of the things we "declined", which totaled almost $3,000.....I will NEVER return to this place and will let everyone know what kind of business they are running! After doing extensive research on two run flat tires for my Mercedes. I called Jose at the Livingston Rd location. Most places I contacted either did not answer phones or gave me crazy pricing and times (days) they could do my tires. I had a nail in one of them. They are a special order tire. Been using this company for years and the services is worse. Took my car in for an oil change. They said an hour. After 21/2 hours, it's still not ready. They tried to sell me new brakes when I had it done last year and they were holding my car hostage. They could have just do the oil change as I wanted only, then I pay for it and tell me what it is needed to be done the next time I go in. When I got home, I asked my mechanic friend to check out the oil. Sure enough, Tire Choice short changed me on the oil as it was 2 quarts short. Last weekend, we took another car in to replace the battery. They called and said the tires needed to be replaced, my husband went down to look at the tires. It was not needed. They kept the car for the whole day when all we needed was to replace the battery. They just lost customers. read more

We had an appointment this morning (02.12.22) at 9:00 AM for a tire rotation. We arrived promptly for the service appointment at 8:55 AM. At 10:30 AM they finally started working on our car. We paid and proceeded to drive away at 11:15 AM, when we noticed that our tire alert indicated that they had put 61 pounds of air pressure in both passenger side tires. We returned to have the air pressure corrected. The service scheduler said their tire gage was probably out of calibration. Not a good experience! read more

First of all, my car had always been serviced at the dealership. Sept 2021 - Against my good judgement, I purchased a new set of Cooper Tires for my car. I should have known it was not going to be good when I left the service center and the tires were out of balance. I had to return 3 days later to have them re-balanced. Jan 2022 - My new Cooper tires needed re-balancing so I made an appointment with a 2nd Tires Choice location. The balance was so bad I went to a 3rd location 2 days later to have them re-balanced again. That re-balance was so bad I when to the original TC service center for a 3rd re-balance but they would not take me since I did not have an appointment. So, made an appointment for 3 days later. ***Meanwhile*** I needed to remove the rear tire and to my surprise, I could not fit the stock lug wrench on any of the rear right tire. I tired the other 3 tires. While the lug wrench would fit the other 3 tire lugs, TC has put the lugs on so tight with their power tools I couldn't even get one lug off. So, I used a pipe extension to loosen the lugs. My new stock lug wrench that had never been used, simple rung off and was ruined. So, at my last scheduled appointment with the original TC, I had the manager come out and look at my car. One of the last two TC centers chipped the paint off my rims with their power tool socket removing the lugs. One of the TC centers took a screw driver to remove the inside weights and scratched the paint on the rims. I showed him the rung out lug wrench and explained that the lugs are so tight I can't get any of them off. And, even get the wrench on one of the rear tires. *** His response ***, "I don't know the condition of the rims before you brought them here. Classic, not our problem. I asked him if he thinks the dealership is responsible. Yea, you can guess his response. After denying all responsibility he assures me he can balance the tires, but, can't do anything regarding the rims and lugs since he doesn't know the condition of the wheels before TC started handling them. So, he puts the car on the rack and I start watching from the waiting room. Because their power socket no longer fits the lugs on the rear tire, they bring out the hammer and beat the socket onto my chrome lugs. After eventually getting all the tires off, low and behold, the manager comes and starts his apology for the bad service from the other locations. They had to break the lock lugs to get the tires off and they are ordering new replacement lock lugs from the dealership. Apology, apology and more apology. But, nothing concerning my painted chipped wheels. They replaced the lock lugs days later (which was not the correct "OEM" lugs) and my new Cooper Tires still are not balanced. And, I had to replace the rear lugs because after beating the crap out of them, they put them back on. I also had to replace the stock lug wrench. Moral of this, buy your tires from a dealership, etc., but not from Tires Choice in Naples, FL. They are under staffed, under trained and under concerned. ****** OH, ******* image if I or my wife had a flat tire on the road. There was no way one of us could get the lugs off to change the tire since TC power drove them on. It could have been a very dangerous situation. I had to stop by because a flat tire and after doing a quote before and appointment in advance just the day before they did not have the tire I select in stock well I had to place the spensive one, I replace two tires finally, maybe I was not lucky ok, they select the best package, and after I request to keep one of the old tire (the good one) just to preapre an spare. Well they didn't put the rigth one on the trunck they put the wrong one and they did not even place the valve cap on the new tires. How difficult could be just to check that out. Made an online appointment for 9/22/20 for 4:30. When I got there I was told 11/2 hours before they could get me in for my oil change and tire rotation. Said that was not going to happen. He told me to come back at 8: am on 9/23 and they would get me right in. Check in was about 15 minutes because they had to check to see if they had a filter for my car!! The charge was $37.65?? !!!!I I said does that include the tires rotated? He said yes. When I got home I looked at the invoice and it said TIRE PATCH, mounting and balancing?? Used a coupon for fully synthetic oil change. They put regular oil according to the receipt in the truck instead. When called out on it, "Ohhh , that was just me checking the wrong box.
