I ordered it medium rare and it came out medium well -- and I'm not exaggerating when I say the cut was barely a half-inch thick. Grey throughout, with zero sear on either side. To be fair to the kitchen, it's nearly impossible to hit medium rare on a steak that thin, so the real issue isn't the cooking -- it's the quality of the meat being sourced. The ancho butter was $1.99 extra and absolutely flavorless. Didn't even taste like real butter much less any seasoning in it.
