Soup and pizza menu (both self serve)

If you're visiting the Ronald Reagan Library, the food options are good, fresh and they keep the place very clean. They have A LOT of condiments. Wish every place had a condiments bar like The Gipper's.

I really wish I had taken pictures of the food but didn't expect it to be so good! We shared a slice of caprese pizza that had a yummy balsamic reduction on it and shared a tuna melt. The bread was yummy and toasted perfectly. French fries were seasoned and cooked perfectly. Everything tasted like it was made from fresh ingredients and was so good! We shared a slice of German Chocolate cake for dessert and finished with a fresh glass of iced tea and couldn't have been better! Obviously it's cafeteria style, however most food is made fresh to order. Everything was clean, organized and condiments, etc. were well-stocked. It's obviously in the presidential library, but I would come here solely for the food!

We wanted to grab a bite to eat before the two hour drive home. We decided to check this place out. It was clean. and employees were very nice. Food was delicious. I would definitely eat again when we return. The onion rings were so delicious. Price is about what you pay for two people to eat out. It was $40 The onion rings and fries are a separate charge. 3/15/24

The service here is so nice. It is super clean. There are several seating areas, we opted for outside under the tree as it was nice weather. There are some internal seating to the right hand side of the cashiers, but it was very quiet. The food was delicious. The food is cafeteria style but it is actually exceeded my expectations of what it would be. They even sold beer! The self-serve condiment bar was amazing. So clean and literally any condiment I could think of was there and provided! They also had a station where you could make your own tea. I think if I was an employee here, I would be happy to forget my home lunch at times haha.

If you're touring RR library then don't miss to eat at this place. I actually planned to get lunch outside after finishing the tour but then decided to give the food a try. This place is clean, well maintained, the people working here are very responsible and friendly. My Reagan burger was excellent, the meat is thick and juicy, cheese melted right, bacon is thick and crispy, it's very delicious beyond my expectation. Onion rings are okay, they came a bit cold but they're still really good and crunchy. Drinks are refillable. 10/10 deserving a visit for meals while visiting the library

Unassuming museum restaurant at the Reagan presidential library! Prices weren't too bad and the food was really good. We got a slice of pizza (quite large) and an oreo cake slice, which was filling and reasonably priced for 2 people. The outdoor tables also overlook a really pretty view. Overall, a great experience dining here and would recommend - good food with a good view!

First time in a long time that I was impressed beyond description on the tastiest pizza around today. For a tiny eatery in the complex, I never expected it. It was well worth two hours each way driving, just to enjoy the pizza:-) As for the library, very happy to revisit it again after many years. The place definitely has improved significantly with many one-of-the-kind exhibits. It is a must visit place (Mecca?) for Reagan fans and admirers.

The Reagan Library is something you should absolutely go and see. It is the most amazing presidential library I've ever been to - and that's not just because it's got a ginormous Air Force One aircraft inside of it that you can walk through. Normally, museum food is ... well, "museum quality." It's not too good, not to bad, but it definitely tastes like it belongs in a museum full of old things. Reagan's Country Cafe is different. COMPLETELY different. The food is fantastic. I recommend all of it - and I've tried everything there! My recommendation, however, is the Reagan Family Steak Chili. This is a chili that sports huge chunks of steak, onion, beans, bell pepper, and spices. It's served with a cornbread muffin, and you scoop it into the bowl yourself. It's one of the better chili's I've had in a cafeteria setting, and certainly the best chili I've had at ANY presidential library (I've only been to a few). Supposedly this is a Ronald Reagan favorite, and was served at Reagan's ranch as well as in the White House (where it was prepared by the White House's Executive Chef Henry Haller). The cafe opens up at 10, and the chili is usually up to serving temperature when they open. Pro Tip #1: If you don't want to spend the $30 admission price to go in and buy a cup o' chili, let them know that you're just there for the chili. They won't charge you, and they'll direct you out the back doors of the main entrance, and the cafe is about 50 yards down the walkway to the right. Pro Tip #2: There's usually pretty nice weather at the library, so grabbing a seat outside on the patio under one of the umbrellas is a great option; nice views and not usually too hot. If that's not an option, then go through the doors on the other side of the cafe leading to the Presidential Learning Center and sit at one of the many tables on the mezzanine. Views not as good, but nice and clean tables, climate controlled, and comfortable.

Basic food and basic service. Amazing views and ambience. Go on a sunny day and take in the atmosphere.

Conveniently located and reasonably priced, by lunchtime here at the library we were ready for a break from all the walking and a bite to eat. Pretty much your usual museum offerings, we both went with the Angus Cheeseburger Combo; which included a cheeseburger, fries and soft drink with refills. Quite decent; the burger was tasty, fries crisped just right and refills on soft drinks. My wife has also tried their order of chili and sandwich during a past visit and found them pleasing as well. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a spectacular view overlooking Simi Valley and the surrounding Ventura County. I heard another diner state that "on a clear day you can see the ocean." Filling enough too, being that I couldn't finish the rest of my fries. There is also a Pub located near Air Force One.

5* Food 5* Service 4*…read moreAmbiance I can never have another pizza other than Tony Gemignani's Slice House! I fell in love at first bite. Although the ambiance is a basic order at the cashier and pick-up, the pizza here is anything but ordinary. Whether it is New York, Detroit, Sicilian, or grandma style dough, it is expertly fermented, resulting in a crust that strikes that perfect balance between crisp and tender. It has just the right amount of chew, and a subtle depth of flavor that speaks to pure craft and technique. The crust is the foundation, and it just gets better and builds from here. The sauce! I can drink it up as it has all the right notes of sweet, tangy and flavor. The toppings feel intentionally selected for both quality and compatibility. Nothing is excessive, nothing is lacking; every component is beautifully balanced. Whether it's the brightness of fresh herbs, the richness of meats, qualty cheese, or the perfectly seasoned sauce, everything works in unison. We ordered the Hot Honey, Wiseguy, and Rosa. Each bite is indulgent and satisfying. You can taste the influence of a skilled chef in every detail, from the texture and flavor development of the crust to the thoughtful building of toppings and finishing touches. This is the kind of pizza that redefines expectations. It goes beyond comfort food and enters the level of an indulgent culinary experience. We also had an order of the meatballs to start; it was moist, flavorful, and indulgent. The meatballs were drownng in the sauce, which served as a great way to savor the remaining crust. They serve wine and beer which further elevates the experience, and really, there is no excuse to have pizza anywhere else!

I have ordered through the Slice platform 3 times. The first 2 times the employee behind the counter looked at me stunned when I gave my name. The last visit they completely missed my order. Maybe the issue is that the order printer for Slice is under the counter NOT on it. I was offered a bottle water for the inconvenience. A medium pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese runs you $22+ with tax and fees when using Slice. To my shock there is a sign outside that a medium pizza with one topping starts at $13.99 *upon request* and their menu says that a topping is $1.69 for mediums. On Slice the menu items are $14.99 for the pizza, $2.59 for extra cheese, and $1.59 for pepperoni. It is wild that the price would not be the same across the board for a pickup or walk-in, especially since the Slice app is passing the fee to the customer, there should be no reason to increase the cost in the app when the business isn't eating the fee. Also they push you to use the Slice app on their website where it states "no crazy fees for you or for us". They also don't participate in the Slice rewards! Why bother using Slice at all?
