When we were at Pinthouse I spotted a Mexican Lager which is a type of lager I love and especially in warm weather... a perfect summer beer for me! The name of the beer was Burro's Breakfast. In the flavor profile of this beer you will find a naturally sweet corn flavor, some maltiness along with a tart and dry finish. The beer is light bodied like most lagers of this type and smooth in body. In addition to having a beer we also decided to get some lunch. So we got a chicken sandwich a piece along with coleslaw and had a very nice lunch.
