    The Smokehouse Pizza ( large)

Fun conveniently-located restaurant serving well prepared entrees and quick bites. They have a generously priced happy hour menu including TGB (Chicken) Nuggets, Smashed Burgers and Fries, Philly Cheesesteak Rolls, specialty cocktails and mocktails, etc. and a mouth-watering weekend brunch menu. Waitstaff is always unobtrusively attentive and knowledgeable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sat outside tonight and enjoyed dining al fresco.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Can't go wrong ordering the Smokehouse pizza. It's beautiful (I like looking at it) and amazingly delicious. I highly recommend Goats Beard Manayunk and suggest you get there sooner than later!

Popped in here for early dinner and had a pleasant experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A few different vibes going on, both in the atmosphere and the menu. The downstairs feels more like a bar while the upstairs was a bit nicer. It was pretty cozy in there, especially with the snowfall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The apps and mains are truly all over the map. We started with the fried pickles. It came with a gochujang sauce. We also shared the Detroit style pizza which was pretty solid/authentic. They had a decent cocktail/beer selection as well. The service was very friendly and accommodating. They kindly sat two of us and allowed us to order a drink/app while we waited for the rest of our party. Would surely recommend!

Came here with a friend for lunch. We were seated right away and the hostess and wait staff were super friendly and attentive. I ordered the avocado toast and substituted my side salad for French fries. The fries were so good but I was a bit underwhelmed by my avocado toast. Overall, gave it 4 stars because of how attentive the service was.

Italian market fries...Italian pulled pork with shaved provolone over awesome seasoned fries.

When I fly into Philly on business, I always try to build in a little time before leaving to hit the Yunk and The Goat's Beard. Though there are so many good choices in the area, this one is a never miss for me. TGB is more than just a cool name, it's an amazing combination of high quality food and drinks served by a top notch team, top to bottom. Friendly, engaging, no-nonsense...truly repping the Philly ethos. I started with the Italian Market Fries, a newer menu item that's worth getting...and big enough for 2-3 people. Tender pulled pork and shaved provolone over seasoned fries. Awesome! Being from Detroit, I'm picky about "Detroit style" pizza. Theirs is legit and the Philly cheesesteak version was fun. For my tastes, it needed more sauce which they happily supplied. Next time you're anywhere near the Yunk, don't miss The Goat's Beard!

So glad I finally made it here - it wasn't high on my list of restaurants to visit because it's rare that I'm in this area how ever, I have seen and heard favorable reviews about this spot... and after my experience I'm so glad I finally made it! I made reservations online for a Sunday afternoon. When we arrived, it was during a period where the restaurant was only serving a select few items (I can't recall what specifically) so we waited until our waitress informed us that we could order from the extended menu... We ordered mostly apps and a salad... oh, and dessert, which was sinfully delightful! Everything was delicious - great balanced flavor, perfect temperature, and cooked to perfection! Our waitress was helpful, pleasant and the prices were reasonable! Drinks were great also! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is cozy and laid back; and the music that played was good too![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This is a casual, laid back place for tasty food and cocktails. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is definitely that of a neighborhood spot and it feels local and familiar, even if it is your first time[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] (I've actually been here a couple of times!). My daughter ordered the salmon and it was actually really delicious. I ordered the pizza and I was very happy with my order. Our server was friendly and helpful. This is a good place if you happen to be in this area! I recommend!

Holy smokes, talk about amazing use of ingredients a the interesting mix of flavors. There must be a food laboratory in the kitchen. Kudos to the chef and those behind the wonderful menu choices. Our first time in Wayne and as part of our street walking experience is finding interesting food that makes us want to return. This restaurant establishment checked all the boxes for us and then some. Shout out to Rosa who led our experience this midday tour de food experience. We opened by sharing the pulled pork tacos and the seared scallops. Two immensely different dishes that delivered Wow factor flavor and food textures. Both platings were a work of art. Next we shared a small Smoke Show Pizza. That was a memorable pizza. Regatta mozzarella and cheddar special sauce, char pepperoni, Italian sausage, and basil with oregano and Parmesan. My wife enjoyed the Rata Savignon Blanc, and I had a dogfish head pumpkin .

Stopped by The Goat's Beard for a solo meal and had a great experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I sat outside at the sidewalk seating and felt totally comfortable dining alone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The pizza was incredible--simple, fresh, and full of flavor. I also had a salad, which balanced things out perfectly. The area is very walkable, but be warned that parking is limited. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside, it's more of a bar vibe and can get pretty loud, but the service was attentive and friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, a solid spot for good food and casual energy.

But this is also fitting…read moresince whether its been driving by it back in the day, or through gazing up at it on the hill when I was in Manayunk, La Collina is one of those places that has been in my peripheral vision for a few decades now! For 20+ years, I've known La Collina to be that fancy and classic-looking Italian restaurant on the hill that I've been needing to try. But it took coming across its name when doing my research for possible spots to go to for my birthday to put one and two together, and it led to quite the majestic experience. The friendly and hilarious valet attendants ensured that service was incredible before we even entered the building. And upon entry, we were treated to spot-on recommendations and quality service throughout the evening. For cocktails, I was in awe of the Anejo Old Fashioned, which used Patron and agave syrup instead of the usual whiskey offering, and I also appreciated the classic Negroni. For appetizers, the classic meatballs with homemade marinara and ricotta were an absolute delight, and the eggplant rolatini with spinach, prosciutto, and mozzarella was sheer perfection at its most decadent. For my entrée, I initially expected that I would be eating all the pasta. But the restaurant is also known for its seafood, and the risotto frutti di mare especially caught my eye. and with its calamari, clams, mussels, and shrimp, and perfectly cooked and seasoned rice it absolutely delivered the flavors! Toss in a salted caramel chocolate soufflé with a candle on top, and it easily made for another memorable birthday dinner and a deserving place to recommend!

Very disappointed in La Collina…read more We ALWAYS wanted to go here because we love italian and it looked awesome on the hill overlooking Manayunk. We booked reservations for our wedding anniversary here. I specifically asked for a window overlook view seat. This was not granted and we were placed in the back room by the bar. Service was poor. We spent 2 and a half hours at this restaurant mostly waiting for the food to come out and the server to bring us our check. I don't believe the server came back for drink refills until after we were done with out meals. The serving sizes like stated in other reviews are very poor for the price you pay. For 2 to eat here you are pushing 100 easily. I got the chicken parm and pretty sure there was a out 12-15 noodles with it. My wife did enjoy her seafood pasta with scallops, but the price outweighed the amount for sure. Overall I had high expectations for this place and it let us down big time. Hopefully they continue to improve so we can give it another chance.

There are 3 floors with three separate gorgeous eating areas and 3 full service bars. I loved the decorative tequila bottles and the aesthetic of each floor. Definitely worth taking time to explore. We stopped by before catching an amazing show at Fallser Club. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an extra 10% discount on our food by showing our tickets. We had cocktails and got our food to go to eat at the venue. You won't find food pictures from me in this review because due some dietary restrictions my food wasn't packaged as it usually is served. For the next show we will be going early and eating onsite to fully enjoy all Cresta has to offer. We will also make sure to sit on the 3rd floor rooftop level to enjoy the view where the very large windows are opened to enjoy the fresh air when Mother Nature cooperates. Back to to the food and drink. The cocktails are unique, gorgeous and delicious. Each one crafted with garnishes like fresh orange peel and pineapple leaves. Cocktails can be ordered with sugar, salt, or tajan on the rims. I highly recommend the apple cider margarita and the La Kartina hibiscus cocktail. The photos don't even do them justice. I ordered the plantains, deconstructed veggie tacos and a side of Al pastor chicken. I also had a side of the guacamole. The guacamole was so fresh and flavorful and I loved the cheese added to the top. The chicken was flavorful, well seasoned and very colorful. The plantains were the perfect level of sweetness. Now, about that the art! I loved the decor and art. The art around the restaurant and the tshirts employees wore were designed by a bartender who I didn't get to meet. The murals were so colorful and detailed. One was more beautiful than the next. I found a very cool selfie mirror on the 2nd floor that I loved! The artist's insta handle was on the wall as well and is included in my photos. From an accessibility standpoint, the second and third floors can only be reached by stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. For an appetizer we shared a couple Margarita Pizzas, they were amazing! They also brought some bread, hint save some bread to soak up all that sauce let on your pasta plate! I ordered the Short Rib Gnocchi, and it was excellent, tender short rib, pillowy gnocchi, and a flavorful herbed wine sauce that brought everything together perfectly.
