    Birria tacos
    Daneen W.

This place was amazing!! Don't let the location deter you from visiting. They start by bringing a tuna salad dish with crackers. It is wonderful. I ordered the birria tacos that were very flavorful. My husband had the steak, with lobster topped with a scallop seafood salad. The steak was a little chewy but don't hesitate to order any of the seafood dishes. Seems counter intuitive in the middle of Georgia. We will definitely be back. Just moved here from California so finding great authentic Mexican food has been a challenge. This restaurant reminds me of awesome Mexican food in CA!

From the drinks to the service, everything was quick and delicious! Very fulfilling. My boyfriend said that he'd definitely comeback because enjoyed it so much. You pay for reasonable portions. Loved it!

Great little hidden gem. Large menu selection to choose from. Zaira was our server at the bar. Fast and friendly service. The food is always hot and fresh

This is right next door to a gas station so it seems sketchy but the inside is nice and clean. Don't let the location of this hidden gem fool you. The sign outside doesn't say The Golden Bite since it is in Spanish. The service is also great! It gives you a Mexican restaurant vibe but they serve tons of seafood dishes as well. The fish tacos were good and fresh. The tuna/crab dip that they bring out wasn't too bad as well. The Cuban sandwich was HUGE. We weren't expecting the sliced hot dog and eggs in it but it was tasty overall. The margaritas were great. You can order them frozen or on the rocks. The Blue Bay tastes similar to a piña colada on the rocks but was made just right. It had just enough kick but not too much. Each drink is served in a large glass so you definitely get your money's worth for the drinks as well as the food. Next time I'll be ordering a seafood dish since there were soooo many choices for all tastebuds.

    Cuban Torta with rice

Decided to try this spot after searching Yelp for restaurants. When I arrived, I was kinda skeptical because it's connected to a plaza right next to a gas station with very limited parking, but once inside, you wouldn't notice. They have a lot of seafood on the menu, which is different for a Mexican restaurant. They also don't give chips and salsa but instead offer a mixture of tuna and imitation crab meat with crackers, which was surprisingly good. Although I was at a Mexican restaurant, I decided to order the Cuban Torta. From what I could tell, it had chorizo, egg, cheese, and a hot dog on it. It was very good and flavorful. I got a side of rice instead of fries. The rice could have used a bit more seasoning. The sandwich came with a habanero sauce, which I tasted and passed on--too spicy for me! Overall, it's a nice spot with good food, and they add a gratuity on orders over a certain amount.

I ordered on ubereats so I cannot speak to the ambiance of the place. What I can say is that the food arrived to me so delicious and fresh. The quesabirria is delicious and the consommé actually has flavor! They come with the traditional green and red salsa. The tomatillo salsa is so good, because time I'll order an extra side. It comes with a side of rice as well, a good portion that wasn't over cooked. I'm writing this review because I just placed a second order. LOL

The food was delicious! We were a family of 5 and we were all able to find something to eat, they do have fries for those annoying picky eaters. The ambience is great and the service was awesome. I appreciated that they brought food out as it was ready as opposed waiting and some of us getting cold food. We would definitely dine here again if we are in the area.

Fabulous meal after a long day at the Georgia Renaissance Festival--the portions are gigantic, everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was great. My friend loved the birria ramen, which is pictured on the menu but not listed. The rest of our party got the ceviche tower, tacos al pastor, birria tacos, and a chicken quesadilla. My husband enjoyed the paracetamol cocktail (I loved it, if you like tajín and fruit give it a try). I got the reina pepiada arepa (chicken and avocado) as a starter, and honestly that could've been my meal. My entree was the pollo riviera maya, and it was stellar; the shrimp were perfectly cooked and it had lots of mango. The carrot slices were a really nice addition. If you are a fan of fruity sweet sauce on chicken you'll love it; if you want more savory on savory, choose another of the many good options. We will definitely be back!

The best Hispanic meal i ever had! Will most definitely go back. It was so much that i brought half this plate home. I refuse to big my back.

Don't let the location of this restaurant fool you. Elevated food this is a fusion of seafood with a South America flair. Worth a stop. Clean restaurant with friendly service.

I was so excited to try this place but his unprofessionalism was horrible. Upon arrival, he did ask her team to assist me with unloading my truck and the did a great job. The bartender was awesome, assisted us in more ways than most. While setting up the stage area for a buffet style feast, the owner approached and asked if we wanted to move the food over by the entrance in front of the window because he will not be liable if someone falls. We politely declined and assured him that no one would fall and we didn't want the food be in a high traffic area such as the entrance and certain didn't want people just linger around the food. He didn't like that at all and stated " I swear! Can't tell you nothing! " I looked at him and asked if he was serious? He kept walking and didn't return. Now being that this was a Krab spot. Everyone was excited about the Crab Boil! Well he lead with wings, shrimp, broccoli chicken Alfredo, salmon, all were good! The broccoli was extremely good! Next he brought out the shrimp and potatoes from the crab boil, then he brought out corn from the shrimp boil and buffalo shrimp. Still no crabs. While we ate and play games and drew door prizes, we were approached by the owner who was passing out oyster Rockefeller one by one instead of putting out pans of them on the buffet line like we paid for. This was his way of skimming on the oysters. Event started at 6, it was now 9 and still no crabs. Some guests were leaving, still no crabs. At 9:46 he appeared with a pan of crab legs. Again, he didn't put pans of them on the buffet line, he instead passed them out cluster by cluster. A lot of guest had left already and again this was a way for him to skim on the crab legs as well! At this point we had begun to break down our set up. This man had full attitude while presenting planner with an INFLATED $7,000 bill! Not the price agreed upon! He needs To check his attitude and beside manner expeditiously! None of us will ever go back!

I went for lunch with a friend for a bday outing. Since it's cold, there's a black covering that makes it looks closed, but don't worry, they're open. The inside is clean and pretty much looks new. We were greeted by a hostess when we got in and promptly seated. We started our meal with the hummus and lentil soup. The hummus is the smoothest I've ever had and was paired with some warmed up pita. I'm usually not a big fan of lentils but the soup was good. The broth had a nice flavor. I got the half order of Shish Tawook for myself and my friend got the falafel wrap. The half is quite filling and still very delicious.
